• Sinclair (9/5): Great stay. Would go back for sure - The location was fantastic and really close to the beach. The house had everything you needed for cooking and daily needs. Supermarket and small shops close by. Lovely maintained gardens and small pool. Better block out blinds would be great and heating/cooling as only ceiling fans. Bathrooms didn't have exhaust fans

• Erika (4/5): Good location and spacious house, but overall a disappointing stay. - Proximity to the beach. Size of the house was great for the whole family. 1 main bedroom and ensuite downstairs, 2 bedrooms and separate bathroom upstairs, gave everyone plenty of space. Clean linen and towels were provided. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was adequate. Coffee machine with several pods was good. The property is on a busy road. Streetlights come in upstairs bedroom. Surfaces, windows, and toilet bowls weren’t very clean. Lots of crumbs etc in between couch cushions. No hand towel holder, or hand towel provided for extra bathroom downstairs, which got used a lot. There was no hot water after the first night of our stay. Management was informed, but we were expected to be patient and chase them up a lot to get any answers. The problem couldn’t be fixed on a weekend apparently, so we went three days out of four without any hot water. No air conditioners anywhere in the house, only fans. Would be very hot upstairs in summer. We were given 4 tea bags, 4 sachets of sugar and 1 small milk for 4 people for 4 days. Condiments such as salt and pepper would be good. Also more mugs would be good, as there were only 3. Wheelie rubbish bin was full of other people’s rubbish, and cigarette butts. Lawn was untidy.
