• Bogdan (9/5): A cozy quiet place near Gran Via. - Very close to Gran Via (you can walk in 30 minutes toward any major site in Madrid) but without its constant noise, the location is very quiet. In the night inside the rooms is pitch black the beds are very comfortable so anyone can properly rest after a day strolling through Madrid. The room is close to the stairs so if the neigbors are rude and slam the doors and their luggages on the old hard wood floors (I think there were some other turists checking out at the early hours on Sunday) you can get a rude awakening. Not the fault of the apartment but of the uncivil nature of some turists.

• Linda (10/5): We enjoyed the apartment for it’s location and cleanliness. You are only steps away from shops and restaurants yet it is - It was cosy but very well fitted out. It had everything we needed. It was in a good location and quiet.
• Cary (10/5): This apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. It is an amazing value and one of the best properties I have ever visi - The apartment is clean and very comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and has plenty of room for 2 people. Natural light coming in the windows is amazing. Easily walk to many tourist areas and the metro. Water pressure is great and plenty of towels provided for use. Lots of cleaning products and laundry items are provided for use. The AC works great and was much needed since it was extremely hot during our stay. The sleeping area is dark and very comfortable. The communication with the property manager was excellent, probably some of the best we have ever experienced. The only thing negative about the property was the noise. You can hear the street noise while in the living room, which was to be expected in a busy area. You could not hear it in the bedroom, but you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking loudly and constantly moving chairs. The hallway noise was loud with people coming and going noisily up and down the wooden stairs. Definitely had to use our app for white noise in order to sleep.

Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, the location provided us with effortless access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. The host's seamless communication made our experience even more enjoyable, ensuring that every detail was attended to with ease. The apartment itself boasted a generous size, offering ample space for our luggage to comfortably reside in the lounge area. Modern amenities such as a washing machine and dishwasher added to the convenience, making it feel like a true home away from home. Great spots to eat nearby include: Mercado de San Miguel - Fresh food market to purchase multiple tapas Angelita Madrid - Exceptional local wine bar with incredible food Lab84 Malasana - Pizza for dine in or take-away While our stay at this otherwise splendid apartment was memorable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bed, being a small double, led to a somewhat uncomfortable sleep, which was the only significant downside to our experience. Additionally, the sound of neighbors walking up and down the stairs was occasionally audible, though it did not detract significantly from our overall enjoyment. Despite these minor issues I'd still stay again.

Lot of eateries especially brunch places within 100 feet. The apartment was beautiful and fully functional - oven to refrigerator to climate control. Apartment was very clean. Shout out to Noilia in keeping the property spotless and especially spending time explaining each and every aspect of the property and how to use the facility. 💯 % recommend this property. To the guests, from airport or atocha, get down at gran via (mention: Zara at gran via) and walk 2 min to the property. Also note the dual pane windows shut all noises - so peaceful. One minor complaint - in the living room - noise from Neighbors TV was audible if you are sleeping in the living room. But the noise was off after mid night.

• Chris (9/5): Nice Modern Apartment - Great location Smart modern apartment Very nice inside Shower was excellent Washing machine good Quite a noisy street but you are basically in the middle of Madrid Noisy neighbour who we think was a resident so not much anyone can do about that Parking fine which I had bought a ticket, ended up putting the car in a garage for 90€ for 3 nights so that was costly, we did try and ask the host about parking but they really didn’t speak English but helped the best that they could, therefore, do not park on the street it is for residents only, you should not be able to buy a ticket from the machine if that’s the case.

• Patricksun (9/5): Superb - the room is just very beautiful, few minutes walk to the most crowded area yet it is so quite at night. Excellent location! I cant find anything that let's me down, probably is the old doorway are pretty dark, even during the day.
