• Joanna (10/5): A divine stay in KL. - Everything! The views of KL are out of this world! The apartment is modern, well equipped and provides all the comforts. There is a choice of two swimming pools. The one on the 69th floor is divine! The location is very convenient - close to the KLCC station, PETRONAS Towers, KL Tower and other must-see landmarks. Highly recommended! The Security Man downstairs was very officious.

• Faycal (1/5): Bad experience I don't recommend - Nothing, it was awful Everything,apartment not as described, host not respectful and he will not respond your messages and no details, I come at the residence at 1pm and I was so tired and he didn't even help us with our luggage and not even answer our calls and we've been waiting so long and at 3pm we contacted customer service to help us and after they called him , he finally answered us and then he came at 4.20pm and he didn't even apologize for the late and for disrespectful behaviors and then he gave us disgusting apartment and the smell was so bad This is the worse experience in malaysia I don't recommend, stay away
• Mirnalini (1/5): Bad - Nothing, this host is a rude scammer Nothing, this host is a scammer, I reached out 1 day before checkin to check about check in details and no response. Called and messaged, still no response. On the check in day, I landed at 8am and was expecting check in instructions such as which tower I am staying at to be provided and still no response, even though I am due to check in a few hours. Panicking that I may have been scammed, I booked another apartment at star residence with a different host and was immediately provided the check in details. I then reached out to this host to let them know that I can still cancel the other booking as it was flexible and provided them an opportunity to send the check in details, and the host didn't provide any details. This host is refusing to refund even though it was their fault and lack of prompt customer service. Booking.com should ban this host as this host is a scammer, I can see other travellers had the same experience with not having any check in details.
• Dilobar (1/5): Bad - Dont stay there, the smell of the bed sheet is horrible, and the bathroom smell as well, they got the iron but not the desk to do it, but location is gorgeous u have a Petronas view from ur bed

• Burtea (1/5): Wouldn’t come back - Pool Awful customer service. Very unresponsive property manager and absolutely awful check in and check out experience. Also no place to store your bags before and after your stay for a couple of hours so we had the extra cost of hiring a locker on the side.

• Ekaterina (3/5): Recommend to stay in star residences, but rent from another host - Location, building facilities The apartment on the photos is not the same as in real life. Host communicate too long. Waiting for 2 hours before check in. Smell in the bathroom, dirty bath math in the bathroom. Poor amenities in the room. Impossible to cook something. No pot, pan, knife etc. Tv is it in it, but in fact no cctv, no youtube. Old useless tv.
