• Scotland (10/5): If I return to Tokyo in the future, I will choose the Shinagawa Prince Hotel. - Conveniently located (Shinagawa Station), 7Eleven. Hotel staff knowledgeable and polite. Very small room for two with luggage initially, but hotel graciously gave us a larger room for which we paid the difference, but it was worth it.

• Israel (6/5): Para cortas estancias es un buen hotel - Para alojarse max unos 3 dias esta ok, esta al lado de Shinagawa station el cual desde ahi puedes ir al aeropuerto o puedes ir a diferentes lugares. El cuarto si es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para quedarse ahi, hay plancha fuera el cual puedes usarlo (items compartidos) Y si, es parte de un complejo hotelero mas grande. Entre las torres tienes acuario, tiendas de marca y restaurantes. Tambien hay un konbini y un hall de restaurantes a buen precio El check-in y check-out son bajo la maquina la cual es muy rapido de realizar y se puede pagar si faltara algo hasta con Suica. Muy buen servicio la verdad y si necesito estar unos 2 dias volveria a este hotel. Como me despertaba muy tarde, no llegaba a probar el desayuno.

• Jeanene (9/5): Stay Here for Location & Breakfast! - This is the only place we stayed in Japan that provided breakfast, and though they called it a "light" breakfast, I thought it was perfect. Nice machine for coffee too, plus juice & tea. The hotel location is fabulous, just steps from Shinagawa station, but far enough off the busy street to feel more peaceful. We were there 2 nights and will prob base our Tokyo stay there completely if we go back! The one star deduction in cleanliness was from some spatters on the wall along the bed. Probably just coffee or tea, but I was surprised to see that it had not been cleaned off. Otherwise our room worked very well. Small but very functional (& even robes are provided).
• Sandra (8/5): Good location, clean rooms, staff were OK; but breakfast was not up to par. - Breakfast was so so; Could improve BEST location as there is a 7/11 downstairs and right across the train station Breakfast could have been better. Very few choices and compared to the business hotels, selection was not much. I have tried Toyota Inn, and Dormy Inn: their prices were less and in convenient locations, but their morning breakfasts were 100% better than the Prince Hotel. (Prince Hotel has a "Name" but disappointed in their breakfast choices.)
• Lucy (9/5): Convenient, comfortable and fun. - Excellent location next to Shinagawa Station - perfect for getting quick trains around Tokyo, getting the bullet train and also getting an evening Starbucks on your back to the hotel. Hotel has a 711 inside, a desk for the luggage transport thing and quite a few restaurants, although we didn’t use them. Only a 20 minute taxi from the airport, which was very easy. The beds could have been comfier and the air conditioning wasn’t brilliant. I am being picky here, though - it wouldn’t put me off staying here again.

• Tomoe (9/5): 駅前の我が家のような利便性！ - コラボフロアにしていただき、スピーカーや電源なども、とても充実していました。 仕事で滞在される方には、特に、ビジネスフロアや。 朝食も付いているので、非常に滞在しやすいと思いました。コンビニや宅急便、レストラン街もあるので、 遅い時間の夕食も、ホテルの並びの系列のプリンスのビルなので、雨にも濡れずに楽でした。 着物を着たりするので、全身映るミラーとミラー横のコンセントとミニテーブルは、大変便利でした。 夕食は、ラストオーダー前で、隣の系列ビルの韓国料理で、美味しかったです。 スーツケースが大きかったので、2Fのフロントに行くのに、坂を上がったビルの1階のエレベーターの場所がわからず、迷ってしまいました。品川駅から徒歩でいらっしゃる方が多いので、1階入口のエレベーター表示がわかりやすいと良いかと思いました。
• Kate (7/5): Comfortable enough for a transit night - Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to Shinagawa station (access to JR, Shinkansen, Keikyū line to Haneda). The area has a lot of food spots, some of which are open late. There is a Family Mart just a 10ish minute walk from the hotel, and a whole plaza of shops and restaurants. The hotel room was comfortable enough, especially if you're staying for a night as you transfer from Tokyo to another city via Shinkansen. The rooms are quite small, but not so small that you have no space to breathe. We had one bed, but it was a good size for two people, and there was a supply of tooth brushes and tooth paste, as well as shampoo, body wash, etc. The check-in process was also quite simple as they have "self-serve" counters in English, although there were staff members available to help with the process. The staff were also very kind and informative. Breakfast was available at 6:30 in the morning, although we did not try it as we checked out by 6:00. The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but doable for one night. Additionally, the carpet in our room was in rough shape, with stains and such, but overall the room was clean and had everything we needed.

• F.A (5/5): - The location near by shops and station. 1. My torch with batteries is gone. The receptionist say they can't find it. Strange, cause on the 2nd day I realized it was not on the table. Is it because the hotel afraid of burning something?? It is baterries without any cables and socket. I've read the rules from hotel is they can take anything that is dangerous for electricity, but please tell me then. 2. The breakfast is very limited. Can be more various breads and warm meals.
