- Pooja (4/5): Needs major renovation - The staff service and attitude was very good. Willing to help. Going out of the way. They have clear intention to satisfy the guest. Complementary pick and drop to airport. Even paid for my cab fare from the mall. There is practically no house keeping. Floor is dirty and not cleaned. Living room: Walls are dirty. Electric wires are exposed without plastic brackets.. Bedroom: Linen is used and old. . Very bare bedroom with no furniture except the bed. The bed had a very thin blanket not warm enough. No clean cotton covering on blanket. No side table or any place to keep suitcases. No bedswitch/lamp or light near beds. Bathroom had 2 shampoos and no soap. Sink tap handle lever broken. Kitchen: Crockery and cutlery is dirty and unwashed,. No tumblers in the kitchen. Overall, major renovation required to come upto even to a 3 star standard.
- Rachael (1/5): Bad location. No Pool. - The location is not according to the maps on booking.com. I needed a place to stay near the airport due to an early flight but this listing is very misleading. It’s 30 mins away from the airport. It’s in New Cairo. For the price, it is not worth it. Better to stay near the airport or in Cairo. I mentioned to the host that the address is wrong & she just laughed, said there is nothing she can do & even said the listing is clear because they show a cut off photo in of the location in one photo. But you can’t open the photo to zoom in. All you can do is check the address in the maps. Once you book, you are also provided with a confirmation email that also shows the wrong address and wrong map. The address is not in Heliopolis nor is it in Nasr. It’s in NEW CAIRO. No where near the city of Cairo. Seems deliberate to put the wrong address to get people to make bookings and hope they don’t notice they are nowhere near the pin on the map that is indicated on Booking.com map. If I could add photos to this listing, I would upload proof of location & no pool from google maps & upon arrival.
- Pedro Haruo (8/5): Good place to stay, value for your money - It is very good located in New Cairo, near supermarket, cafes, restaurants & shopping center. It is near the airport The furniture is old and simple, but functional.
