- Jeremy (1/5): Very underwhelming. - The area was nice and beautiful. Upon arrival, me and my guest were almost hit with the screen door because they did not attach the screen door after it was broken by what I’m assuming it was another tenant. They asked me to pay a deposit off platform of $100 and then proceeded to keep my deposit saying that there were smoking none in the room when there was no smoking on the property whatsoever whenever anyone in my group needed to go smoke, they would go outside down the street to the barbecue where the picnic table was because we wanted it to be respectful of the house rules. We would all go together because it’s safer that way and they will go day or night whether it was warm or cold outside just so that we could avoid this fee and they still took it anyway, claiming that they were smoking done in the property and when I asked them to provide proof, there was no response. And the entire time we were there, the washing machine was making this clanking noise and when I messaged the host about it, they didn’t respond or do anything to fix it.
