• Lynda (7/5): good location, small things could be put in place to make it more appealing as mentioned above. - The location was very good. We had to walk a way to the key safe box, the coordinates weren't quite right so it took a while to find the box, fortunately a video was sent so we had a land mark. There was only 2 sun loungers on the terrace, despite room for more, with the apartment capacity for 6 people, I would have expected some stowed away to use. There was a safe inside the apartment, which required a key - the owners did not offer this facility. The lift broke down on day 3
• Benchekroun (9/5): - Very nice property. Beds were very comfortable, very clean, direct view on the Marina. Large choice of restaurants in the Marina. Elevator was not working and restaurant smell in the staircase. Fortunately not in the apartment. Noisy during the night but it is a choice to be right in the middle of everything, restaurants, cafes, etc.
• Joanna (9/5): Beautiful property with great views. - Beautiful property with lovely views and a great terrace. The property was nicely decorated and well equipped. We would definitely stay again. The host was very helpful. There is a slight issue with a smell from the drains on the top floor which I can see has been reported by previous guests. We would still book again though.
• Damian (8/5): Great location but a few things need sorting - Location clean and well looked after Disappointed as there were 4 male adults and only 3 beds were made up and no running cold water on the top floor for shower and couldn’t flush the toilet did message but no reply which was disappointing and showers were a bit weak on the pressure side it could be sorted
• Vicky (8/5): Excellent apartment, upstairs plumbing problematic but location amazing, overall would recommend. - Location, right in the centre of Duquesa, is excellent. Apartment is beautiful and well equipped, views amazing, beds comfy. The terrace and balcony are great, air con in the whole apartment was very welcome in August! Second bathroom didn't have a cold water feed, only hot - toilet had to be flushed manually using a bucket of water filled from the tap on the terrace and showers had to be very quick - before the hot water had the chance to come through. Host said that this was a problem with the whole block but it seemed more like the cold water feeds weren't connected rather than flow as other taps elsewhere in the apartment were ok. Main bathroom was fine. We had 6 adults sharing, so the second bathroom was a key factor when booking.
• Michelle (6/5): Pleasant - Beautiful apartment with beautiful views over the port. The alarm was going off as we arrived and we were not given the fob to switch it off. I had to contact the company but the number provided on the page is incorrect. I did mange to get through to them and they turned it off. Only two of the beds were dressed and there was no sheet or pillow cases available for the 3rd bed. I contacted them via whatsapp to ask for more but did not receive any response. I contacted them for extra towels also as we were only provided with one each for a 4 night stay and did not receive a response until our second last day. I also asked them to come look at the upstairs toilet and shower which were not working and did not receive any response. After paying alot of money for the stay the service we were provided with was disappointing.
• Andrew (8/5): Very good - Very good location and very clean. The host was very helpful Unfortunately we didn’t have any electricity for the first night but the host was very helpful and got the issue resolved
• Mark (8/5): Perfect location just a couple of niggles - Location perfect very nicely decorated Upstairs bathroom no cold water so could not use toilet or basin and shower. Upstairs balcony drain smell.
• Alison (8/5): Very good - Fantastic views, great space, very comfortable beds Unable to collect / drop off keys in Duquesa - had to take a taxi to a petrol station 10 mins away. This was very inconvenient on last day when flight not until later but keys required back in Casares by 11am. 11am was the checkout time from apartment but there was a keysafe box outside the apartment front door which was not in use. This would stop us booking again as additional cost, stress and time wasted on last day.
• Don (8/5): Very good - Excellent location and view Online check in procedure was too involved. Key collection was not in good location for guests without car and late arrivals. Would be better on site somewhere.
