• alex lopes solimani (4/5): péssima - O espaço do apartamento é bom para 6 pessoas, e a localização para quem quer estar perto do Vaticano é ótima. Muitas coisas. O nome Luxury não corresponde ás comodidades do apartamento. Maquina de lavar louça quebrada, controles do ar condicionado inexistentes, móveis da cozinha quebrados, apartamento sujo, terraça suja com materiais e equipamentos de limpeza a vista, utensílios de cozinha velhos e dispareados, não tinha toalha de mesa nem pano de prato disponivel, jogos americanos sujos, moveis IKEA surrados, apartamento necessita remodelação total. Dificuldade enorme em estacionar o carro na zona. Edredons sujos e sem capa. Apenas uma chave para um grupo de 5 pessoas. Passamos frio na primeira noite pois o aquecimento estava desligado, o qual foi ligado após nosso pedido.

• Dijana (7/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und ruhig. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Weiters sind die Betten gemütlich Leider war die Kaffeemaschine defekt und der Geschirrspüler funktionierte auch nicht (dürfte schon länger bekannt sein, da der Zettel der das erklärte älter aussah). Es ist ziemlich ärgerlich wenn man sich keinen Kaffee machen kann und jeden Tag für 6 Personen abwaschen muss, obwohl man eine Wohnung mit Geschirrspüler gebucht hat. Wir haben einen early check-in gebucht um die Koffer abstellen zu können. Da wurde die Wohnung gerade gereinigt. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ein Toaster vorhanden. Nach der Reinigung war auch dieser weg und konnte somit nicht verwendet werden.

• Eric (10/5): Appartement tout confort pour séjour à Rome - Très grand appartement (2 chambres et 3 salles de bain) avec terrasse privative et emplacement de parking. Très bien équipé (lave-vaisselle et machine à laver) Bien situé pour visiter Rome, à 5 min de la place St Pierre.
• maite68 (9/5): Visita a Roma - La ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento ,las camas muy cómodas y la zona muy tranquila. Creo que necesita un poco más de mantenimiento, los muebles no encajaban en las puertas y el grifo de la ducha roto.

• Paraskevi (10/5): Beautiful apartment close to all!!! - Loved this property we didn’t need to rent a car. We walked everywhere so close to Vatican and restaurants nearby. We were a family of 5 with teenagers and were so comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen washer and beautiful terrace to enjoy a glass of wine. Most important the host was incredible. Responded to all our needs right away booked transport for us. They were so helpful and we definitely would recommend this location .

• Stephanie (9/5): Wonderful week near St. Peter’s - The location was wonderful-so close to St Peter’s and a great set up for my husband and I along with my son and his family. The apartment was on the newer side so don’t let the old building deter you! We were in need of kitchen towels or paper towels! Also- we were told to take out the garbage but it’d been nice to have a large garbage bag or two for this!

• Esteban (9/5): Superb - The place was very clean. All the amenities as described or better. The support crew was attentive to our request, specially related to new linen and towels. Some confusion on directions to get there since the access in front of the building is not good. GPS directions were tricky.
• Marshall (8/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would stay again knowing it has an elevator. - The location was good, beds were comfortable. It had a private patio which was great. It had 2 bedrooms with private bath plus a 3rd bath. The apartment was nice and it was clean. The showers had nothing to sit soap and shampoo on. Had to put it on floor, kind of a pain. Also one attached bath had no shelf or sink area to sit toiletries. Had to close toilet lid and put toiletries on toilet as I did my hair and makeup then pack everything up every time and move back to bedroom. A young man showed up with keys after we waited about 30 minutes. Took us up the stairs to apartment, which we had to drag our suitcases up. We are not young, he didn’t offer to even help. Plus since that’s the way he took us, we had no idea there was an elevator. Elevator is somewhat hidden and there is no sign, it sure would have been nice to know. We only found on day we were leaving……
• Austin (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. The apartment is spacious. I booked at 9 30 pm the same day. Good communication by host even when it was past the checkin time. Vatican is 5 mins walk . The train station is around 4 mins walk from the apartment. The air-conditioning is excellent . One of the best apartments I booked in Italy.. definitely coming back the next time Nothing

There were several restaurants around that were very good and not completely touristy. It’s right across the street from a little grocery store that has all of the essentials. My only complaint was the number of towels given. There is a washer but no dryer. Which was very nice to have but our towels took a while to dry so that part was a challenge.

• Mark (10/5): Extremely clean, comfortable and convenient - Giorgia was an exceptional host! I’ve never rented from anyone that responded so quickly and thoughtfully to every question I asked before and during our rental from her. The apartment was well located in a safe neighborhood within walking distance of all the major sights in Rome. It was bright, very clean with new appliances. The water pressure was good with plenty of hot water and the air conditioning excellent (each room had its own thermostat). She also had 12 64oz water bottles waiting for us in the apartment. Directly across the street (small side street) was a large grocery store which was a huge bonus. The apartment is on the first floor which I loved because I didn’t have to wait on an elevator or climb a lot of steps. Fast and easy access. There is a very large private terrace that can be accessed through the kitchen and bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom/shower and there is also a third full bath off the front hall. These features are extremely difficult to find in most 2 bedroom apartments and offer a premium feature. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone else. I liked everything

Every answer from us got a respond almost immediately. The apparent is with in 7 minutes walk from the Vatican A few minutes from a lot of restaurants , mini-market and bus stops. N/A
• Robert (5/5): Disappointing - Beds were ok, toilet amenities were good, nespresso coffee capsules were left over and a bottle of spumante too. Nearby there is a Pam shop where you can buy food and others. The washing machine was working well. Good location if you plan to visit the Vatican. The parking for the car was very convenient, not far from the apartment and quite safe. Very bad isolation, we could hear the discussion of the neighbours and the bedroom was very noisy in the morning with birds walking on the roof. The living room has a small 3 seater sofa not in front of the tv, therefore not very convenient to watch tv. The dishwasher was not yet installed.

They provide a baby bed 😘 No carpet, not enough sofas "only one for two persons". Good kitchen No drain in the toilet. No stand for shampoo in the shower. We are 4 adults and 3 children (3,9,14).

We scheduled 3 taxis. none came. we missed our Colosseum tour due to transportation issues.
