E xcellent communication with the owner For a perfect atmosphere it is missing: a small table in the living room, towel holders, a small wardrobe.

• Mathieu (7/5): Idéal pour 2 personnes qui sont toute la journée dehors. - L’emplacement, appartement refait à neuf. Appartement bien pour 2 personnes uniquement car le canapé lit du salon n’est pas confortable et il n’y a que 2 chaises. Manque de lumière naturelle

• Stefano Properzi (3/5): - Buona la posizione. l'appartamento era a pieno terra ed a 5 MT c'era un locale che fino alle 3 di notte era tutto un ridere e far casino ma vista la posizione quasi centrale era anche facile aspettarselo. Si sentivano i rumori da fuori. Appartamento sporco con divano macchiato e con capelli lunghi in giro. Sotto al divano c'erano anche delle carte.. La doccia non tirava l'acqua e si allagava subito. La piletta l'avranno mai pulita??? Per il resto 2 TV grandi con Netflix ma senza canali TV. Carta da parati in qualche punto strappata e nella camera una botta di stucco messa li per coprire non so cosa... Fortuna che siamo stati 4 notti. Io ho dormito sul divano che non era un divano letto ma apribile.

• Valentina (9/5): Perfetto per visitare Madrid - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Madrid e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La posizione è eccellente, perfetta per visitare la città: si raggiungono facilmente a piedi molte attrazioni, ristoranti e mezzi pubblici. L’appartamento è ben arredato, e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Un altro grande punto di forza è l’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: considerando la posizione e il livello dell’alloggio, è davvero una soluzione conveniente. Lo consiglio sicuramente a chi vuole soggiornare a Madrid in una zona comoda, in un appartamento piacevole e funzionale.

• Chiaret391 (8/5): Posizione top - Posizione comoda per raggiungere tutti i punti d'interesse in modo semplice e veloce. Casa accogliente e calda Si sente abbastanza rumore fino a tarda notte il weekend essendo in una zona piena di locali.

• Maria Piera (4/5): Sconsigliato soprattutto per gestore - Posizione L Host - gestore in primis , non ha mai risposto ai messaggi-richieste considerato che diverse cose non funzionavano (phon- piano cottura, sedile wc rotto , etc) La pulizia scarsissima ( ciocche di polvere ovunque) , divano letto sporco , biancheria letto stropicciata che sembrava già utilizzata

• Sanchez (9/5): Muy cómodo en el centro de Madrid - Muy cómodo de llegar, la ubicación es lo mejor, por dentro muy bonito y equipado para una estancia agradable en el centro de Madrid. Justo en el corazón de Malasaña cerca de bonitos cafés y bien conectado con el metro. Estaba un poco polvoriento.

• Sandra (8/5): Great spot, cool decor and super comfortable beds. - We loved the apartment! The decor was really cool, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the center of Madrid, we could go everywhere on foot, Madrid is very big but very accessible on foot and the location of the apartment was very practical. Furthermore, the Malasaña region has many restaurants, shops and museums, so the choice of location was a pleasant surprise. If there was a downside, it would be that we felt that it wasn't exactly prepared for 4 people. It should be noted that for sleeping and having breakfast it was perfect, but it could have had better amenities for 4 to eat at home. But this was a minor detail, I believe if we had asked, they would have resolved it.
• Philips (1/5): Below Expectations !!! - The location of the property is good since it was somewhat close to the city center and easily accessible. The internet wasn't working from the time we checked in. It is very important to have a WiFi connection, especially when guests arrive from other countries, and it is very important to have an internet connection due to a change in mobile network services, too. I had been following up on the internet issues from the time we checked in. Tried calling the property owners multiple times, but there was no response... They did not even bother to reply or callback... I kept requesting... This is ridiculous. We were not able to use the TV due to no internet connection and no satellite dish connection. As per room details, it was mentioned non-smoking family accommodation, but when we checked in, the entire place was smelling of strong cigarette smoke, which stayed in until we checked out. Also, there was no clothes iron (for ironing) provided as mentioned. This is absolutely not acceptable. There were no sufficient shower gels and shower shampoo (only 03 shampoo pouches and 03 shower gels pouches were provided), We were a total of 04 guests and stayed for 03days/02nights. The toilet seat was broken. The hair dryer wasn't working either. There was no provision for drinking water. There were no hangers/hooks in the washroom for clothes/towels. There were no shelves provided within the bathroom to keep soap or shampoo. Basics, such as salt/pepper/sugar/oil/kitchen rolls, were also missing in the kitchen.

We requested for help to store luggage , no response . We asked for help with things in the appartment like wifi / other instructions , no response . DRAINAGE PROBLEM IN SHOWER AREA , water comes out and flows in the whole sitting area. Full day no response , then after many calls , said it will be resolved , but no one came .

Though modest in size, it exudes coziness and is equipped with all essentials—a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a snug bedroom. Should you prefer to dine out, numerous quaint cafes and restaurants envelop the apartment, offering tempting culinary delights for those seeking a break from cooking. I truly appreciate natural light, a feature often lacking in many places across Spain due to the architectural style of the buildings. While I'm accustomed to relying solely on natural light during the day, there are occasions when artificial illumination becomes necessary. However, this need arises primarily due to the typical construction methods employed in Spanish homes.
