• ALFREDO (7/5): Muy buena localización, pero relación calidad precio muy justo - Lo mejor es la ubicación y la terraza que tenía nuestro apartamento. La wifi funcionaba correctamente. la tranquilidad del propio edificio ya que es todo de la misma empresa. Cuarto de basuras en el mismo edificio. El sistema de apertura de las puertas, nos encontramos con otros inquilinos que no podian entrar porque la aplicación no les funcionaba y nadie les contestaba al teléfono,menos mal que nos habían dejado una llave física dentro del apartamento la cual me había llevado y pudimos entrar. Las ventanas corredizas de acceso a la terraza no se pueden cerrar totalmente, siempre se quedan con una pequeña apertura y no se amortigua nada el ruido de la calle. El precio es excesivo para lo que están ofreciendo, ningún tipo de detalle a la llegada (agua, café, etc) o en el baño (sabemos que no es un hotel) pero por el precio nos lo esperábamos. Te obligan a una "fianza" la cual te devuelven cuando estiman que han chequeado el apartamento y entonces la liberan, sin que no hayas visto ni hablado con nadie.

• Sandra (7/5): Estancia acogedora lejos del centro de Madrid. - A la estancia no le falta un detalle, la cocina a pesar de ser pequeña está muy bien equipada. Es pequeño pero para dormir y descansar es un espacio suficiente. El colchón es bastante cómodo. El no tener llaves del alojamiento y depender de tener batería en el móvil. Una pata del sofá cama estaba rota, avisamos pero como pudimos conseguir que se mantuviera conseguimos poder dormir en él.

Posee todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La aplicación Mit house fácil de utilizar...Nos encanto el apto, volvería a repetir. No tenia terraza como anunciado.

• Patry (7/5): - Ubicación cercana a medios de transporte como el metro, y cerca del centro permitiendo coger uber a buen precio. Apartamento bien equipado El sofá cama es muy incómodo para dormir. El barrio era un poco complicado.
• Liza (8/5): - Jag tyckte om att det var rent och att det fanns både tvål och produkter för att använda diskmaskinen och tvättmaskinen, liksom extra soppåsar (och extra sängkläder). Vi fick även checka in lite tidigare vilket var superbra. Boendet har också väldigt nära till stationen Pueblo Nuevo som ligger i den gröna linjen nr 5 och man kommer snabbt in till stan och olika delar av centrala Madrid. Det fanns även en massa matbutiker och klädesbutiker i området. Sängen var inte superbekväm samt att allt var på appen MITHouse som de hade. Tror att lite äldre personer eller personer som inte är erfarna med teknik hade inte uppskattat sättet att checka in och låsa upp dörren. Jag hade dock inget problem med det. Men ett stort tips är att ladda ner appen och checka in och betala deposition INNAN ni anländer till lägenheten.

• Jean Pierre (7/5): goed maar te ver van het centrum in een wijk waar geen winkels of horecazaken zijn - het was een mooie nieuwe studio van alle comfort voorzien pas op de dag van aankomst kregen we een melding dat er een waarborg betaald moest worden en we hebben nog een bericht moeten sturen om deze terug te krijgen
• Belma (8/5): ok - The location is not that bad, it is close to Metro station but is pretty far away from the center of the city. It was clean but there was an odor from the toilette. The MIT application is not bad but it is not so user friendly for older people. Also if you have issues with mobile phone there would be a problem. As we paid for the stay before the arrival it makes no sense to take deposit 200euroes. And it is also expensive in my opinion.
• Patricia (7/5): Nice apartment but I had trouble with the digital lock. - Nicely decorated. Closed to lots of supermarkets, shops and metro. Has aircon/heating. Kitchen has everything you need. I hated the digital key from the start and given the experience I had I would be reluctant to book this, or any other place with a digital key again. The "system" sent a low battery warning to the property agent and they sent me a WhatsApp at 4pm to say it had low battery. I responded at 5:20pm when I saw the message to say I was home and they could come to fix it. They responded that it could wait until the next day. I went out, came home at 3am and was locked out as the battery had died in the door lock. I had to wait over and hour in the stairwell until a staff member arrived with a key. It felt unsafe. The staff on the phone and the staff who arrived were very nice and helpful but I've lowered the overall score because of the rotten experience I had with the digital key. It does not make the stay better for the tourist. Its just a way for companies to cut cost and have less staff, but it is a lesser experience.

• Tim (2/5): Una experiencia mala - La ubicación es bastante centrico y cerca donde estuvimos trabajando. Los apartamentos fueron muy limpios y modernos. Todo en el apartamento funcionó muy bien (excepto las puertas). La limpieza de los apartamentos y el edificio eran excelentes. Tuvimos 3 apartamentos para nuestro grupo de 9 personas. Con cada apartamento, fue dificil bajar la applicación para usar las puertas y la seguridad. Incluso con bastante jovenes muy capacitados con tecnologia fue una lucha para que todo estaba funcionado. Lo peor fue de ser robado un día mientras estuvimos afuera y no recibimos la afirmación de Rubik del robo. Porque el robo no salió en su app/ordenadores mostrando una entrada al apartamento, ellos aún no han dicho nada en cuando lo que iban a hacer o si tienen seguros para recuperar lo que fue robado. Ademas, no han llamado para ver si estuvimos bien o mandado alguien para investigar la situación (solo tecnicos para cambiar la seguridad y ver las ventanas con las cuales tuvimos problemas con las ceraduras). Al final, la puerta principal no cerraba bien para estar segura durante mucho de nuestra estancia. Muchas veces gente de la calle pudiera entrar en nuestro edificio sin llave/aplicación. El servicio y trato en cuanto el problema del robo y la seguridad fue muy debil.
• Servando (3/5): - Buenas dotación lavavajillas, frigorífico Cama que se mueve y chirría con solo apoyarse impedía dormír más de 5 minutos. En cuanto te mueves empieza el concierto. Colchón blandito. Lavamanos de 15 cm de ancho impracticable. No se puede usar ya que se sale todo el agua.
• Aiste (10/5): Very comfortable 1 week stay - The apartment is in a perfect location - calm, close to the metro and grocery stores, restaurants and other shops. There is a mall 5 min walk from it. Apartment was clean, comfortable, modern, had everything you need for a longer stay. We could cook, cuz all the needed dishes and cookware was there. Also a washing machine and dishwasher - the hosts are very nice to put some detergents so we didnt need to buy any. The access with the app is a very nice technology so we appreciated it a lot. Check-in and communication was easy, and it was all self-service, which we prefer, since we are more introverted :D there is air conditioning and radiator in the bathroom so we could modify the apartment temperature for our needs. Bed was comfy, sofa too. The terrace doors were a bit tricky - if you close one side, you need to make sure other side is not opened (very important in wintertime :D ). They could be regulated a bit but that is the only negative thing about this apartmentl
• Rouvier (7/5): - L’appartement est agréable et propre, avec un lit confortable. Il est bien insonorisé, et la douche est très agréable. La climatisation est également un plus. L’appartement était pratique, mais le nécessaire pour un séjour prolongé n’était pas fourni. Pas de pastilles de lave-vaisselle pour un usage quotidien (ce qui aurait été appréciable compte tenu de la taille du lave-vaisselle et de la quantité de vaisselle), et peu de papiers toilette et de sacs poubelle. Nous avons donc dû acheter ces articles, ce qui n’est pas idéal en voyage. De plus, les odeurs de cuisine des voisins étaient souvent perceptibles.

• Bustos Borrego (10/5): Muy buena experiencia - La ubicación era muy buena, con muy buenas comunicaciones con el metro a Atocha y al centro. El piso tiene cubre todas las necesidades para una estancia a corto plazo. Además la limpieza y la disposición del piso eran excelentes. El piso es muy pequeño, pues aunque el baño es suficientemente grande, apenas hay espacio para lo demás. El sofá cama es bastante incomodo.

• Alejandra (7/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación de metro. El piso es moderno y estaba muy limpio. La cocina está bien equipada, con buenos elementos para cocinar. El colchón era un poco incómodo y la base de la cama estaba dañada. Además, el apartamento era mucho más pequeño y estrecho que las fotos, y la terraza que aparece en el anuncio no existía, o al menos no en el apartamento que nos asignaron. Nos pidieron un depósito de 200 euros que tampoco estaba explícito desde el inicio y nos tocó ponerlo antes de entrar.

• Carlos (8/5): - Esta muy bien en relación calidad precio. Es muy limpio, todo funciona perfecto. El metro muy cerca. Lo de la entrada por app al final le pillas el truco y es muy fácil. Las camas son buenas. Muy buena elección. El sofacama del 1A calle Gomez de avellaneda, NO era aceptable como cama para descansar. Sin embargo les llamé al teléfono de atención al cliente y resolvieron el tema inmediatamente. Nos pusieron un colchón super bueno así que todo arreglado. Nada malo que decir.

• Jessica (7/5): - El apartamento era muy bonito y con una terraza espectacular. Muy completo. Cerca del metro y paradas del autobús, que estaban en la calle principal. Zona de aparcamiento libre en la zona. El barrio olía mal y el suelo estaba muy sucio (si salías de la calle principal), también estaba cubierto de papeles de mujeres ofreciendo sus servicios (incluían foto). No utilizamos la terraza porque no la habían limpiado y el suelo del apartamento no estaba bien limpio había algún pelo y pelusas. Tampoco me gustó que no se pudiera entrar hasta las 15:00, se paga por un día completo no por medio.

• JOAOPEDRO (4/5): Excelente localização, mas peca gravemente pela falta de higiene e conforto - O ponto forte é, sem dúvida, a localização. A localização é excelente, com a grande vantagem de ter restaurantes, cafés e supermercados como o Carrefour mesmo ao lado — o que é ótimo para comprar pão quente logo de manhã. Higiene deplorável. A casa de banho exalava um cheiro insuportável a esgoto e os colchões estavam deformados, impossibilitando o descanso. Tudo parecia sujo e mal cuidado, deixando-nos com sérias dúvidas sobre a limpeza do espaço. Uma experiência a não repetir

• Eneko (9/5): - El edificio nuevo, apartamento cómodo con todas las prestaciones. Ubicado en un barrio con todos los servicios y cerca de la estacion de metro. Los colchones de las camas.
• Martha Josefina (10/5): Excelente apartamento muy cerca del metro. Inmejorable. Excelente calidad precio y relación de cominicación - Éramos tres adultos y el apartamento es muy cómodo. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para que la estancia sea perfecta: un apartamento remodelado y amplio,limpio, con calentador de toallas para el invierno, cocina muy bien equipada, a solo tres cuadras del metro. Tiene una terraza maravillosa. Y lo mejor de todo es la relación de amabilidad y de excelente comunicación con el propietario, porque tuvimos un problema de índole personal y de inmediato nos respondió para ayudarnos . Muy diligentes y amables. Volveríamos sin dudas, nunca en un viaje nos habían ayudado con algo personal. Diez en todo. Quedamos muy agradecidos.

• Clare (9/5): We loved this apartment. It was really clean which is important for me. Near to supermarkets and the metro. Felt safe wa - Main bedroom bed was comfortable. Led out onto a nice terrace although being December, we didn’t use it. Bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. Being from the UK, we wanted to cook a roast on Xmas day and we were able to do that with everything provided 😀. Living area had a sofa bed. Son who is 23 said he slept well on it. Smart tv good as we logged into Netflix and watched some Xmas films. All very clean. Totally recommend. App worked well. The heating was hot air which left me feeling a bit dry but that’s probably just a me problem! Could do with a dresser or a chest of drawers in the main bedroom as nowhere to put stuff. Main bedroom needs a mirror, as bathroom after using shower, is too steamy to use when getting ready.

• Luciana (9/5): Excelente! - Boa localização, próximo ao metrô e supermercado. O apartamento é bem decorado, tudo novo e organizado. O apartamento é ideal para um casal. O sofá cama é bonito, mas muito desconfortável.

• José (10/5): Excelente Studio perto do metrô. - Lugar muito moderno e com tudo que é necessário. Ficamos fora do Studio porque a chave eletrônica não funcionou. O chaveiro chegou às 1:20 da manhã. Eh importante avisar que sempre devemos carregar a chave física para não ficar para fora. A bateria da porta deslocou do lugar. Ao sair a moça da limpeza estava com todos os equipamentos na porta, atrapalhando o acesso e “pressionando” para sair, pelo menos 40 minutos antes das 11hs. Foi desagradável.

• Ana Ma Tique (10/5): Excelente opción, no en el centro pero muy buena - Muy lindo y acogedor, privado y te permite descansar tranquilo después de un día de caminar un montón Ten en cuenta que no es cerca al centro o zonas turísticas pero tiene muy buenas conexiones de transporte, una estación de metro muy cerca, para las personas mayores puede ser difícil todo el tema del ingreso y el uso del app; sis eris bueno una línea de Wa para comunicación, ya que no la tienen.

Además, el hospedaje queda en una zona segura sin importar la hora. El lugar es pequeño y queda un poco lejos de los lugares turísticos

Consigliato sia per Coppie, famiglie 3/4 persone e clientela business. Potrebbe essere utile lasciare una bottiglia di acqua in frigo.

• Renske (10/5): Fijn verblijf in mooi appartement - Mooi appartement, we verbleven met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. De kinderen sliepen op de slaapbanken wat prima ging. Het is een nieuw en fris appartement, ook het dakterras is echt een aanwinst, ‘s ochtends lekker ontbeten daar. Pueblo Nuevo (metrostation) ligt op korte loopafstand en ook de supermarkt is lopend prima te bereiken.
• BENEDITO PAULO (7/5): Esperava mais! - Cozinha bem equipada e localização boa. As camas são desconfortaveis, o sofa cama descosiderar como opção. A limpeza não é boa, lençol manchados e falta de itens para uma manutenção, ficamos 7 dias e não havia nada para mantermos o espaço.
• Belina (5/5): - La cercanía a la estación de metro Me quedaba en el 5B. El especio era muy pequeño intentando que pareciera muy bonito con muebles de todo tipo pero poco útiles. Todo muy atrabancado con una mesa de cocina tipo barra que casi impedía abrir el lavavajillas o la nevera. Muy incómodo. Con un baño sin un mueble o repisa para poner cosas de aseo y un lavabo tan pequeño dónde apenas podías apoyar el cepillo de dientes y lavarte la cara, te tropezabas con el espejo. Nos dejaron una bayeta que no era una bayeta sino un trozo de bayeta cortado de forma cutre. Una ducha cuyo grifo estaba despegado de la pared y un jabón de lavavajillas en un bote reutilizado pequeñito con un aspecto lamentable. Una pena la verdad. Nos habíamos quedado en otra ocasión en el ático y por supuesto nada que ver con el resto de los apartamentos.

• TANVI (9/5): - Spacious, all facilities working and present. Appreciated extra blankets, sets of towel etc. On the ground floor so need to climb any stairs. The Mitapp is complex for older people who arent tech savvy. Would only recommend it for younger people also if you only get key to your apartment door. Without the app you cant open the main building door.
• Stefania (6/5): Bello all’apparenza ma di scarsa qualità nella sostanza. - Pozione comoda e alla vista un bell’appartamento L’appartamento è ben sistemato ma tutto è bello più che comodo e di qualità: la doccia perde acqua, il letto è dotato di materasso di scarsa qualità. Problemi all’impianto fognario hanno causato pessimi odori per tutta la durata del soggiorno (problema mai risolto nonostante il contatto via mail con l’organizzazione). La struttura è una di quelle senza contatto con il proprietario quindi funziona tramite app e ha una mail e un telefono di riferimento in caso di problemi: esperienza completamente anonima. Per me personalmente non vale i soldi richiesti.
• Marko Cvijovic (9/5): My recommendation for this apartment - The apartment's location is good, very close to the metro station and a couple of markets (small shops, Lidl and Aldi). The accommodation is as shown in the pictures, well equipped, tidy and clean. Great terrace. Check-in experience is also great, automated as much as it could be. The shower faucet should be replaced. It's difficult to adjust the water, but that's a minor problem. Also as recommendation for host, leaving a bottle of water in the fridge is a small expense and leaves the impression of greater hospitality and care for the guest.
• ALEXANDRE (7/5): - Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad (no hay terraza). Fue super difícil contactar con el dpto. de reservas (tuve que llamar más de 50 veces para una consulta y me dejaban a la espera hasta que se colgaba).
• Andreas (8/5): Eine gute Location für einen Alleinreisenden. Kann ich aufjedenfall empfehlen. Hat alles problemlos geklappt. - Die moderne Ausstattung Im Schlafzimmer waren an der Terassentür Ameisen und sie war schwerer zu schließen.
• Clement (6/5): - The double bed was quite small, and every time I went near it, I kept hitting my toe on the center leg of the cot. The kitchen utensils were of very poor quality. Only a day before check-in, they informed us that we had to pay a €200 deposit for nothing. The bathroom constantly smelled like garbage. The location is also a bit far from the city center.
