- Paul (1/5): Bad - We were left until 11.30 pm no knowing where our room ws as no reception and no internet....office that we managed to get through to eventually did no seem to care that we were stranded. only due to help from complete concerned stranges did we manage to gain information. visited ths complex 15 times, ths was first time we never received a welcome package ! not a drop of milk or a tea bag even. paid for a cleaner and were told only for last day!! No instructions for bins or anthing ! Fist time ever got bitten constantly by mossies due to shaded bk garden being constantly wet. terrible experience and never again!! Try cleaning a bit indepth. Noisy road .....complex oven and hob again
