• Jan (7/5): Good - relatively clean no toilet seat in bathroom. instead of chairs , they have high stools around a high table which is not comfortable. better change the set to something that makes more sense. master bedroom bed is creaky and uncomfortable .the standards have drop a little since few years ago. .... check in with the guards to sign in forms are redundant since you have a special link page to upload ic etc .
• Joann (1/5): If ONLY is looking for logistics, this is a great place. If others just stay away! - Only the location and transportation I was disappointed with my stay. The rooms were not clean, dusty, upon arrival, and the bed frame in the master room made annoyed squeaking noises with every movement, making it hard to sleep. The balcony glass door couldn’t be opened, which was frustrating since we were hoping to enjoy some fresh air. Communication with the staff was poor, only commun over whatsapp or messages, phone calls taking forever to pick up, and overall customer service was lacking. There were also very limited guest supplies—basic items like towels were scarce. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

• Razitah (6/5): Pleasant - Location of apartment was near to malls and train station. 1. When lying down, I can feel the springs from the queen bed mattress for the master bedroom. Too worn out? Maybe. 2. Not enough blankets. Eventhough the description of stay is for 6 pax, the sofabed that was supposedly for 2 pax was not equipped with pillows n blankets. How then you expect us to sleep comfortably?

• Kar (7/5): Location okay, staff poor, check in procedure terrible - It’s convenient for food and shopping Check in process is very disorganized, there are a few operators/counters/agents there, and we don’t know who is who, I booked through booking.com but the agent is fivesenses which I have no idea about who is the agent in the first place. After spending a few mins checking around, I found the so called check in staff who I had approached earlier to ask about check in office and she told me to go check with security officer. That staff had very long face when being approached again to check in. Btw, she was sitting at a corner, outside the counter facing inside like she is a guest 🥹

• Aisyah (8/5): Will not repeat - The house is clean, have all the basic amenities especially the kitchen appliances. Pool is beautiful and nice too but the guards were so strict about wearing wet clothes when leaving the pool. The drop off area is so narrow and they do not provide extra car park which means you have to park illegally nearby the apartment. Also, i left my toiletries bag and when i ask them again to check, they said they have discarded them and assuming it was a trash. Kindly refer to ss of our ws conversation below. The staff should just politely stated they unable to locate them instead of saying it was a trash when it is actually my treasured bag with toiletries. So disappointed and definitely with not coming with this kind of service even though everything else is kinda nice.

The pool was great The furniture was not the best quality, some of the beds were extraordinarily hard, but we were able to rent extra mattresses at a reasonable cost

• Priyanka (7/5): Before and after experiencing. - The room was very comfortable and big. The before and after experience. First of all, regarding the parking. We are given only one parking and even that we need to pay RM 10. So, the other cars, we gotta find our own parking spot which can be few metres further. First time experiencing issue with parking. Next, we had an issue with housekeeping, which made our checkout time delayed. Deposit was held by because of 2 towels were missing. Very bad communication between the owner and housekeeping agents. Accusation were made on us without proper checking. We had to spend time to clear it by checking the video details of the room and checking whether there were guests a day earlier or not. Finally because they can't find the proof, the decided to return our deposit.

• Nurule (8/5): Very good - 1. The place was super comfortable and definitely worth the money. Standard suite was just nice for a family of three. 2. Located right beside Aeon Maluri, Sunway Velocity Mall, Ikea Cheras and in the middle of other KL attraction centres as well. 3. Deposit was RM300 and parking fees was RM10 per day. The deposit might be a lot but as long as you follow the house rules, there shouldn't be any problem and you will get your deposit upon check out...(right away 😬)

• Nur (9/5): Great place, Great stay! - Booked 2 3 Room suites apartments for my big family of 15 ppl (including an elderly on wheelchair) -Great location with great view. -Walking distance to Sunway Velocity Mall and other eateries and near to other places of interest such as KLCC & Kidszania. -Availability of convenience store at the ground level in case you need to get some stuff. -Basic facilities were provided especially washing machines which we requested for. -Swimming pool area @ 9th floor was big and spacious, suitable for family gathering. -Good security. -Deposit of RM 600 for 2 suites were rather expensive. -We were only given 1 access card per apartment. Inconvenient for big families. -Laundry racks should be provided to allow families to dry their clothes since we were not allowed to dry them at the balcony. -We were charged RM100 due to some stains on the bed sheets.

• Noreen (7/5): Good - Nice room. Good bathroom. No toaster. Please get toasters in rooms. Netflix not working on tv. Well I signed it but it said tv needed upgrade. Too many rules at pool about not eating or drinking. Also pool area being cleaned as we were trying to sunbathe. One guy was on the tree behind me snapping off branches. Part of pool taped off as they mopped. This was 2pm in the day. Not relaxing. No music .lack of colour. Very soulless. Also 2 of my family were staying on another floor. Could not access the floor. Had to meet at G. level. Very awkward. Check in slightly chaotic. Please warn on website about having to pay a deposit of RM 300 on check in. Great view from room and good bathroom made my stay comfortable.

• Jared (3/5): A customer service disaster verging on a scam. - The staff is unorganized. Unprofessionalism is rude. There is no system in place to efficiently accommodate short term guests. It’s as simple as providing customer service.
