- Ashish (3/5): Water outage, zero communication, and no basic amenities — a very disappointing stay. - I had a very disappointing experience with this property. In the morning, the water supply completely stopped, which made even basic things like using the bathroom impossible. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication from the staff — they were unresponsive, stopped answering calls, and essentially went silent when we tried to reach out for help. After repeatedly chasing them, we were finally informed that the water would only be restored by noon. However, no alternative arrangements or even basic toiletries were provided during this time, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. Overall, the handling of the situation showed a clear lack of responsibility and concern for guests. I would not recommend staying here unless they significantly improve their service and communication.

- Vicki (7/5): Clean but not tranquil - Clean chalet with all the amenities provided. Comfortable bed. It is steep for $120 a night. I found the photos slightly misleading. If you are staying in the chalets there is no nature around and you are very close to all the other chalets which seem to have many permanent residents. It wasn't a quiet tranquil stay. Note there is no wifi.

- Cassandra (1/5): No desire to sleep with roaches - Location is perfect We have stayed here a few times, however this time the room had little German cockroaches in the fridge, microwave, table, floor, bathroom and on beds (which the on site staff pointed out) needless to say we very quickly got back in the car and left - and did not stay the night. Then the owner emailed to say we booked the wrong location and that there were no cockroaches even after we spoke to the caretakers, they had seen them AND we sent images via email as requested. Now they are refusing to provide a refund or even any form of reimbursement.

Kettle, microwave and shower amenities are all there. Layout is also very convenient, wish more places were like this. Would stay here again! Here’s a parrot inside a way to small cage there. He should be free and not in such cruel stay.

- Neville (5/5): can defiantly recommend this as a handy stop over spot at a reasonable price - great kitchen facilities. rooms separated by doors, no noise from highway, nice and clean, communication was clear and concise with a room map provided with the key, The air conditioner is located in the lounge area so it is hard to heat the bedroom when arriving late. The shower door could use a bit of attention as it does not close properly without an extra firm pull. Neither thing was a big problem though

Maybe I should say they should provide bath mat in the toilet so after shower if the feet is wet it will not wet the other floor and should provide little shampoo and conditioner and also sugar.

Good budget cabins. The cleaning could be a tad bit better, a weird smell in the kitchen area of the cabins, rest of it was spotless. No Wifi In the whole park and you don’t have any signals there too to use your personal mobile network, made it very hard to look up anything.
