• Tom (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Rome with an amazingly helpful host - Perfect space near the main train station. Salvatore could not have been more helpful. Tips for places to visit and where to eat like a local. Booked a fantastic transfer to the airport at a good price. Really flexible with check in/check out. Only thing it might perhaps benefit from is a comfy sofa in one of the rooms. But that is a suggestion not a complaint

• Sylvanna (10/5): Definately recommend and would return - Location was great! Right by Termini. We walked everywhere, Colosseum about 15 min, Trevi about 25. Big Bonus was the AC is Romes 90 degree weather ( we are from FL so used to the heat but when your walking all day it’s a plus to come home to AC) Salvatore communicated with us from time we made reservations and provided detailed directions, modes of transportation etc. We were greeted by Frederico who gave us great tips and restaurant recommendations- we ate at both!! As a family of 6 we had plenty of space, kitchen fully stocked and they really thought about the personal touches, such as travel adaptors. Clean and comfortable! Cannot think of anything!
• Saurin (5/5): The host was very nice, and I wanted to really like the place, but too many issues, including AC - Positives: + good shower with overhead (rain head) and additional handheld in each. + fixing hot water heater - fast response. The hot water heater stopped working when we got back from a long sweaty day of exploring. No hot water to take showers before dinner. While on the phone with the host, we tried resetting the unit, and even the fuse. The repair guy got there within an hour. We had left for dinner by then and could shower afterwards. + gave us a book on Naples as a courtesy gift. Negatives: 1. The listed address in booking.com is NOT the actual address. When booked it looked very near the train station -walkable. Later, the address was provided as 2 metro stops from the train station - not walkable. Ask for the address before you book. 2. Was the only one of 4 properties that asked for a deposit of 360 Euro outside of booking (Sumup link) and wanted CASH at the start of the stay (which forced me to get Euros from my bank in the US since Rome was our first stop). Could have charged through booking. com but didn't. Could have allowed payment through prior Sum Up link, but didn't. That didn't sit well with me. 3. The AC in 2 of the 3 bedrooms didn't work. It was 90F+, so that is not acceptable. The host got a couple of fans there to blow around the warm air. You CANNOT list such an apartment in the summer and have 2 of 3 ac units not working the whole time we were there. We were told they were new units and that we were the first ones who needed to use them. The cleaners or host could have checked that they worked... After immediately realizing they didn't work, I messaged the host to call the AC technician. Then after the AC guy came, it was determined they had to order a part, but wouldn't get there before our stay was over (4 nights). While a host cannot predict when something might break, as a guest, it just isn't right. Check the weather, see it is going to be 90F and check the AC! He was polite and responsive and even gave us a book on Naples. That didn't make the stay as good as it could have been... 3. Layout/space of the apartment - there is a small couch in the kitchen that is being called the living room. There isn't one. Look at the photos carefully. If you need a nightly gathering space, it is the small table in the kitchen or in a bedroom. 4. Smaller than expected "twin" beds in one of the bedrooms. Maybe that is the standard size.
• Akari (10/5): a wonderful owner and a perfect place that made our great trip even better - We had a fantastic stay! The apartment had plenty of beds and rooms and mirrors, plus two bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. The owner was kind, helpful, and always easy to reach, which gave us great peace of mind. The location was also very convenient—within walking distance of Termini Station. Overall, a truly wonderful experience. I had no major complaints about the place, but it would have been even better if there had been boxes of tissues.

• Twyla (10/5): Loved the location, great apartment for families. Felt safe & secure and still close to everything! - We loved our stay at the Savoy Suite! The host helped arrange transportation from the airport, met us and greeted us with tips on the city, and was available to communicate via WhatsApp whenever we needed. We traveled from USA and spent 8 nights here. We really appreciated the messages ahead of the trip, especially the reminder about needing cash to pay for the apartment, since we had booked the room several months earlier and forgot that detail. The host gave recommendations for places to eat and see. Apartment had three rooms, and two bathrooms, which worked great for our family of four. Windows were remarkable for blocking sound and light to allow sleeping in (jetlag). Used the washer (no dryer) and hung clothes to dry- so no problem packing light. There was a kitchen that had a fridge where we kept food for breakfast/late night snacks. Highly recommend!
• Anna (10/5): Eccellente! - Location, very close to main station all trains buses are there! Colosseum less than 15min away by walking! There is a gate before you entry the building, gives extra security. The savoy apartment size was good. Kitchen and bathrooms (there are two!) have all basics. Salvatore always ready to answer your question which is always nice to know there is someone "on the there other side", real person if there is any problem with the flat etc. Very happy with our visit to Rome. We will recommend it to everyone. P.S. From the apartment's window you can see orange tree and green parrots! N/A

• Louisa (10/5): This property is just as described. AC works. Very clean. Public transport nearby. - Everything was great.. Beautiful building. Such a clean apartment. In a quiet location. If walking isn't you, public transport was near by. Supermarkets and Restaurants nearby too! The holiday ended!
• Seby (10/5): Family of 5 at the Savoy Suite! - Great location near Roma Termini station and the M subway. Good size for a large family with kids that need their own space. Rooms were comfortable and AC was great to have since temps were 100F+. Sal and his family are wonderful hosts and took the time to explain everything at check in and also provide recommendations for visitors. Very responsive and available for questions at any time. Would be great if there was a couch area but layout does not have room for it. Also, the property requires payment in cash, so make sure the required foreign currency amount is pulled from the bank in advance as the local ATMs have daily withdrawal limits and USA banks only allow a certain amount of foreign currency withdrawn every couple of weeks. Just an administrative thing that you don't want to think about during the trip.
• Simon (8/5): Pleasant apartment - Good clean apartment .The owner was friendly and welcoming No locks on the bathroom door.In this day and age the owner insisted on cash payment which made things a bit awkward .I couldn’t help thinking that booking .com wouldn’t have insisted on this .But we luckily had the cash saved for tips .We certainly wouldn’t have taken it on if we’d have grasped the gentleman’s emails

Communication with the owner was wonderful and extremely helpful. Great location next to the train station and bus stops.
