• Paritosh (5/5): It wasn't a pleasant experience - There were multiple things that we didn't like. 1. The couch was very dirty, it needed a deep cleaning, the peanuts were stuck in the side of the seating cushion. We suffered with a dust allergy, sneezing and were not able to sit in the living room at all. 2. For the first day of our stay, we were not able to start the radiators. We reached out to their support team and the first person mentioned that it's ON and the room temperature is increasing although after a few hours we realized that it's not increasing. We reached out to them again around midnight, another person at the time mentioned that they couldn't do anything remotely and we ended up spending the cold night. In the morning we reached them again, fortunately the third person has advised to turn the knobs on the sides of the heater. Later for the other room we had to check with them again, the heater knobs were working in different levels in different rooms (like some radiators start heating at level 3 and some at level 5). It would have been really great if someone had put some instructions on heating or at least the heater was kept ON at some minimum levels. 3. Although they mentioned two bathrooms, only one of them has a shower.
• Isabelle (9/5): C’était super pour un week end prolongé ! - Très spacieux, parfait pour un groupe de 10, très facile d’avoir un code d’accès pour entrer lorsqu’on voyage en groupe. Les lits étaient très confortables, tout était propre. La cuisine pourrait avoir plus d’ustensiles. Il n’y a qu’une seule douche par rapport à ce que dit l’annonce.

• Georgina (4/5): Viejo y con suciedad en las esquinas y los rodapiés - Grande y con camas cómodas y ropa de cama y toallas muy limpias. Suciedad en las esquinas, viejo, mal olor bajo la pila de la cocina, lámpara rota, situado a pie de calle en una especie de barracón de cemento adherido a un edificio. Hay que pagar para aparcar de día en la calle.

• Annelie (4/5): Bra läge och storlek, men ofräsch - Bra storlek för två familjer. Buss 200 alldeles utanför. Lidl inom synhåll. Otroligt dåligt städat. Kvarglömda kalsonger i duschen, flaskor bakom soffa och under sängar. Plastdetalj från rakhyvel på golvet, som min väninna trampade på och fick ett sår I foten. Långa hårstrån på matbordet. Klagade på städningen, blev något bättre (de plockade bort en del av flaskorna). Klagat o h efterfrågat kompensation, fortsatt inte hört av värden. Räkna med parkeringsavgifter 30 E per dygn.

• Eugene (6/5): Very frustrating. - Spacious for a group of people. Staff was very helpful. Thr location is very far from the center or anything interesting. Uber took forever to get there cause it's so out of the way. It's not Prenzlaubetg. Additional charge for everything, even bedsheets on a daily basis!7Minimal.amenities. No.place to.store luggage after checkout. No flexibility on checkout time. Felt like a profit making enterprise, not so much hospitality.
• Firat (7/5): Ganz oke preis zu teuer - Die lage. Der Zustand Ofen war verdreckt bis zum geht nicht mehr. Duschkopf war undicht, die dusche war komplett undicht. Am Schlafsofa waren noch haare übrig. Für 1000€ das Wochenende fand ich es am ende übertrieben.

• Salam (9/5): Rundum gut - Ausstattung war sehr gut und die Lage lässt alle Optionen offen. Supermarkt und Tankstelle gegenüber, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und Restaurants in Gehweite ausreichend vorhanden. Citycentrum in der Nähe in wenigen Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Parksituation (wie immer in Berlin) katastrophal, entweder gibt es keine Parkplätze oder wenn doch, dann ist es extrem teuer.

• Sandra (7/5): Gute Ferienwohnung mit Potenzial, gern etwas besser ausstatten + dass ein oder andere ersetzen. - Die Ferienwohnung war ansprechend und der Check-In hat gut funktioniert. Fußläufig gab es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, was für die Selbstversorgung in dem Appartement von Vorteil war. Die Grundausstattung ist etwas dürftig gewesen (kein Toaster, Geschirrtuch, Müllbeutel etc.). Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind für insgesamt vier Tage. Die Putzfrau scheint gerade so fertig geworden zu sein, es fanden sich auf dem Fensterbrett noch leere Weinflaschen, Seifenspender waren alle leer und Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt. Generell hatte das Mobiliar schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel, die Stühle am Esstisch waren sehr instabil.

• Airam2103 (9/5): Amplio, limpio y cómodo - Apartamento amplio y limpio, con todas las comodidades. Estaba alejado de toda la zona de interés, pero tenía una parada de bus en la misma puerta, que era una maravilla, y te facilitaba mucho llegar a los sitios. También tenía un Suepermercado en frente. Por la zona, poco más habia No nos facilitaron para nada, a la hora de hacer check in. Llegamos a las 14 horas y no nos dejaron entrar hasta las 16 h. Estando ya el apartamento sin huéspedes y limpio. Tuvimos que esperar en una gasolinera que había enfrente del apartamento, muertas de frío, porque, por los alrededores no había absolutamente nada para tomar algo y resguardarnos Chek out, muy temprano , a las 10 Te piden una fianza, que no te devuelven, hasta 4 días después de marcharte, cosa que no entiendo, ya que desde las 10 horas que te marchas, ya tienen tiempo de verificar, que todo está ok . Las almohadas, son más cojines que almohadas.

It was convenient to get around as the place was near a bus stop. There were also many stores and a big pharmacy nearby which makes it convenient to get last minute items. The floor is dusty and check in was quite late.

Rumlig lejlighed når man et 6 personer. Gerne nogle bredere senge. Vi havde problemer med at få betalt depositum da vi kun har visa - det var træls

• Julia (9/5): Sehr zufrieden - Obwohl wir Probleme mit dem Online-Check in hatten, war das Personal immer freundlich und geduldig. Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung! Alles hat geklappt.
• Marie (5/5): Gute Lage, ansonsten nicht so toll. - Die Lage ist gut, die Wohnung hat einen schönen Ess- und Wohnbereich und ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Der Türcode war praktisch für die Reisegruppe. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, das Problem wurde erst nach dem zweiten Anruf behoben (und auch nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend). Immerhin 50 Euro Erstattung, aber angesichts des sehr hohen Preises und des Stresses mit dem Umgang mit der Situation war das nicht viel. Nur eine Dusche für sehr viele Personen. Das Wohnzimmer ist Durchgangszimmer und daher zum Schlafen nicht gut geeignet. Insgesamt fanden wir die Beschreibung und den Grundriss missverständlich und hätten die Wohnung nicht noch einmal genommen.

• Katayoun (7/5): We didn’t find it welcoming - Location was good. Easy access to transport and grocery. It was spacious too. The check in process. We have been asked to pay for a deposit at the day of arrival to be able to get access code. We got authorisation error from our bank for the deposit transaction. I called them to pay by cash or fpos but they didn’t accept it. The property smelled like someone smoked there. There was also a sound level system installed in the property. So we felt that we are being controlled. There was not any detergent for washing machine. The dishwasher capsules was not enough too.

• Aida (9/5): - Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, decent shower. Bus stop right in front of the apartment, so it was really comfortable to reach other parts of the city. One of the bedrooms has windows to the street side, so it is quite noisy.
