• ana (10/5): Perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones en Oviedo - La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso de la catedral y en la zona peatonal. El apartamento es muy cómodo y agradable. todo estaba muy limpio. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos facilitó la estancia perfectamente. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Nos gustó todo
• Jeroen (8/5): Great stay in central location! - Friendly host, cleanliness, central location, made up beds upon arrival, towels and other bathroom amenities all provided. The apartment looks tidy and recently renovated. Bathroom could use mechanical ventilation. The location is in the historic center right next to the nightlife hotspots of the city. We did spend a weekend there and the noise from outside kept going until early morning, so for sleeping keeping windows closed is recommended.

• Sergei (10/5): Amazing apartment in Oviedo historic downtown - The hosts were very responsive and provided all necessary information in advance, including detailed instructions on getting into the parking with turn-by-turn navigation guidance. I was able to pick up the keys and settle in with no problem, and got a tour along with plenty of helpful guidance on visiting Oviedo as well. The apartment is exactly like in the photos - cozy, very well-planned, with effective utilization of every corner, and three distinct bedrooms. Besides, it rocks a giant flat 65'' smart TV, a full kitchen, and a nice view of the square outside. As the apartment is located in the pedestrian area, it would literally take a few minutes to walk anywhere, and the nearest grocery store is also in a few hundred meters. Please note that the parking spot is very small and can only fit a car up to 1.7-1.8m wide and maybe 4.5-4.7m long. Once mine didn't fit, the hosts immediately responded and recommended a more spacious parking space in the area available for a fee, so this was sorted as well.

• AU (10/5): Oviedo, para volver ! - Lo que más destacaría es La amabilidad de Nuria y Celia ,son encantadores y en lo que pueden ayudar ,lo hacen. El apartamento está en un lugar privilegiado, a dos pasos de la catedral, así que genial! Es un pisito muy cuco, ordenado,limpio, tiene de todo y el detalle de dejar unas botellas de agua y zumos... De diez! Además había muchísima información de la ciudad ,tipo panfletos, cosa que agradecimos. En resumen, recomendable al 200%.

El apartamento con un encanto especial, recién reformado, muy equipado , la cocina impecable..nos gustó que tenía capsulas de café, algo de infusiones , azúcar.. Viajamos con 2 hijas adolescentes para participar en una competición y poder tener 3 dormitorios ha sido una ventaja para que pudieran descansar a su ritmo cada una, además la camas individuales pueden hacerse más grandes.. el ambiente en la plaza de paraguas fue muy tranquilo entre semana. La comunicación con dueños muy fluida y se han mostrado dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que necesitabamos. Sería interesante tener una persiana o cortina oscura en la habitación que da a la plaza de paraguas para dormir con más oscuridad. No hay cerradura inteligente, hay que quedar para entrega de llaves , pero nos explicaron que es lo que marca la legislación local. El camino del garaje es todo cuesta, quizás no es muy recomendable si viajas con un carro de niños pequeños o gente mayor.

• MANUEL (10/5): Fin de semana en familia en Oviedo - El apartamento está situado muy céntrico en la zona antigua de Oviedo, a cinco o diez minutos de los puntos de interés. Está en el principio de la zona peatonal pero cuenta con parking en un edificio cercano, lo cual es un gran punto a favor si viajas con coche. Está totalmente equipado tanto en cocina como en baño, incluso tiene canales de TV de pago. Estuvimos en días fríos y la calefacción estaba puesta a la temperatura que solicitamos. Todo perfecto! No hay nada que no nos gustase.

• Alejo (10/5): Muy recomendable - La ubicación es excelente, en pleno casco histórico, a 100 mts de la Catedral. El apto estaba limpio y con mucha luz natural. Tiene ventanas a 2 calles diferentes con un pequeño balcón en una de ellas. También cuenta con todas las instalaciones necesarias y el plus es el parking. Muy recomendable.

• Mairi (9/5): Beautiful apartment in excellent location - Lovely apartment, we had everything we needed, very comfortable bed with really nice furnishings. Great to have parking as it’s difficult to find in Oviedo. It was very noisy on Saturday night as others have said, but it didn’t really bother us. We were entertained by our neighbours across the street returning home at 7:30am! Nothing to dislike, but perhaps some warning at the step coming out of the bathroom, it’s a bit of a fall hazard as it’s the same colour as the hall floor, one of us did have a fall. We would like to have used all the gadgets on the shower but could only work the normal one, perhaps some instructions.

• ISABEL (9/5): Oviedo y Asturias en general un verano espectacular - El apartamento es muy coqueto, las camas muy cómodas, la ubicación es perfecta está en el centro, la comunicación con el anfitrión es fluida y muy rápida y pendiente para cualquier consulta. Sin duda volveré cuando vuelva a Oviedo. Por poner alguna cosa, como no se puede acceder a la calle desde las 11 de la mañana el tener que cargar con las maletas desde la calle de abajo hasta el apartamento , es un poco costoso ya que hay alguna escalera y algo de cuesta, pero sinceramente una vez superado eso se te olvida pronto, ya que el apartamento y la ubicación son perfectas

• cyril (9/5): Excellent séjour ! - Appartement moderne confortable et très bien équipé dans le centre d'oviedo. La vue sur la place centrale est très agréable et permet de s'immerger dans l'ambiance espagnole. La place de parking est très appréciable et sécurisée, mais il vaut mieux ne pas avoir un très grand véhicule. Il très facile de rejoindre les autoroutes à partir de cette place de parking pour se déplacer dans la région. Des détails à revoir : - consignes pour l'arrivée à transmettre au plus tard la veille, mais pas le jour du déplacement quand on ne parle pas bien espagnol ; - serrure à changer, très difficile à manier. Une perte de temps inutile. Attention les vendredis et samedis soirs, les boîtes de nuit à proximité ouvre de minuit à 5h30 du matin, le niveau sonore n'est plus supportable. Aucun problème le reste de la semaine.

• Vincent (10/5): A beautifully decorated and roomy apartment located near the cathedral, museums, parks, restaurants, and shops. - The location of the property is excellent. It is roomy and very tastefully decorated. I enjoyed having lots of decorative pillows and blankets. The hosts have ensured that guests have what they need, including information about the surrounding area. The host is communicative and helpful. There is a pedestrian plaza right across from the apartment where people gather for food and drink. It can be rather noisy, but joyfully so. If you close the window overlooking the plaza, the sound is greatly diminished. It did not bother us at all. The other side of the apartment faces a street. When the windows are open, you can hear the street activity. We liked that. When closed, the noise is reduced greatly. The master bed is comfortable. Although it has two additional bedrooms, we didn’t use those beds. For us, it was completely comfortable. We loved our stay there. The apartment has parking in a garage that is a short distance away. The spaces in the garage are extremely close together. With a small car, it is fine. It would be difficult to maneuver with a large car. The host is helpful in providing videos to instruct guests on how to pick up the keys to the apartment and garage and how to find the correct space in the garage.

• William (9/5): Superb - Really well located. Parking is convenient, but a small walk up a steep hill (maybe 4 mins or so), so do be aware of that. The apartment was super clean. We had two very different experiences with noise-on Saturday night it was super noisy on the street and difficult to sleep without earplugs. Then on Sunday night it was very quiet. All in a all a nice place.

Lovely and lively square and then great to have the bedroom at the back of the building so it was quiet. The appartment has everything you need and is very well designed and presented throughout.
