• Guest (7/5): Great place would recomend to any family - Cool setup great little family home Even tho there was no cooking we were bombarded with ants :( Broken light on arrival with glass shards left on the bench from cleaner and broken light left in kids room
• Mohammad (9/5): Good except booking .com was very disorganised. - Location was goid Booking .com didn’t send any door code .on arrival I need need to make phone call to collect the door to enter into the property

• Nilufer (4/5): not satisfactory after considering all the negatives - the location utensils and cooking pots were very old and I strongly recommend those to be replaced for hygiene and health purpose I took the linen package , but beds were not made which was very much expected . We needed to put bed sheets
• Yaksheash (8/5): Great stay over the school holidays. - Get your own towels, pillow covers and bedsheets. Overall Good home, has all the facilities and great view. Board games, ps2, sports equipment like balls etc all provided. Bunnies in the backyard and all around in the evenings. Lot of utensils and condiments to help you cook. Good wifi. The oven and the bbq were pretty dirty. This has been pointed out in most reviews. Need to be cleaned.
• Karen (6/5): A lovely home in a beautiful location not far from main shops. - The location near the beach. The upper deck area. We paid in advance for bedding but wasn’t made up on arrival. No towels either. Someone turned up as we did and even had the audacity to ask if we could make the beds!! That’s what we paid for.

• Adam (9/5): home away from home with lots of attention to detail. - great location, great facilities, felt like a home away from home with extra attention to details like board games and hammock. big back yard was a bonus. bbq was dirty and dog poo all over grounds.

• Chika (7/5): Great value for money. Overall property was clean, comfortable & well presented. Woukd certainly stay there again. - Views were lovely. Photos were a true reflection of property so we were not disappointed when we arrived. Windows/fly screens needed to be cleaned to make the most of the gorgeous view. Clearly had not been done in a while.
• Hassan (8/5): It was very enjoyable. - Location was excellent, close to beach, Cowes, grand prix track and the Nobbies.... Great water views from large balcony .. The only things that let the property down was the BBQ and the oven trays....they were not cleaned properly as were the kitchen tongs.

• Navi (6/5): Pleasant - Approximity to the beach Views from the property are breathtaking Quiet neighbourhood and only 5-7mins drive to the shops Bathmat and hand towels were provided Carpets in bedrooms are disgusting - got stains and ants were crawling in the bedroom and kitchen. I would recommend bringing your toiletries(soap,shampoo and conditioner), box of tissue, bedding and towels as it is not provided.
• Anonymous (5/5): views were good but the cleanliness of the property was disappointing - the views were amazing The dishwasher was still full of the previous guests dishes. There was ants all throughout the kitchen with spills on the bench.
• Niloufar (7/5): Good - Great location. Close to the shops and beautiful ocean view. I think the BBQ needs a replacement as it’s a bit old. The property was clean and convenient. It’ll be great if laundry liquid is also supplied in the laundry. Will definitely come back around New Years time. Thank you 😊

• Claire (9/5): Beautiful stay and will be back! :) - It was walking distance to beach and was absolutely beautiful. Soft pillows and nice lounge area, bed side table lamps were definitely a plus. Felt like a home away from home! Only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for the stay of 5 nights so had to go out and buy more, and there is a fantastic Nespresso machine but had to go buy coffee pods for that too. The location is fantastic but it’s also not next to anything, I tried walking into town (Cowes) and took me over an hour. Its very secluded on the island, though there are other houses around.
• Edwim (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent. 8-10mins drive to most amusement Parks. 5mins walk to the beach. Accommodation was excellent.
