• Olena (10/5): Все дуже сподобалось, обов’язково повернемося в це помешкання! - Прекрасні апартаменти, навіть краще ніж на фото. 20 хвилин пішки від центру, поруч за півхвилини зупинки автобусів та трамваїв. Дуже чиста ванна кімната і рушники, в помешканні було все необхідне - холодильник, плита, посуд, кавова машина та ін. Відчуття, що все в помешканні зроблено з душею, було дуже затишно. І звісно, вид з вікна - неймовірні гори.

• Anthony (7/5): - Clean and nicely decorated. Be aware that you can’t check in until 5pm. This is the latest check in I have seen and they have an early checkout at 10am. It was listed as a one bedroom which it is actually a studio with a sofa bed in the room.

• Barbara (10/5): Top Unterkunft, super Lage, sehr liebenswerteVermieter. - Zuerst natürlich die Wohnung selber. Ein sehr gemütliches Appartement, geräumiges Bad, mit Blick auf die Berge. In der Küche alles da, was man braucht - auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Lage - man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt, im Stadtpark oder an den Öffis. Wir waren zu einer Workation in Innsbruck und haben direkt im Wundervoll, ein sehr cooler Coworking-Space im gleichen Haus, gearbeitet. Parkplatz inklusive und nur 100m entfernt. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Es gab absolut nichts zu meckern.

• Ilona (8/5): - Es hat alles super geklappt. Gastgeberin erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Auch Teebeutel und Kaffeekapseln waren da. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Lage ziemlich zentral. Das Apartment ist eigentlich ein "Coaching-Zimmer" in einem Bürogebäude. Es gibt kein Bett, sondern nur eine ausziehbare Couch. War für mich und meine Tochter ok. Für zwei Erwachsene könnte es eng werden. Man sieht das Sofa zwar auf einem Foto - ich dachte aber, es gäbe zusätzl. noch ein "richtiges" Bett. Darauf sollte bei der Beschreibung der Unterkunft ev. hingewiesen werden.

• Dawn (9/5): Unusual apartment set within a set of offices, but great facilities. - Tanya and her husband were lovely, we booked last minute so our room wasn’t quite ready, but offered a glass or two of wine and a lovely chat It was no problem to store or bikes safely inside the building. The bedsit had good facilities, decor was a tad unusual. Nice we could open the windows, nice views from them all too.

• Jodi (8/5): Modern unit, but no air conditioning in hot weather - Very helpful staff with an early check in, location, space, modern, coffee pod machine, comfortable bed. There is no AIR conditioning as advertised. Apparently cold water runs through the floor to cool unit, but this only appears to somewhat work in bathroom. At least needs a fan to circulate air, as leaving windows open is not an option with busy road. Unit would be great if weather was not hot.

• Uliana (10/5): This stay truly felt safe, welcoming, and full of care, comfort, and hospitality - This was one of those cases when both the apartment and the hosts exceeded all expectations. I booked this place for my parents — they are still active, but already of respectable age — and thanks to the exceptional support from Tanya and the host Walter, their visit to Innsbruck became a wonderful, stress-free adventure full of impressions. Even while my parents were still on their way, Tanya arranged and sent them a QR code for free use of local public transport — it was incredibly convenient and helpful. Upon arrival, Walter met them at the building, showed them where to leave their luggage and offered a cozy lobby with coffee to rest while waiting for check-in. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed. The additional option of a fold-out bed came in handy — for older people it was really comfortable to have the possibility to rest on separate beds. The location is easy to reach from Innsbruck main train station, and all main tourist attractions are nearby. Beautiful view from the window, and the hosts stayed in touch throughout the stay.

Kitchen was equipped for any type of cooking. Bathroom clean, sparkling, and roomy. Spacious apartment and very elegant, modern, and up to date. Access was easy and clearly explained. Loved this place! I liked everything about the property!

The host provided a designated space to store our ski and snowboard equipment, and most importantly, the Innsbruck Welcome Card. The apartment is pretty basic but had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Highly recommended!

• Celine (7/5): The apartment is nice and clean, but the sofa bed was quite small, you would expect a proper bed for this price. - The apartment was nice and clean and had good facilities. It was easy to find and not too far from the center. The sofa bed is quite small for two people. The road is very busy and noisy so we couldn’t sleep with open windows even though it was quite warm in the apartment.

• Varun (1/5): Horrible People, Please don't stay - Please don't STAY - Nothing , Horrible, staff told me to clean dish before I left, clean the floor with the injury, told them I got injured but they NO, do it or pay extra...HORRIBLE, need my complete refund for 2 days stay. No shampoo, no soap, outside so noisy, can't able to sleep, construction of some stuff... Need my refund, not because of Noise, because you made me clean dishes and floor...NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL... Nothing, see photos....I need to clean everything before i left...Am I on holiday or working for them. Giving them so much money... Refund my money...you guys are frustrating for me..

Great communication. -Very quiet despite being on a road/junction. -Again, another point for quiet. It was SO peaceful. - Cold bathroom but this could be due to temperature settings.
