There was no shower cabinet, you should have showered next to toilet in very small space - very unusual and uncomfortable for mid size European. The lighting in the room was poor.

• Vladislav (2/5): Ошибка бронирования может испортить впечатления - Расположение, близость к метро (выход 8 напротив подъезда или выход С этаж 6). У отеля нет вывески и его тяжело найти. Номер чистый но очень скромный и маленький. Он не соответствует фото на сайте. Шумоизоляция, белье, не очень. По сути это квартира в жилом доме. На ресепшен могут сказать что ваша бронь снята Booking. И нужно заново забронировать напрямую. Карты не работают. Оплата через We Chat. Каждый день вам дают воду и выкидывают мусор. Если окна выходят на центральную улицу, то берите беруши. Вы не уснете из-за гудков машин ночью! Я был очень разочарован отелем, но другого выхода уже не было.

• YH Si (8/5): Great location, close to many attractions - Convenient location, very clean and everything else in working condition. Lifts were slow, couldn't use the kitchen facility as there were no utensils and crockery provided.

• Andrey (4/5): Tiny and expensive place - Location and surrounding area are nice. There are quite a few tall buildings you can see from the window. I booked a duplex with two beds, but during check-in staff offered me an "upgrade" - 3 bedrooms. I agreed, but the space was so tiny. I went back to decline the upgrade, but duplex was not available. Since I was with my family, in China, out of all foreign countries and without any other plan B, I was forced to accept and stay. It is obvious now that they did not have the duplex in the first place, even though they had my booking. Kinda shady. Even though I paid less than for duplex, it weas still expensive, compared the size of the apartment. Another fun fact. There is a small kitchen, but there are no plates, cutlery or pans & pots. When I asked whether we can get any of it, they replied "you should have brought it with you!". Right.

• Jikuan (9/5): - Location is good. No Cooking tools available even there is gas and gas stove available. As an international traveler we can not bring cooking wok/knives spoons /fork and plates with us.
• Low (9/5): Very nice and clean accommodation, convenient location to MRT and eateries. - Location was perfect. MRT station and underground shopping street -- entrance point is right below. Mega shopping mall right opposite the building too. Eateries (both local and touristy areas) are also within walking distance. Washing machine is available so we can wash our clothes as a family and hang to dry daily. Can't watch TV program unless you are subscribed. If a washing bidet at toilet is provided, will be good. If washing machine has drying function, this accommodation would be 100% perfect.

Very convenient to be closed to the landmark of Shenzhen (Ping Finance Tower), close to MTR stations to go anywhere. Close to shopping mall for food. Just 1 thing that was not comfortable was the size of the bedrooms which makes the bed being against the wall.

• Mgrt (8/5): Nice homestyle stay - There was a washing machine on the balcony. For long-time travellers, it was very helpful. The air conditioner worked. The room service was helpful. The fridge in the room was also a benefit for breakfast. The drainage system in the shower was a bit slow. One could slip if not wearing the slippers in the shower. However, the slippers in the shower were not properly dried, which made me unwilling to wear them in the first place.

Staff speak English but could be more understandable for someone who is the first time arriving in China and not aware of their technology WeChat etc. The water pressure in the shower was low and the water sometimes ran cold instead of hot.

• Siew (8/5): 1st Family Visit to SZ - The property is located above the Link City Mall and opposite the Excellence Shopping Mall (卓悦中心), modern space, lots of food to offer. Turn left, walked 600m, it will be the older town, hidden behind the new buildings. Very convenient, Coco Park, Futian Speed Rail Train station, all wothin walking distance via the Link City Mall. The staff are great. communication via wechat without any problem. Polite and responsive. The neighbours' opening their doors to smoke and talked loudly in the wee hours. As there are mixture of different properties managed apartments, and if the apartment is managed by a different company, then can only wait for the main buidling management staff to handle. Though I booked my room under non-smoking, there's an ash tray on the table.

• Jen (8/5): High Quality but slightly odd - The staff was always helpful and patient with a non-chinese speaking person like me. This is a mix between a hotel and furnished apartment. Something I was not familiar with. It's very clean and cleaned daily. High Quality furniture and bed. Good shower and with a kitchen. Although there's a kitchen with excellent gas stove and sink, there's absolutely no cutlery, pan, plate, cup or anything at all in the kitchen. I ordered some simple utensils and cooking pot from meituan. It was slightly odd, but clearly it was me who had not understood. You will need to look closely to find it - it's an unmarked building.
