• Guest (1/5): Horrible experience - I was shocked by the cleanliness of the whole apartment, from the entrance to the balcony, I took videos of the whole venue which was in bad condition: 1st point: cockroaches were everywhere (kitchen, bathroom, and next to the bed) 2nd: the walls of the whole apartment were durty and the paint were cracked and pilled-off. 3rd: this property doesn’t have a proper main entrance, which was so confusing for the taxi driver who dropped me off, as there are no drop off location, and the main entrance is behind a tiny supermarket and cafeteria. 4th: reception was emty and no one to represente the lobby, and after a few minutes searching for someone, I found a security guy who contacted to apartment owner and who instructed him to handover the room access card to me. 5th: it was hard to reach there as there is no proper name showing at the building. So bad experience with an over rated value compared with other hotels and properties few meters away

• Guest (1/5): Very bad as hell - First of all the lift very very busy you need to wait 20 minutes to go to your room room is full full of cockroaches and ants around the bed kitchen washroom everyone everywhere I couldn’t even be there just 10 minutes and I left the room I have asked for refund I paid 500 AED for very very bad service experience Nothing at all nothing room full of cockroaches

• Phumelele (1/5): HORRIBLE AND DISAPPOINTING - Nothing There were flies and fruit flies all over the apartment.Bathroom sink is leaking. Couch is filthy we couldn't even sit on it. Bed is old and squeaky and you literally feel the springs hurting you. Netflix doesn't work. Mop is old and filthy. There's no laundry rack to hang clothes after washing. The kettle is rusty you can never drink from it you'll get sick. We had a very horrible experience not to mention that you wait forever for the elevators! We couldn't wait to check out!!!

Matelas très inconfortable, travaux jours et nuits juste en bas de l'immeuble....

• Nadiya (9/5): In general it was good 👍🏻, I would come back. - It was clean, spacious room, towels were clean. I enjoyed my stay, everything was good. Easy to take taxi, also bus station just down, small supermarket with groceries. No toilet paper, only two towels. A lot of cockroaches but it’s not only their fault, the building is very very crowded, always some noise. Right next to the building is construction 24/7, so be ready for it.

• Aziz (3/5): Not recommended, very low service, many ppl hanging out in front of building, all items in unit are old and not clean, k - Very crowded building, long waiting and packed elaborate, smell of cooking all over the hallways, basic kitchenette, 24/7 noise from construction next door as well as Highway. Lack of toiletries ( soap, shampoo, detergent, napkin, toilet paper,…)

One transaction was reimbursed but the amount reimbursed was the booking price not the higher price I was charged. I am still dealing with it which is time consuming and still do not know the outcome of my complaint.

• Lin (9/5): Fair Price and Amazing studio - Near the Downtown easy access- pretty much you can go anywhere if there are no traffic not easy entering the parking lot and traffic but it was good that we have parking access and the glass window is near the main road can't close it so it was too loud car noise from outside
• Deepak (9/5): Superb - Neat, clean & comfortable stay Property owners (Not the studio owner) are dumb, there are many lifts available but all are engaged and it takes so long to get to the 16th floor. They should've dedicated 1 or 2 lift to 0-10, 10 to 16 like that. Some neighbouring studios are partitioned and passages are crowded at times. There are no nearby restaurants and the area is congested.

• Pravin (2/5): Not again for me. - Nothing really.... besides being surrounded by taxis. One Phillipino security guard tried to help me. Food and chai were available in abundance downstairs. It was the worst experience ever on booking.com, online booking, which I trust so much. Nobody could help locate my booking. Frustrated. I almost left with bags to another hotel. After a long time, they realised it was OYO, but no one could assist with me my luggage. The situation never ended there. There was no warm water for all three morming6 and evenings... I had a cold shower.. I complained... not attended... but someone told me to write a complaint. For what reason, i have nonidea. No toiletries or extra towel... second morning, i finally received a large 50kg plastic bag with two toilrt rolls, some tubes of was and lotiln... small bottle of water and a toothbrush. The person who brought that extra large bag promised me a towel... never arrived. I used my own. The bed was thin and too hard like a bench.Booking.com should review this property for others who wish to book here... as it looks great from.outside... but inside the hotel is something else. As I was leaving to catch my flight at 6.00 am... hordes of women. I predicted that they were sex workers alighting from taxis and other cars and getting into hotel rooms in this hotel. The taxi driver confirmed my assumption that they were prostitutes. I will not book here again.
