• o_OjSmile (10/5): Great place and people - The apartment is great, with a good location and everything needed for a nice stay. Hosts are exceptionally careful to their customers, they leave a bottle of water and some snacks. The water was really useful as tap water is not drinkable there. Perfect communication. There was a noisy dehumidifier, not nice when sleeping.

• Cecilia (8/5): Posizione ottima, personale gentile. - La posizione, l’arredo. Tutto molto bello e personale gentile per ogni cosa. (La macchinetta del caffè non funzionava e mi hanno preso del the). Da fuori arrivavano cattivi odori, che giustamente non dipende la loro ma comunque la finestra stava meglio chiusa ecco.
• Benedek (5/5): - The accommodation was good. The location is good. You can make it completely dark for sleep, which is a big plus for me. My issue was not with the facilities. I gave only five stars because as I've read many of these old buildings are quite damp. But the reality here was that it wasn't only damp but I could smell mold in there. I stayed for two nights but I would never stay more because mold is incredibly harmful to health. After these two nights I went home and I could smell a weird damp smell on my hair a day later. I could see a little dehumidifier in the corner but that's not gonna solve anything. I saw that some questionable stuff was painted over, but I can't be sure if it was mould or not. So I'm not gonna say it was 100% mold, because I don't know, but it's definitely not a space I would want to spend any more time in. The owner should try to find some solution for this issue, at the minimum, a ventilation system. And if there is mold at any time, it has to be treated correctly. It is not safe for humans to sleep in a place that has this smell, why pay for it? I would rather stay in a shitty apartment on the other side of the city, if it's safe to sleep in.
• Americo (7/5): Espacio reducido, no es un apartamento - prolijo y bien ubicado , un poco reducido de espacio . Había café y biscotti a nuestra llegada y tiene frigobar Baño completo . Al llegar no teníamos mucha info y no podíamos llegar en auto / taxi al albergue porque en esa calle tan estrecha no circulan autos. Hubo que hacer 200 metros con valijas a pie . La calle donde está no es linda , sin embargo el barrio está bien y es seguro ademas está publicado como un apartamento y en realidad es un cuarto con un baño . Si bien tiene hornallas para cocinar , no creo que nadie cocine en el dormitorio

• Xristidel (7/5): - Ανακαινισμένο δωματιο στην αρχή της Spaccanapoli σε δρομακι ησυχο αλλα οχι απόμερο κ πολυ κοντα στο Metro. Ο ιδιωκτητης ανταποκριθηκε αμεσως σε οτι θελαμε! Το δωματιο ειχε πολυ υγρασία κ μυριζε . Ηταν σκοτεινό γιατι το παραθυρο βλεπει στον ακαλυπτο. Επίσης η τηλεοραση οταν την ανοιγες ανοιγοκλεινε μονη της ανα λιγη ωρα. Και δεν ειχαμε κ καθολου σημα στα κινητα μας. :(

• Dr (10/5): Exceptionally good apartment and I enjoyed it. - Very clean, all facilities in the room , large bathroom, big smart TV, comfortable bed, good location. The password of the WiFi was too long, I had no pen to write it down in WhatsApp message and it was not easy to memorize it. I think could be better either to have a simplified password or keep the password in the room on the instructions paper.

• Tsveta (10/5): Cosy clean flat in the centre of Naples - Very smooth check-in and great comminication with the host, with coffee, snacks and other nice touches provided. Very clean and tidy. Would be back for sure.
• Marisol (10/5): A nice place to stay in the hearth of Naples - Our stay was amazing and very comfortable, the place beautiful, well equipped and perfect for a small family. We went with our 3 months old baby, and they had a lovely gesture of leaving toiletries for our little one, definitely a lovely and unforgettable gesture. Thanks for making our stay nice and comfy. Nothing related to the property itself, however the building where the apartment is located, the construction is unfinished, but nothing to care about.

• Sandra (10/5): comfortable apartment, close to the center at a good price - The stay in the apartment was perfect. Beautiful, clean, new and elegant. Close to the old town. The apartment has everything you need (toothbrushes, toothpaste, bath cosmetics, towels, coffee, cookies, water in the fridge). Contact with the owner was perfect. Very successful stay. I have no objections.

Nice and communicative owner - -Very clean and pleasant, new apartment! -Nicely finished (even books on the site table) -Very nice clean bathroom -Bits like cotton wool for face were provided (very much liked that…unfortunately no shower gel) -Coffee machine available (etc.) -Fast responses from the owner (responsive, helpful owner) - Easy check -Easy key collection (although because of the street it feels uncomfortable to stand there late in evening) - English speaking (which was helpful) I marked location as good - as it’s 15 minutes walk from the centrale station, and close to Main Street (historical old town) but I had mixed feelings about the street where you enter the property (especially as a solo traveler). Thankfully it’s only few steps into the narrow street. I marked facilities as good (as everything is nice and new, very good standard, would have given exceptional if internet and network would work!) internet was an issue and was considering to mark lower as “pleasant” for that reason - hoping this will be improved. - major issue was lack of phone network inside the property (phone was not useable) and - unstable internet connection (was coming and going, was difficult to upload the mobile internet page using available wi-fi. Slow and was disconnecting. - to text needed to leave the property (even to answer to the owner) - had a lot of messing around /trouble with placing WiFi box anywhere where it will show the signal. - Street where the gate to entrance is (feels not safe - although I didn’t had problems) - Power key (a bit awkward to check/leaving the Kay inside in the dark - as power key need to be removed. Small thing to improve - but would add a lot of comfort for the quests - more sockets with converters was needed (as by the bed needed to be used for WiFi) - would bring a lot of comfort when shower gel / shampoo would be provided (it wasn’t). - loud neighbours (I could here their conversation etc.) Hope that will help to improve.
