• Frank (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf met de familie op centrale plek - De locatie was echt super, veel op loop afstand!
• Damares (5/5): Suíte pouco funcional, sem privacidade. Localização excelente. - Gostamos da localização da acomodação, da facilidade para realizar o check-in e da comunicação rápida e atenciosa do anfitrião. Não gostamos da infraestrutura do ambiente, o quarto disponibilizado era extremamente pequeno e pouco funcional. Para acessar o banheiro era necessário descer uma escada, e para chegar até a cama, subir outra. Além disso, a janela não possuía tranca e a cortina não fechava completamente, comprometendo a privacidade dos hóspedes. Por esses motivos, desistimos de nos hospedar na acomodação. Como também não havia outra suíte melhor disponível naquele momento, optamos pelo cancelamento. Ainda assim, a anfitriã foi compreensiva e aceitou nosso pedido, realizando o estorno integral do pagamento.

• Wojtek (9/5): Pysznie przy Trevi - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - wiele głównych arterii turystycznych, jak i klimatycznych uliczek rozciąga się stąd w każdą stronę. Korzystanie z apartamentu bez kontaktu z personelem. Wszystko załatwiliśmy zdalnie, także dostęp do wszystkich bram i drzwi jest poprzez kody dostępu. Nie spotkaliśmy żadnego personelu, ale ktoś w tle uzupełniał wody, kawę oraz dbał o czystość części wspólnych oraz pokoi. Miejsce z klimatem. Widać, że prowadzi to ktoś z wrażliwością na sztukę. Jest dużo szczegółów, nad którymi można się zastanowić lub zupełnie je zignorować, ale na pewno budują szczególny klimat. Łóżko wygodne, wszystkie typowe udogodnienia jak w hotelu są dostępne na miejscu. Duży zapas wody (odpłatnej) + dostęp do naczyń oraz zlewu. Duża dostępność dobrych restauracji, sklepów i barów z naprawdę dobrym jedzeniem wokół - otwarte do późna. Odpowiedni do podróżowania bez maluszków. Bardzo blisko Fontanny di Trevi, co jest plusem ale może być też minusem. Ogromne masy ludzi, które bez przerwy 'przelewają' się wzdłuż fontanny. Dla nas drugiego dnia było to już męczące i staraliśmy się omijać bezpośrednią okolicę. Nie jest to jakiś poważny problem. Właściwie żaden problem :) Uliczek wokół jest dużo i zawsze można gdzieś odbić.

• Virginia (9/5): Excelente - Me gustó muchísimo, muy limpio y sobre todo al lado de la Fontana de Trevi. Hay sitios para comer muy cerca y bien de precio. El único inconveniente que le vi es que había un poquito de ruido, pero para nada es un problema. Limpian todos los días, no es un hotel como tal, es como un piso compartido y todo súper limpio. Hay una zona común donde puedes dejar tus cosas el día que sales y regresas a buscarlas. Muy amables Un poquitín de ruido por las ventanas

• Mireia (1/5): NO TIENEN NADA QUE VER LAS FOTOS DEL ‘ALOJAMIENTO’ (SI SE LE PUEDE LLAMAR ASÍ) CON LA REALIDAD, ES UN ZULO. QUE NO OS EN - Nada y pongo un 1 porque no me deja un 0 EL ALOJAMIENTO NO TIENE NADA QUE VER A LAS FOTOS. Pese a que se encuentra a pocos minutos de una parada de bus para llegar al centro de Roma, se encuentra en una ubicación de un barrio apartado, el apartamento’ por llamarlo de alguna forma, se encuentra en un bloque de 2 pisos más, siendo parte de la planta baja, ruinado y muy viejo, creo que incluso abandonados los pisos de arriba por su apariencia. El apartamento se encuentra en una planta baja con la puerta del exterior a la calle sin poder cerrar. Y el patio que se ve en las fotos no es privado, ni si quiera es un patio, es el pasillo del mismo bloque de pisos. Las fotos de booking NO TIENEN NADA QUE VER A LA REALIDAD, te hacen creer en imágenes que es blanco, agradable, bonito, nuevo y acogedor, y es TODO LO CONTRARIO. Es viejo, apagado, sucio, nada blanco, ruinado y asqueroso, incluso da miedo. Eso es todo lo que puedo decir con solo 2 minutos de estar allí antes de irme, imaginar. Está a pie de calle, y solo tiene una ventana, la cual sin barrotes, sin seguridad, solo una cortina. A todo esto se le suma que obviamente tuve que coger otro hotel en Roma, la información presente se la comuniqué a Booking y me dijo que se pondrían en contacto con la anfitriona del alojamiento para llegar a una acuerdo de abono ya que me negué a dormir ahí como es lógico. La anfitriona para rematar el caso se negó a abonarme nada y se desentendió, dejando de contestar y haciendo como si nada, insulso decía que era mentira que su hotel era diferente. Lo que más pena me da es no haberle echo fotos, porque en ese momento mi cabeza pensó en irse y reservar otra cosa, no en hacer ‘daño’ a nadie, publicando ni este comentario ni las fotos, así qué desgraciadamente no las puedo publicar. Pero me he visto en la obligación de hacerlo para que no se mienta a más gente, ni se desentiendan de nadie más de esta forma. LA GENTE QUE PONE QUE TODO DE 10 NO LO ENTIENDO PORQUE ASEGURÓ AL 100% QUE NADA QUE VER CON LA REALIDAD.

• Maria (1/5): Terribile - Abbiamo dovuto cercare una soluzione alternativa di sabato sera alle 19:30 poiché avevamo passato la notte in questa stanza (sicuramente ex scantinato) fredda in cui non funzionava l’aria calda e facendoci la doccia con la porta del bagno aperta poiché rotta. Nonostante i vari solleciti la host è stata una figura inutile poiché sempre distante. Non ci hanno voluto nemmeno effettuare il rimborso totale, fortunatamente ci ha pensato Booking a tutelarci.

• Paola Chiara (1/5): Soggiorno deludente - La posizione La stanza purtroppo non rispecchiava affatto le foto presenti su Booking. Appena entrati si sentiva un forte odore sgradevole. Mancava il bidet, non c’era un vero piatto doccia e il bagno si allagava puntualmente, a meno di mettere asciugamani per terra. Anche lo scarico del wc funzionava male e le finestre non si aprivano, rendendo impossibile arieggiare la camera. Quando ho contattato la proprietaria per farle presente che la stanza non corrispondeva alle foto, mi è stato risposto che le immagini erano state aggiunte recentemente: un comportamento che non ho trovato adeguato, soprattutto perché l’effettivo stato della camera era molto diverso da quello mostrato. L’unico aspetto davvero positivo è la posizione, ottima e a due passi dalla Fontana di Trevi. Nel complesso, un soggiorno deludente: meno male che avevamo prenotato solo per una notte!

Fragen, die man an den Vermieter hatte, wurden sofort auf sehr nette Art und Weise per WhatsApp beantwortet. Die Fenster waren nicht schalldicht. Extremer Lärm von draussen, gerade in den Nachtstunden.

• Hassna (10/5): - Un séjour exceptionnel à Suite Art Trevi ! L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas de la Fontaine de Trevi. Le service est impeccable, le personnel très accueillant et disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et très bien entretenue. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation. Merci pour cette belle expérience ! le Wi-Fi un peu faible et la chasse d’eau des toilettes placée trop haut, ce qui n’était pas confortable pour s’asseoir.

• Andreas (7/5): Gute Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip nach Rom für ein erstes Kennenlernem - Top Lage der Unterkunft und grosses Zimmer. Selbstversorgung beim Vermieter Lorenzo dank gemeinschaftlich nutzbarer Einrichtung möglich. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuss erreichen. An der Unterkunft wäre ein freier Schrank nützlich, haben wir aber nicht gebraucht. Nebenbei: Achtung bei der Wahl der Gastronomie. In der Nähe gibt es solche und solche, unverschämte Preise und 20% Tip im Café Trevi (55€ + 11€ fürs Frühstück) und seriöse Bedienung und angemessene Preise in Hanna's RistoBar (21€ fürs gleiche Frühstück).

The accommodation had a lot of character to it, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and different chairs for sitting. NO VAYAN - La ubicación Es una estafa, las fotos que muestran de las habitaciones son totalmente distintas a la que te entregan, es un espacio acomodado con varias habitaciones pero no tiene nada de hotel ni para hospedarse. No vayas si quieres pasar un mal rato, no te devuelven el dinero sabiendo que no te ofrecen lo que es. Me tocó salir apenas llegué a conseguir otro hotel y era muy de noche. NO VAYAN, no es para nada cómodo, no hospitalario
• Franco (7/5): Soggiorno a Trevi - Mi è piaciuto la posizione in quanto sei a 100 m dalla fontana di Trevi, scendi e hai i servizi che ti servono, Bar, ristorazione; io e mio figlio Michelangelo abbiamo trovato i cittadini Romani molto accoglienti e gentili in modo particolare alla attenzione per mio figlio ché ha una disabilità motoria. Quando siamo arrivati la signora Patrizia non era reperibile e ho dovuto trovare vi traverse per farla contattare il check-in era alle ore 14 siamo potuti accedere ai locali alle ore 16 non è stata professionale e direi ineducata nel rapportarsi con il cliente.

• Theresa (9/5): Amazing location, very helpful staff, great facilities and quirky place. - Perfect location, had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed.
• Nicole (8/5): Fantastic location for a romantic stay in Rome. - Location was the highlight of our stay, everything was walking distance. A bit of a mission to get in and out of the property (make sure you have an eSIM to contact them on your arrival as you won’t be able to get in otherwise). The room had a washing machine which was great and was a very unique stay with all the art. Rooms can be a bit pokey as they are two levels and have a lot in them. You don’t see the staff at all for check in or check out all correspondence is done via WhatsApp.
