• Jens (10/5): Two day vacation in Florence - Good AC, good location with walking distance to everything and 80 m from tram to AirPort. Second floor was a bit tough on tall people. On the fourth floor with no elevator.
• Alexander (4/5): Do not recommend for vacation travel - Not much to like. DO NOT BOOK HERE BASED ON THE PROFILE PHOTO!! There’s a nice cafe on the corner about 2 blocks away. Weird smell, AC controls were marginal, upstairs 2nd bedroom was hot and bathroom facilities poor. Difficult to locate. Apartment is up 4 flights of stairs, no elevator. If you have luggage, it’s really tough.
• Raluca (5/5): Poor quality for money value - The only decent aspect of our stay was that we managed to have a good sleep. An unfortunate experience with this property that has never happened to me before: compared to how it is presented on Booking, the appartment has quite some negative surprises - dirty kettle: we could not have a tea in the evening, very small shower at the ground floor for a size S person to fit in - my husband ( size L) could not fit in and have a shower in 4 days stay, glass shelf at the mirror on the ground floor bathroom unstable - fall with all my toilettries from one end and broke my Gritti - Mamgo Oud fragrance (thank God I did not cut myself), bedroom and bath at the upper floor suitable for 150 cm tall people - my daughter and her boyfriend (170-180 cm tall) bump their heads in the ceiling wood all the time, very cold in the apartment - helped to have air conditioning. This property does not have decent living conditions.

• Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great, very close to the train station. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Wifi was good. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Just be aware that the unit is on 3rd floor and there's no elevator. The shower is kinda tight, but fits an average person.
• Carolyn (2/5): Very poor - We choose places based on if the have air conditioning. The air conditioners in the bedrooms didn’t work. It was horrible and hot. We had to take a mattress from the upstairs bedroom and put it on the kitchen floor to be by the air conditioner that worked. None of us slept well.

• Kenneth (8/5): We were thrilled with the accommodation. Location is excellent. - Everything was excellent and the hosts were perfect. It was fully equipped. Bed were very comfortable. North American travellers should be aware the main floor shower is very tight to get in and small. That’s not unusual in Europe but you should be aware of it. There is a tub with hand held shower head on top floor that worked fine. Also be aware, it’s upper floor - 3rd story - with no elevator. If you have mobility issues or heavy bags that might be an issue.

• Juan (10/5): Great stay in Florence - The host was so courteous and helpful, very accommodating and great at communicating. The air conditioners on both bedrooms work incredibly well, which was much appreciated! The apartment is in a top floor, so keep in mind you will have to carry bags (not an issue for us). The location is great, just half a block away from the cable car, you can also walk pretty easily to the historic center
