• 黒猫 (8/5): 受け付けと設備は十分！ - 受付けスタッフの対応が丁寧でとても良かったです。設備やアメニティも十分整っていたと思います。 清掃スタッフだと思われる方の様子。個人的な思いになるのですが、業務に忠実なのはいい事ではあるが(宿泊者が居る時)エレベーターに乗り込んで来る際など会釈があると宿泊者への印象もさらに良くなると思います。利用してくださっている方への感謝の表現や挨拶に繋がります。

• madorski (9/5): - The location is great as multiple trains and metro lines are in 5 minutes reach and can get you in almost any direction in an hour or less.. Rooms are small but have everything you need. It might be a bit loud on the road at night due to road racers

• Jae (8/5): Awesome location with great, well maintained facility. - Location was excellent, stones throw from main Akihabara shopping area. Hotel well maintain, rooms were clean, facilities were well kept. Toiletries was provided if needed, you'd get fresh towels. Interactive entertainment (TV) which can display multiple types of information- checkout times, weather, watch movies amongst others. Very effective air-conditioning system to keep you comfortable in any season. Staff are friendly and helpful always there to help. There's adjoining restaurant on the ground floor and more around the vicinity and convenient stores too. Rooms are your standard Japanese style size, so it is somewhat cozy. Get your next days outfit, toiletries or anything you may need out of your luggage (suitcase) before storing it under the bed. Beats the inconvenience of pulling it out and back in constantly. Laundry facility was limited, so check what time they usually less busy.

• Cristian (9/5): Great stay in Akihabara - The hotel is very well located, the rooms are very clean and well taken care of. As per Japanese standards, you receive all amenities that you would need. There is self check in / out process in place - very standardized. Everything is made easy for you - there are lots of instructions that accommodate you to different room functionalities. The room is very small, but the design is smart - you can store your luggage under the bed. The bathroom is tiny but has everything you need.

Within different konbinis, food shops, drugstores and near Akihabara train station. 3. Available washing machine and dryer. 4. Maximises the space- luggage space under the bed. 5. Complete amenities: toiletries, fridge, hair dryer, slippers. The dryer isn't that effective and needs so long thr fully dry our clothes- limited 2 dryers and washing machine.

• Joseph (4/5): - Air conditioning is centrally controlled. Rooms heat up with sunlight and with no window to open or fan it became incredibly hot on the fifth floor. Very difficult to sleep and uncomfortable. Everything else was fine besides the lack of ventilation.

Rooms were very small. Pillows hard and initially the air conditioning was hot and stuffy and it couldn't be adjusted in our rooms.

• Ivo (9/5): - I really liked how convenient the check-in and check-out process was, especially the simple express check-out card deposit!! The staff was also very helpful and they provide a luggage storage service which is very appreciated as it allowed me to explore unhindered before my flight. The only issue is that they provided too many spare towels. This is hardly a complaint, but as a solo traveler the two sets of towels were more than enough for a few days but the hotel staff left new towels at my door every morning. The service in this case was TOO good.

A lot of yakiniku restaurant with excellent wagyu beef nearby. Love akihabara vibe! The soundproof was not good, can hear noises from cars clearly at night.

• chui yuen (8/5): 地點優越 ，乾淨企理。 - 地點十分好，銀座綫 末廣町站 2號出口有升降機直上，行2分鐘便可到酒店。如要前往秋葉原站也只需要10分鐘內的步行。 房間空調設施。因為是中央空調，所以房間內不能調節冷熱風。 而正值是春天時間，普遍氣溫12至20度，所以酒店調校了暖氣。幸好和酒店員工溝通後，他們把暖氣關掉。但也很焗，必須開窗。

• Maia (6/5): Agradable pero estancias pequeñas - La limpieza, aunque pasasen cada tres días a hacer la habitación. El poco espacio que hay dentro, la falta de armario. No hay sitio para poner la maleta mas que en el suelo y si quieres pasar al baño tienes que cerrar la maleta. El baño pequeñísimo y eso que era habitación doble para una persona.

• Luna (9/5): - Loistava sijainti lähellä asemaa ja kauppoja. Hyvin siisti huone ja uudet pyyhkeet saa päivittäin. Aamiainen oli tosi hyvä. Käytin myös hotellin pesulaa, jossa voi maksaa kolikoilla tai sovelluksella. Huone on pieni, se on normaalia. Korvatulpista on hyötyä, koska hotelli on keskellä ostoskatua.
