• Kristina (9/5): Besonderes Apartment in ruhiger Ecke Teneriffas - Ich hatte noch nie ein so super und besonders ausgestattetes Apartment. Es erwarten einen ein Tablett als Empfang mit spanischen Köstlichkeiten - nach Anreise perfekt! Man kann erstmal ankommen, snacken und direkt Energie tanken. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet (nur Toaster fehlt) alles was man braucht und sogar hochwertiger Kaffee, Tee, etc. Im Bad wird auch an den Gast gedacht - Zahnpasta, Duschgel, Schwamm, Fön, Handtücher die duften. Generell ist alles so sauber (wirklich außerordentlich) und riecht so gut. Im Schlafzimmer dann auch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, wie Büchlein, etc. Wirklich nützliche, besondere Details. Sonst noch Yogamatte, Liegen für Pool etc. TV ist super (Netflix, YouTube..) Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist herrlich! Ich konnte so gut abschalten bei dem Blick. Straße ruhig, man kann super schlafen. Schöne Anlage im Allgemeinen. Es gibt zwei Supermärkte super nah, Montaña Amarilla ist 10 min Fußweg entfernt, Las Galletas 7 min mit Auto, ist süß mit Spielplätzen und (schwarzem Sand-) Strand und Restaurants usw. Leider sind die Pools nicht beheizt, das Wasser war sehr kalt. Meine Tochter konnte etwas planschen, aber das gibt leider einen kleinen Abzug für die sonst schöne Anlage.

• Izabela (10/5): - Apartament mieści się na 2 piętrze z pięknym widokiem na góry. Podczas pobytu można korzystać z basenu który jest bardzo ładny i zadbany. W apartamencie jest dosłownie wszystko co jest potrzebne by wygodnie spędzić wakacje!

• Alexandra (10/5): Tökéletesen felszerelt apartman - A legjobban felszerelt szállás, ahol valaha jártunk, a legkisebb konyhai eszköztől kezdve a fogkrémig nem volt olyan, amit ne találtunk volna. Az apartman tiszta, fényes, gyönyörű kilátással az erkélyről. Maga a komplexum is szuper, medencével, bárral. Marlen, a szállásadónk nagyon figyelmes és segítőkész volt, még ajándékkosarat is készített nekünk az érkezésünkre. Minden szuper volt, csak fejlesztendő pontként írom inkább, hogy a roló helyett lehetne függöny vagy redőny, mert sokat fúj a szél és éjszaka nyitott ablaknál hangos tud lenni, ahogy rángatja.

Los propietarios nos han dado todas las facilidades del mundo, siendo muy amables con cada cosa que nos iba surgiendo. Las instalaciones comunes son impresionantes, todo muy cuidado Por poner una pega a nivel personal y para nosotros, que somos una pareja joven, que el apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila sin sitios cercanos donde poder salir a tomar algo o tienditas donde comprar pero es algo sin relevancia si tú interés es venir a conocer la isla y disfrutar de ella

• Marco (10/5): Indimenticabile! - Appartamento grazioso e pulito, ubicato in una zona molto tranquilla. La proprietaria ci ha accolto con del cibo di benvenuto ed era sempre reperibile e presente. Casa dotata di tutti i servizi necessari, letto comodissimo, bagno ampio e terrazzo agibile. Tutto perfetto.
• Piotr (9/5): I loved my stay at the apartment and will definitely use it again if I come back to Tenerife. - Location was great - with and without car you can walk/drive/go to nice spots in Tenerife. 2-5min driving from the apartment there's excellent Montana Amarillo beach with snorkeling opportunities and stunning views. In walking distance there are grocery shops, restaurants, cafes, bus stops, etc. There's everything you need in the apartment, including towels, beach towels, sun lounger and many more. It was easy to connect with the host and she left us amazing welcome pack. I'm adding one star for the easy to use coffee machine and coffee capsules for multiple uses. I stayed with 6 year old kid and he enjoyed the apartment as well. Wi-fi was working more or less acceptable with a few exceptions. Pool was also very nice, though water was relatively cold in the beginning of June. There were hardly any people using it during our stay. Nothing that spoiled my stay. Nice to have ideas: washing machine for people staying longer would be great - it seems there's enough room for it. Kettle for boiling hot water would be nice although there are at least 2 alternatives for it. Finally, I think it could be too hot in the apartment during the summer without AC.
• Andrzej (10/5): ONE OF BEST PLACES ON TENERIFE - Everything was prefect. Very nice and helpful was welcome package of wine and same food. Very good connection with airport.
• Kevin (9/5): Great apartment - Firstly Marlen was a great host communicating with us regularly from a few weeks before and right though our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with almost everything you could need for a stay. There were sunbeds in the wardrobe to take to the pool ( as they charge €5 per day per bed at poolside) . There was also welcome gifts water wine and snacks and toothbrushes toothpaste and other toiletries in the bathroom. There is a water dispenser in the lobby where you can fill your bottles up at only 10 cents a litre no need to carry them from the shops. Solencio is only a small resort but on exploring the area we found many more bars and restaurants than we first thought. Also only a short stroll from Ten Bel and las Galletas. A great holiday will definitely book again. Only a couple of small niggles. There is no kettle although there is a coffee maker which dispenses "warm water" had to boil a pan on the hob for a brew ( no great hardship) . The other thing which the host has no control over is the balcony, which has great views of the mountains, gets no sun ,at least not in February when we travelled. It may get a little in summer but I couldn't comment on this
• Anhelina (10/5): Definitely recommend. - Very clean apartment with all facilities that are needed for a long stay. Comfortable and has a great view on the Teide.
• Małgorzatach (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very cozy, beautiful and clean. There is everything you need during vacation (even hair dryer:)). The view from balcony is great - you can see Teide and colorful houses in the area. When we arrived, a nice gift from the host was waiting for us (fruits, vine and local snacks!) Swimming pool is very nice, water is not heated but it was fine:) The area is very nice, quiet, there are shops and restaurants. It is close to Playa Amarilla (you can dive and snorkel there) airport, Los Cristianos etc.
• Santa (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy apartment with stunning views! Welcome hamper was waiting for us on arrival which was a very nice touch. We had a comfortable stay, everything we needed was provided in the apartment. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.

• Yann (10/5): we had a fantasist stay - We highly recommend. Property is very clean, view on balcony is stunning, there is everything you need in the flat (cook or clean). ideal to work remotely, WIFI is good. Location is good with shops and restaurants nearby - we did have a car though than we could park outside the residence. There is swimming pool inside the residence with a bar. Not much to say here.
• Dorin (10/5): Perfect !!! - Everything from the first step in ! Super communication with Marlen who guided us since we have arrived in the airport, during the transport and during the stay as well The area is very safe and away from the craziness and crowded places. In a few minutes pleasant walks you can find supermarket and affordable terraces . The apartment was perfectly clean, welcoming us with a small buffet for the dinner , more than welcomed after a 15 hours travel. The same, the bathroom was shiny clean fitted with all toiletries including toothpaste . The access to the huge swimming pool is controlled and in the apartment you have available all you need for the pool. Not to forget the balcony with a nice view to Teide , a place where you can enjoy your breakfast, read a book, check emails or chat with your friends From our point of view, it is a 5 star apartment, very good price/quality ratio ! and next time we will stay here for sure ! Additional info : we have rented a car for the quick travel and time saving and there were plenty of space available for parking. (here I recommend the CICAR rent a car company) Thank you Marlen! We had only 7 days available for this vacation so we had to leave! I wish I had the time to stay more ... much more... much much more.
• Matthew (10/5): Fabulous Apartment - We liked everything! We have stayed in Costa Silencio (and Balcon Del Mar) for many years and this is one of the best apartments we ever stayed in. Location is great with many good restaurants and bars within 5 to 20 minutes walk. The apartment is very well equipped and has a great mountain view. We loved the gifts of snacks , fruit and chocolate that greeted us. We liked everything

• Bethany (9/5): We had a wonderful time! I would recommend this apartment for anyone traveling to the Canary Islands - Marlen was a fabulous host! She provided great instructions for arrival and departure. She communicated regularly to make sure everything was okay. She also provided lots of delicious snacks for us to enjoy! The only compliant was that the ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work if the light was turned off. However there was an additional fan for us to use. The room was still a bit warm for us and an air conditioner would have been nice.
