Duran (1/5): Desrespeito à saúde da pessoa idosa. - Das fotos do site. Estou a um mês tentando devolução das diárias e estão me negando. Paguei a reserva, não mandei os documentos, pois mandei um áudio que precisava ver o local antes de confirmar, pois sou idosa e asmática. Levei menos de duas horas para chegar no chalé. Quando cheguei fiquei menos de dois minutos no quarto junto com a atendente e o local iria me fazer mal. Pedi na hora a devolução e a atendente disse que eu teria que ver isso com o booking. Desde então estou em contato com o booking que fala que é a pousada que pode devolver o dinheiro. Paguei R$ 530,00 por dois minutos. A resposta que obtive é que só receberam a minha mensagem após eu ter saído, pois o wifi deles estava com problemas e que não iriam devolver as diárias. Enfim, não sei mais a quem recorrer.
