- Mathis (10/5): Beautiful apartment to explore London from a beautiful neighborhood. - We liked the possibility of having our own place while in London. Public transportation is really good. Several bus lines run on Hammersmith Road (bus stops approximately 100 meters away in both directions), Tube stop Baron Court is as well really close by with District and Piccadilly lines. On Hammersmith Road there is Tesco Express close by, and a few breakfast spots - > Bridge Bakery or the Quarter Bakery Olympia, we got breakfast from both and had it at the apartment. The apartment itself has all that is needed for a stay, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, washing machine. The only thing that could have been better is that the bedrooms are to the street and the windows even when closed don’t isolate noise from outside that well. This is not a street with pubs or so, but in the mornings there is some noise. WiFi could be better in the bedrooms, but it worked most of the time.

- Mellissa (9/5): Great place, close to everything! - Place was immaculately clean, host was gracious and very helpful. He accepted delivery of our groceries and put things away. Provided us with an air mattress and extra beddings when we asked. Heated floors were wonderful. Deep bathtub was amazing and the water was very hot! Location was Central to everything. Not exactly as described or pictured. Unit was not the same as the pictures and was much smaller than expected. Couch was not a sofa bed as it did not pull out, although it was large enough to sleep one teenager. Very noisy location but to be expected being so close to everything.

Transport was very easy from this location. Big thanks to Abror who was so helpful in settling us in and other questions. Bonus was having a washing machine. We would happily stay here again. Nothing.

- Elaine (7/5): comfortable but don't go when its raining as the dripping noise from the drain pipe is terrible! - Apartment was in good location it rained throughout the 4 days we were there and there was a constant dripping noise from the drainpipe right outside the living area door which drove us mad. we were only in on the evenings but boy, was it annoying. the patio door didnt lock so was only closed too (luckily we were on the 2nd floor) so this didnt help noise either was a nice apartment but had a stale smell when you walked in and the carpets in the bedrooms although plush were full of stains. wouldnt stay again!

- K (10/5): Highly recommend this place. - The location was fantastic as it was peaceful and quiet. We felt very safe. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment for 3 people and it was very spacious for us. The caretaker Abror met us in the beginning and had been very welcoming and helpful, he looked after us throughout our stay. The shower was my favourite. The only thing I didn’t like was the extra bedding. The sofa was not comfortable whatsoever.

The hosts who let us in and who were there to help us with questions about the apartment and the area were outstanding. The apartments were clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

- Abalkhail (3/5): This apt. is not made for us as travelers. - One person Mr. Shok was nice when we checked in and when we checked out also the apartment was very nice with minor mistakes one bedroom without A/C There is no cleaning daily or weekly at all although on booking we paid 95 ponds for cleaning on chick in they said this is for after we check out, the apartment had max 2 keys only we were 5 persons. one of the bedrooms without A/C, the noise outside at night was too loud. There is no front desk like furnished Apartments business it is more like AirANB type, little to know the aera is not too bad yet it is for us is far from where we need to be this for us only. We would not book it again but this is for us only we need cleaning service it is important to us we stayed 20 days.

- Murat (10/5): One of Your Best Options in London - Location was residential and quiet which we loved. But also close to a major subway station. Both exterior and interior of the building were new and stylish. It was also quite spacious and we were very comfortable with our 5-year-old. The small balcony was delightful for morning coffee. Arcadia had everything we needed including many towels, shampoo and Starbuck capsules! Abror the Caretaker was super helpful and polite. The electric cooker and the dining table were a bit dusty, and the entrance of the building all the way up to the elevator needed some mopping. However, these were definitely not deal breakers.

- Dalit (8/5): Pleasant stay in Arcadia residence - The apartment was convenient, having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, nice living room and kitchen, as well as a balcony. Overall very convenient for a family. Staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment is quite far from London center - takes 9 minutes to reach the underground station and then about half an hour to reach center London. If you plan on breaking your day in the middle for a short nap - forget about it, it takes too much time. Also we needed an extra bed - we were given a soda bed which was OK but not very comfortable to sleep in. That was known and advertised in advance so no surprises nor complaints here.

- Chris (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very clean and designed to suit the needs of family stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet and conveniently located. The kitchen and living room is modern and convenient. There is even a lovely balcony that one can sit and have tea when weather is good. Perfect for enjoying a morning brunch or afternoon coffee. We particularly appreciate the concierge service and friendly flat manager, who is available and ready to offer all the time. When we had a question about the sofa bed, it was answered immediately even though it was after work hours. Very impressive helpful and friendly staff. Everything was good and we enjoyed the stay.

- Cristina (10/5): Great stay! - The property is very well maintained and secure. It’s located near various restaurants and transit stations. The property manager, Abror, is a delight. We felt like we were immersed in London living while staying there.
- Slam2404 (10/5): Fantastic apartment in an excellent location. - Excellent location for the Olympia where we were exhibiting. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the mod cons you could need like a Nespresso Machine and free pods, instant boiling water tap, air con etc. The balcony was an added bonus as it allowed us to sit outside on a warm evening. Nothing!
- Darren (10/5): Great place - The lights in the master were hit or miss on if they would work, but everything else was great! Staff was so attentive and would bring us anything we needed. Quick walk to the tube, cute location, safety was great! The thing I would add to make it a bit better, felt to the bottom of the dining room chairs as you can hear the ones above you.
- Kym (9/5): Superb - A great location with only a 5-minute walk to the Train station. Very comfortable and clean Unit. The shower pressure in the overhead shower was terrible and probably just needs the calcium build up cleaned.

Living room/kitchen area was very spacious. Perfect for 2 couples or a family They could not provide an earlier check-in before 3pm, but our red-eye flight arrived at noon. They were kind enough to hold our luggage but it would have been great if they could have gotten us checked in sooner. Bathrooms were beautiful but they were short on places to hang towels. Could use more towel hooks in bathrooms.
- Reinier (10/5): Outstanding - We had a great time during the three nights we spend here and had a really pleasant stay. The apartments are beautiful and everything is at hand and clean. The concierge is very kind and his service is outstanding. The location is great: in a not too busy neighberhood, close to supermarkets and a 5 min walk to underground station Barons Court (Picadilly line and District line) or busstop North End street (line 9) which take you to the middle of London in about 10 to 15 minutes. Looking forward to come back one time When arriving it was a bit unclear how to find the concierge. Would have been good to know beforehand that he can be found via the middle entrance of the apartment building.

- Lakshmi (9/5): Great location and stay when traveling with family - Location was super central and in a nice residential nieghborhood walking distance to the tube. The property was new and modern and worked well for our family of 5. The hosts were very responsive and took care of any requests right away. We liked having an elevator especially since my husband was recovering from knee surgery. Shops and markets were a short walk away which was convenient to stock up on groceries etc easily. The issues in my opinion were minor in comparison to what we liked but adding them here more so other visitors can be aware and plan accordingly. We had issues with the internet and it would shut off in the night. The air-bed which was offered for my son kept deflating so we had to inflate it every night. Lastly, we really wish they had more dishes (mugs and plates) - would expect at least a dozen mugs, large, and small plates. We ended up having to handwash the 5/6 mugs but made it work. All bedroom windows opened up to the street so we had to have our curtains down all the time.

The location was quite hard to find and difficult to pinpoint for deliveries.

- Hussain (8/5): Comfortable Stay in a Prime Location - A well maintained and over all clean property in a great location. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is comfortable and ideal for long term family stays. It is situated on a quiet street, about a 15min walk to Kensington High Street and approximately 25min to Kensington Gardens. Knightsbridge is just a 10min drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. The underfloor heating is a great feature, keeping the apartment warm during colder periods. The property lacks a vacuum cleaner. Additionally, the window insulation is poor, allowing conversations of passersby and noise from neighbors to be clearly heard. The bathrooms are missing some essentials, such as a hairdryer and toothbrush holders. I also have concerns about the air conditioning’s effectiveness during the summer months, as it felt more like a cool fan rather than a proper cooling system when tested. Additionally, one of the rooms lacked an AC unit and only had underfloor heating. Lastly, the cleaning could be improved. Upon check-in, we noticed a significant amount of hair in various areas, and the washing machine still contained some leftover clothes from previous tenants.

- Anna (10/5): Great property in a good area of London. Easy access to tube station and restaurants. - A very nice property and perfect location with a 8 min walk to the tube. The apartment felt like it was brand new. I would highly recommend the property. We went to dinner in the neighborhood a couple of nights and ordered in a couple of nights. Plenty of restaurant options in the area. The property manager, Abror, was very responsive when we had questions. We had to leave and go home…😃
