• Selim (10/5): - We loved everything, first of all it is very clean. The bed is comfortable, towel, shampoo provided. You even have a kettle in your room along with tea and cups. Also, there is a fan, perfect for hot weather. As for the woman, sweetest person ever!! I don't know why the other comments were so bad but we were very late due to an event and she said no worries. May god bless her and for her nice acommodation. (Of course because you share an apartment with her, you need to know how to behave or else everyone would be mad) Abbiamo adorato tutto. Prima di tutto, la struttura è molto pulita. Il letto è comodo e vengono forniti asciugamani e shampoo. In camera c'è persino un bollitore con tè e tazze. Inoltre, c'è un ventilatore, perfetto per le giornate calde. Per quanto riguarda la signora, è la persona più gentile che si possa incontrare! Non capisco perché gli altri commenti fossero così negativi, ma noi siamo arrivati molto tardi a causa di un evento e lei ci ha detto che non c'era alcun problema. Che Dio la benedica per la sua gentilezza e per la splendida ospitalità. (Naturalmente, dato che si condivide l'appartamento con lei, bisogna sapere come comportarsi; altrimenti chiunque si arrabbierebbe.) Wir haben alles geliebt. Zunächst einmal ist die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Das Bett ist bequem, Handtücher und Shampoo werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Zimmer gibt es sogar einen Wasserkocher sowie Tee und Tassen. Außerdem gibt es einen Ventilator, perfekt für heißes Wetter. Und was die Gastgeberin betrifft: Sie ist der liebste Mensch überhaupt! Ich verstehe nicht, warum die anderen Bewertungen so negativ waren, denn wir kamen wegen einer Veranstaltung sehr spät an und sie sagte, dass das überhaupt kein Problem sei. Möge Gott sie für ihre Freundlichkeit und ihre schöne Unterkunft segnen. (Natürlich teilt man sich die Wohnung mit ihr, daher sollte man wissen, wie man sich angemessen verhält - sonst wäre jeder verärgert.)

Kúpeľňa bola veľmi úzka (sprcha), okno v izbe sme nemohli otvárať, aby nenalietali komáre. (Mal som 14 kusancov od komárov). Obe noci boli hlučné, majiteľka si púšťala aj celú noc TV nahlas.

La struttura non era consone alle foto su booking, muro sporco e con insetti morti, specchio rotto, bustine del the aperti e usati, asciugamani bagnati, bagno era inagibile, perché c’erano rasoi usati, pettini pieni di capelli e scarico non funzionante. Nel complesso la struttura era abitata dalla signora (non specificato) e ci ha portate ad andarcene senza soggiornare.

The location is quite convenient: a three-minute walk to the bus stop and easy public transportation to the city center. The area is more like student, family, and quiet. The only sad thing was the lack of a hairdryer

Avevo chiesto se era possibile consegnare più tardi la stanza , c'è stato negato anche se avevamo detto di pagare qualcosa in più per dormire qualche ora in più . Termosifoni troppo alti da morire di caldo , cuscini un po' scomodi.

• platania (1/5): - Io e mia madre abbiamo alloggiato qui e purtroppo l'esperienza è stata negativa sotto ogni punto di vista, a partire dall'accoglienza estremamente scortese della proprietaria. Durante la notte la signora è rimasta in casa, ma senza alcun rispetto per il nostro riposo: alle 2 di notte ha tenuto la TV ad alto volume, rendendo impossibile dormire. Anche sul fronte dell'igiene la situazione è stata deludente, con lenzuola sporche e un bollitore per il tè pieno di calcare e inutilizzabile.L'episodio più grave e imbarazzante è avvenuto però l'ultimo giorno. Abbiamo aiutato un ragazzo straniero fuori dal palazzo che non riusciva a trovare il B&B; dopo aver scoperto che alloggiava nella nostra stessa struttura, lo abbiamo fatto salire. La proprietaria lo ha accolto in modo vergognoso, urlando, usando parolacce e bestemmie. Quando mia madre ha cercato gentilmente di mediare per spiegare la situazione (visto che ilragazzo non capiva l'italiano), la signora ha risposto malissimo anche a lei. Nonostante abbiamo mantenuto la calma e risolto l'inconveniente parlando con il ragazzo, trovo che un simile livello di maleducazione e aggressività verbale sia intollerabile in una struttura ricettiva. Mai più.

• Lorenzo (3/5): Incubo a Roma - L'unica cosa buona era la posizione comoda vicino alla metro B fermata marconi Allora da dove cominciare...prima di tutto bagno in comune che nella descrizione non era chiaro perche nei servizi c'era scritto bagno ma poi nella descriziine in dettaglio era specificato bagno condiviso,altra cosa camera sporca capelli per la camera polvere e la camera non è come quella in foto cioè mi spiego meglio la foto è quella ma è un effettk di luce a renderla così,perche in realta è sporca vecchia con la finestra dove c'è una zanzariera spaccata delle ferrate,e delle zanzare spiaccicate sui muri della camera ,un tavolo messso a disposizione nella camera mezzo spaccato e per finire nella tavola del bagno nella parte inferiore una bella chiazza di sangue va a capire da quanto tempo bella secca o almeno era quello che sembrava e non poteva essere dell'altra camera perche l'altra persona doveva ancora arrivare,ragazzi sconsigliatissima va bene si la posizione ma passerete una notte da incubo

Forniti asciugamani e mini servizio bar con te e bottigliette d'acqua. Camera spaziosa il giusto per due persone, letto matrimoniale. Camera privata e bagno condiviso con resto dell'alloggio (altra camera in affitto e il resto della casa dedicato al proprietario), ma comunque specificato nell'annuncio. Accoglienza pessima; una signora veramente poco gentile e per niente accogliente mi ha mostrato la camera e il posto con un fare generale veramente scortese.

Man konnte zu Fuß zur U-Bahn-Station laufen und von dort aus direkt zum Kolosseum fahren. Auch ein Supermarkt war in der Nähe. Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

• Andrés Ordóñez campo (1/5): - pésimo la verdad que muy mal la estadía y la experiencia allí en ese lugar porque? porque la señora fue muy mal educada fuera de eso el baño estaba sucio con excremento por fuera del baño automáticamente le dije a la señora que por favor si podía limpiar el baño porque no me iba a sentar allí y comenzó a gritar histéricamente y decía que si no me gustaba que me fuera del lugar que para eso había muchas personas que podían rentar la verdad ya porque era tarde si no me hubiera ido del lugar no lo recomiendo para nada es desagradable esa señora. y en las mañanas iba la hija y hablaba a los gritos con la señora y personalmente no recomiendo este hospedaje porque es una señora muy muy histérica desagradable totalmente la cámara incómoda solamente muestra las fotos muy lindas pero en persona es una realidad ese alojamiento del 1 a 10 mi calificación sería un 0 doy esa puntuación por la razón las toallas viejas el baño sucio la cama incómoda la señora maleducada Assolutamente terribile, onestamente, il soggiorno e l'esperienza lì sono stati orribili perché la signora è stata incredibilmente maleducata. Oltre a ciò, il bagno era sporco, con escrementi fuori dal water. Le ho chiesto subito se poteva pulirlo perché non avevo intenzione di sedermi lì, e lei ha iniziato a urlare istericamente, dicendo che se non mi piaceva, dovevo andarmene, che c'erano molte altre persone che potevano affittare. Onestamente, era tardi, altrimenti me ne sarei andata. Non lo consiglio affatto; quella signora è disgustosa. E la mattina, sua figlia veniva a urlare contro la signora. Personalmente, non consiglio questo posto perché è una donna molto, molto isterica e sgradevole. La macchina fotografica è scomoda; mostra solo belle foto, ma dal vivo è una realtà completamente diversa. Su 10, il mio voto sarebbe 0. Do questo punteggio a causa degli asciugamani vecchi, del bagno sporco, del letto scomodo e della signora maleducata. • MORVILLO (2/5): Esperienza poco confortevole - Posizione buona. Ho scelto questa stanza a Roma zona Marconi solo per la vicinanza alla sede di un concorso. Dall’annuncio non è chiaro che il bagno è in comune e che va condiviso anche con la proprietaria, la quale vive all’interno della struttura, informazione non specificata. Il bagno risulta datato e poco curato, con porta in vetro. La proprietaria, una signora anziana, tiene il televisore a volume alto in una stanza adiacente, rendendo difficile il riposo. Viene inoltre applicata una rigidità eccessiva sull’orario di arrivo: è previsto un supplemento di 15€ dopo le 20, anche per pochi minuti, nonostante avessi comunicato in anticipo che sarei arrivata intorno alle 19. Avrei compreso una penale oltre le 21, ma non alle 20, soprattutto considerando che la proprietaria vive in casa. Ho trovato un asciugamano molto usurato e la porta della stanza danneggiata, dettagli che non trasmettono particolare attenzione. Vista la situazione complessivamente poco confortevole, ho preferito lasciare la struttura in anticipo. Infine, sebbene il prezzo sembri economico, con una tassa di soggiorno di 7€ a notte (più alta rispetto a strutture anche di categoria superiore), il costo finale risulta poco proporzionato al tipo di alloggio offerto.

• Edi (4/5): Soggiorno INACCETTABILE: Igiene Scadente, Offese e Ostilità del Personale. - Solo due elementi positivi: la presenza di una TV, anche se di piccole dimensioni e la possibilità di utilizzare un bollitore. Appena sono entrata in questa casa, me ne volevo già andare via. L'esperienza è stata PESSIMA a causa del basso comfort, dell'igiene e del comportamento ostile del personale. Problema Igiene/Comfort: * Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani puzzavano forte di cloro. * Le bustine di camomilla e tè erano piene di polvere e nel frigobar ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua già usata a metà. * L'uso del bagno era limitato (scaldabagno che durava 20 minuti ed era spento la mattina). * Problema Rumore: La signora è rimasta nel salone a guardare la TV ad alto volume fino alle 2:00 di notte e l'ha riaccesa alle 5:00 di mattina, rendendo impossibile dormire. *Problemi con il Personale: Il figlio( probabilmente) è stato aggressivo al telefono, non mi ha voluto aiutare al arrivo nemeno con il parcheggio e mi ha chiesto in modo offensivo: "MA TU CAPISCI ITALIANO?" — una domanda inaccettabile dato che vivo in Italia più di 20 anni. * All'arrivo, la signora ha preteso €7 di tassa (non dovuta) e durante la discussione l'ho sentita mormorare l'offesa esatta: "MA VAFA****O * Inoltre è scorretto applicare la penale di €15 per il check-in in ritardo, visto che la signora vive in casa. Solo dopo che mi sono arrabbiata, si è ammorbidita, ha ritrattato la tassa e mi ha spiegato dove parcheggiare. Nonostante il tardivo tentativo di rimediare, il soggiorno è stato rovinato da offese e mancanza di rispetto.

Non sono chiare le foto presenti su booking, da vicino è completamente diverso, vecchissimo, dalle porte , al letto , alle finestre ,sporco, senza condizionatori, bagno condiviso con un'altra camera e con i proprietari stessi che sono anche antipatici. Il che non è ben chiaro al momento della prenotazione se non fai molta attenzione non si capisce che il bagno è in comune. Dalle foto sembra tutt'altro di quello che è realmente Porte rotte , stanza minuscola che non si chiude nemmeno bene.

La signora scortese al massimo ha fatto un putiferio per una spina staccata nel bagno per attaccare il phon. Suo figlio (tra l'altro proprietario del numero trovato nei contatti) scorbutico e arrogante al telefono, chiamato per avere indicazioni su come arrivare in struttura. La struttura non è come mostrata dalle foto, prese della corrente pericolosissime che vengono bagnate dalla doccia perché il soffione ha l'acqua che sparava dai lati. La camera aveva una scrivania tutta rovinata, un frigorifero minuscolo che ci andavano solo due bottigliette in piedi vicine.

• Rebo (4/5): OK solo se avete bisogno di un posto per la notte, per pochi giorni. - La posizione è sicuramente l'elemento predominante nella scelta di questa struttura: la casa si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Marconi, con la quale è possibile raggiungere in poco tempo la stazione di Roma Termini, ma anche aree più turistiche come il Colosseo. Non era stato chiaramente specificato che la sistemazione fosse una stanza situata in una casa abitata dall'host stessa. Inoltre il bagno non era privato, bensì in comune ad un'altra stanza, messa a disposizione di un altro/altri clienti - anche questo elemento non chiaramente specificato. La padrona di casa è arrivata al check-in con un ritardo di più di 30 minuti, nonostante fosse stata avvisata del nostro arrivo più volte.

• Suchitra (2/5): It was a terrible experience on our first night in Rome. - Nothing The keys didn’t work, we couldn’t leave the place to have supper. The bedroom door didn’t lock easily. We had to share a bathroom. Worst of all, there was only sparkling water in the Fridge. I thought I would drink some water from the kettle that stood there, assuming it was clean water. I was almost sick as the water tasted terrible. Looking inside the kettle, it seems like that water has been standing there for many months, as it looks like something was growing inside it. I did take videos of it. The shower head couldn’t be adjusted, the water flow stung you. We will not recommend staying at this place.

The bathroom is shared, but usually, it was free when I needed it. The tap in the shower is old and inconvenient. It is difficult to set the water to the temperature you want.

• Nathan (7/5): Pleasant stay with distant relative - For what it was, I enjoyed my stay. No frills. You shared the bathroom with the homeowner and whomever was renting the room opposite the add says toiletries provided. There were none provided but looked like many bottle of shampoo on the counter (possibly left from other guests). There was also hand wash at the sink. That was the extent of toiletries. The bed had a memory foam mattress and was quite firm. The pillows, were medium support. I slept very well on the bed. The room was spacious and has a desk/tea station, with a mini fridge next to it. There was a ceiling fan and ample storage for clothes and hanging garments. Plenty of spare blankets too if you got cold in the night. We did not as end of May the temp was really warm. The walk to Marconi station took 10mins. And the bus just across the street. Easy travelling to/from. I booked this property with a friend, as we were participating in a rugby tournament for the week. I could tell by the pictures that it would be a residential flat and not a hotel. What I wasn’t expecting was that instead of having the studio flat to ourselves, we were renting a room in a little old lady’s home. This was a two bedroom property and what I gathered, she rented the two rooms out and she stayed in the lounge area. The lounge and kitchen areas were off limits to us and the bathroom was shared with the other room. To be fair, I only had a few occasions that I had to wait for the bathroom. We were also only given one set of keys. This isn’t an issue if you and your partner we are sticking together the whole time, but my friend and I were competing on different teams and were needing access to the flat at different times. This made logistics of giving/collecting keys frustrating and annoying.

• Мария (7/5): Affordable accomodation near the city Center - Location is perfect, about 7 min walk from the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. Apartment is clean, host is super friendly and helpful. Some stuffs in the bathroom should be replace by new ones. Shower leaked a litttle
• Kayra (3/5): Bad shower ,cheap price - the location was not that bad ,you can take 1 bus to city centre and its 7 stops on metro to the termini. The owner was very aggressive sometimes, and we couldnt reach her very often .In the middle of the day 2 woman came and said that they booked our room aswell and the lady owns the place wasnt around so we had to deal with the situation ourself and it was frustrating.Lastly shower is barely bathable:P
