• Mario (9/5): - Tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno a Roma Eravamo in 4 quindi due persone hanno dormito nel letto sul soppalco e altre due nel divano letto che purtroppo aveva coperte un po’ piccole per un letto a una piazza e mezza

• Jacques (6/5): - Pas de lave vaisselle, pas de micro ondes... Coin cuisine vétuste... Nappe en tissu! Le plus gros soucis de cet appartement est son manque de luminosité! Même pour manger à midi, il faut mettre la lumière... Donc cet appartement est bien si on cherche uniquement un endroit pour dormir. Station de métro à proximité. Si on voyage en famille et qu'on veut cuisiner et y manger, c'est moyen!

• Ilaria (7/5): Comodo, carino e migliorabile - L'appartamento è piccolo ma ben organizzato e la soluzione è funzionale, buona la posizione sia per i mezzi che per altri servizi. Seppur carino, l'appartamento ha bisogno di una buona manutenzione e una profonda pulizia: un paio di ante sgangherate, il forno non chiude bene, il sifone della doccia fuori uso per cui era necessario lavarsi con il doccino, elettrodomestici apparentemente non proprio puliti anche se noi siamo stati così poco che abbiamo scelto di non cucinare nulla in casa.

• Maitry (7/5): Good - The location is best, 15mints walk from collosium. The host Mr. Chandra was amazing, he explained everything about Rome and gave suggestions. I stayed there with my family as the apartment was small but nice and cozy. If you are looking for a stay with facilities, this might not be a good option. The house is old, the kitchen is tiny. The bathroom is a bit mouldy as well.
• Ruth (7/5): It’s a good value for money for a great location in the heart of Rome. - Amazing location, very good service from Mr. Chandra. This apartment requires a serious update, for example one of the beds had a makeshift book hip knob, the shower is extremely old, unventilated and a bit uncomfortable. It doesn’t matter much if you stay out and travel most of the day.

• Ian (3/5): Great location, has the potential to be a great short holiday stay. - Location (great for a visit to the colosseum) Mr Chandra (lovely gentleman who is prepared to help at the shortest notice - call him rather than text) and a nice floor. Central heating worked but not if lower than 22 degs. Wooden floor is very well done. On first sight the entrance from the piazza was promising but then our hearts sank as we were guided through the arch to the apartment building. The property is very tired. Superficially clean but essentially grubby interior and decor. Chipped tiles on the kitchen work surface. Sofa bed small and uncomfortable. Little exterior lighting. The platform for the suspended bedroom is low, both in the living space and the bedroom section. Bedsheets were good but the “duvet” had no cover and the material had piling. Cupboards and drawers were stuffed with miscellaneous items and generally grubby interiors. Ironically, the space where the cleaner keeps the cleaning equipment was the grubbiest. The space under the kitchen sink, where the bin was kept, is, quite frankly, unhygienic. The bathroom sink filled up quickly, without the plug, and black gunge floated up from the pipe. The dining table has a damaged surface, the door to the fridge doesn’t shut and even the kitchen sponge had seen better days.
• Andrea (7/5): Good - Great place near the centre, many shops, restaurants etc. Apartment was good, but it could be little bit renovated. Entrance to building was quite difficult-not so easy to unlock the door ( maybe the keys).

• Juliane (8/5): Everything we needed for a self-organized vacation as a couple - The accommodation was exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed for a self-organized vacation as a couple. Communication via Booking and on-site was seamless - Mr. Chandra (on-site) was very kind and accommodating, and we appreciated the flexible check-in and his helpful recommendations. The location is great, just a 15-minute walk from Rome Termini station, and within walking distance of major attractions like the Colosseum and Roman Forum, as well as plenty of eateries and shops. Public transport connections were also excellent. While some of the amenities could use a bit of updating, nothing essential was lacking. As stated by other guests, I would suggest including information about the card payment option (+ tourist tax in cash) on-site alongside the cash payment details in the check-in instructions, as card payment is listed as an option on Booking. This would make the arrival process even more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
