• Aisyah (5/5): - Ada 2 hal yg sy sukai: - Pemandangan dr jendela kamar menakjubkan.....bs melihat menara Merdeka yg indah terutama di malam hari. - ada filter water di dapur shg bs minum air putih langsung dr kran air di sink. Saya pesan unt 5 orang tp tempat tidur hanya bisa unt 4 orang krn ada 2 double bed....hrsnya ditambah 1 single bed. Handuknya hanya ada 2.
• Drizellia Amy (7/5): Worth the price and great location! - The location was great. Staff were quick to respond to query. I didn't have enough towel on my first day but they deliver it within an hour. So if you are having trouble that can be fixed fast, you can just ring them. I like that there was parking too and the parking area is actually spacious. Not many cars parked there. There is also a 'mamak' place open 24 hours at the lobby. Washing machine in the bathroom restrict movement and we were not able to lock the door. The tv was quite slow too. As in when you press the remote, it takes you a few minutes to get the tv to register what you press. I end up not watching Netflix because it takes too long to key in my email hahah

• TEOH (1/5): Not recommended - None I had a disappointing experience with the host’s communication. After making the reservatio, I had to take the initiative to reach out via WhatsApp myself just to confirm the booking. Although the host mentioned that check-in details would be shared on the day of arrival, I did not receive any information. I only got the details after I followed up again close to 11pm — which was also the time I arrived in Malaysia. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially after a long journey. In addition, the cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The rooms did not match the photos shown in the listing. The actual condition felt quite different from what was advertised. Overall, the experience was not as expected. I hope the host can improve communication, cleanliness for future guests.

The service was excellent and people were trustworthy and they were kind enough to provide additional help, which was not included in the stay. Additionally the food on the ground floor was also incredible, with a variety of choices to choose from. There wasn’t much that we didn’t like about the property.

• Husin (9/5): Quite good. But can be improve - This apartment is our most spacious that we had yet. The price is also quite good for what they offer. Its complete with everything. I love how there are television at the living room and inside the master room. So i can watch tv with my partner while eating and before sleeping The main door and bathroom door for the master bedroom should at least have a lock for more privacy. i don't like it because someone from the other room can access the master bedroom without much privacy. It understandable that the door is a sliding door but you can add a lock. The water in the water container having mold/algae is not a good thing. I just realized that right before I'm checking out. The water taste is not weird but at least check it once a week. Geez.

• Heather (10/5): Great location with excellent links to whole city. - We loved this property! The location was excellent as you can walk to Brickfields and to Central market. You can also easily walk to the station to get to Batu caves and the LRT to KLCC. The views of KL were amazing and the Infinity cafe in the lobby was so handy! Thank you for being so accommodating and we will definitely stay again! Nothing :)

I may suggest to the owner to change the toilet cover. It looks quite old and dirty. The entrance to go to the car park was too narrow. Luckily, we drove a small car. But otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. Thanks to the owner for sharing all the info precisely.
