- Mikhail (10/5): Many thanks to the owners and the staff. - We appreciate the hospitality of the owners with a personal touch. They went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Our room with a balcony was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. There is a short walk to both private and public beaches. There are numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Parking is available as well. Public transportation is a nearby. Overall hotel and the surrounding areas are walkable and feel very safe any time of the day. We would definitely return for our next trip, and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Durres. - Bentekil (9/5): Dejlig lejlighed tæt ved god strand med de sødeste værter man kan forestille sig - hyggelig lejlighed med 2 soveværelser og stor stue, tæt ved vandet og med hele 3 balkoner, hvoraf en har havudsigt. Myggenet for vinduer og døre, tæt på vandet, hotellet har egen strand. Der er masser af restauranter/cafeer/supermarkeder i nærheden. Vi mødte den sødeste vært, hver gang vi kom hjem eller gik ud, altid smilende, gæstfri og hjælpsom. Der var personlig betjening 24/7. Også kommunikationen på email via booking.com, som datteren stod for, fungerede fantastisk. Der blev svaret hurtigt og givet gode tips og anbefalinger. Jeg vil varmt anbefale Hotel Vila Emet.
- Jemy (10/5): The best HOTEL in DURRES - The hotel is in excellent location close to the beach, there's a lot of restaurants,cafe and supermarket in the area. There's also a bus stop near the hotel if you are travelling by public transport. The room is spacious and clean. The highlight of my stay in Vila Emes is the host/Owner Sabhan who always greet you with a smile, very kind and welcoming. I also met his daughter who is equally nice. I would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.

Prezzo davvero onesto per il tipo di servizio. Le stanze sono dotate di frigo e condizionatore. Set di cortesia presente, pulizia impeccabile. L'arredamento delle stanze é molto semplice e umile, ma di sicuro non inciderà sulla vostra permanenza, perché tutto il resto sarà eccezionale. Posizione vicinissima al mare, in un lungo viale pieno di negozi. Colazione non inclusa, ma proprio sotto l'hotel troverete una buona pasticceria dove servono anche Cappuccino ed ottimo espresso.

- Esposito (8/5): Vacanza con famiglia a Durazzo - Piccolo hotel a conduzione familiare, molto utile per il pernottamento essendo anche in un punto strategico tra il mare e la città, non possiede servizi di prima colazione e/o pranzo e cena ( anche se proprio sotto l'hotel c'è di tutto dove poterlo fare ) ma nel complesso sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità immensa Per me avendo l'auto era fondamentale trovare un posto ( dove era difficile ) ma da come ho detto prima grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario dell'hotel l'ho trovavo tutte le sere perché occupava il mio posto mettendo una sedia o dei paletti, ahahahah comodissimo , questa potrebbe essere l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta poi nel complesso Durazzo è una bella città vivibile

I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Parlano correntemente l inglese. Le camere vengono pulite tutti i giorni, quindi struttura pulitissima . Letto comodo , camere spaziose. Ogni camera dispone di un balconcino privato . Zona davvero tranquilla. Nulla da ridire sul mio soggiorno, l unica nota costruttiva che mi sento di dare è il rimodernare le camere. Cio nonostante le camere sono tenute benissimo.

- Media (10/5): - Der Hotelbesitzer und seine Tochter waren außergewöhnlich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Bei jeder Frage haben sie sofort geantwortet und uns mit einem Lächeln unterstützt. Das Zimmer war groß, genauso wie auf den Fotos beschrieben, und makellos sauber – die Reinigung erfolgte täglich. Die Lage ist ideal: nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Geschäften, Restaurants und allen wichtigen Attraktionen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Alles war perfekt – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen!

When I inquired at the reception, they confirmed it was possible for an additional cost of 5 euros. However, about an hour later, we received a message stating that an extra person was not allowed in the room. They offered us another apartment for 50 euros instead, which felt like a sales tactic rather than a genuine service. This approach was neither ethical nor professional and left a negative impression. Additionally, the rooms lacked heavy curtains or blinds, so the strong morning sunlight woke us up around 6 AM. We had left some purchased food in the kitchen, which we found to be full of ants, suggesting that the kitchen area is either very old or in need of proper disinfection.

Osoblje je više nego ljubazno. Gazda nam je pomogao oko parkinga i u svakom momentu bio dostupan za pomoć.

Very convenient mattress, pillows. Hot water is always available because they have a boiler in each room. Good wifi. Restaurants or supermarkets are super close. It’s a good point for walking in the evening. They have own beach which is 5min away by walking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can arrive in the middle of the night, they will meet you. I recommend to have at least one dinner in the Zanzi restaurant nearby! Very tasty and elegant cooking. The Fish House is nearby for fresh seafood lovers (they also speak Ukrainian here). - Loubna (9/5): great ! - We really liked our stay at Hotel Villa Emes. It’s super close to the beach, just a minute away, and getting around was easy since the bus and taxi stations are nearby. There are also tons of restaurants around, so we never had trouble finding a place to eat. The best part was the owner really friendly and always happy to help. It made the whole experience feel a lot more welcoming. For the price we paid, it was totally worth it. A great option if you’re looking for a simple and affordable place near the beach! nothing to mention

К сожалению,мне пришлось там пробыть один всего день,НО!!! чистота,белоснежные полотенца,уборка на 10000000%! Я советую всем,три,шага от моря,на центральной улице с магазинами и ресторанами! От пиццерии до рыбных ресторанов! Остановитесь обязательно покушать в "Fish House",свежая рыба приготовленная прямо перед вами!! Цены отличные!!! Я обязательно вернусь и остановлюсь в этом отеле!!!! ВСЁ на высшем уровне!!

- Etain (10/5): Everything was perfect! - The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the beach and lots of lovely restaurants and cafes! The room was everything you would want. The best part about the hotel is Shaban, the owner. He was beyond welcoming and friendly to us throughout our whole stay, we will definitely stay in Hotel Vila Emes again!

Zona con molto traffico Non ha parcheggio, con un po' di fortuna puoi avere lo spazio davanti all'hotel che il gestore riserva per gli ospiti (semplicernte mettendo una sedia 😊)

- Habib Abdul (2/5): Eine Unterkunft mit teilweise defekter Substandard-Einrichtung. Die Lage in Meeresnähe ist gut. - Gut gefallen hat uns: - die Lage des Hotels ist in der Nähe des Meeres. Das ist gut und wir konnten immer schnell Baden gehen. - Die Putzfrauen waren nett und haben auch jeden Tag geputzt. - die Wohnküche war groß genug für eine 5-köpfige Familie. - unser Flug hatte eine Umbuchung und dadurch haben wir auch das Hotel einen Tag länger gebucht. Das war kein Problem. Das Hotel hat hier flexibel reagiert. - unser Flug hatte eine sehr verspätete Ankunft. Es war kein Problem, dass wir um Mitternacht ins Zimmer einchecken konnten. Uns hat nicht gefallen: - die Beschreibung auf Booking.com ist zu deutlich schön dargestellt. Die Einrichtung war tatsächlich in viel schlechterem Zustand als auf den Fotos. Wir haben eigene Fotos gemacht, um das zu beweisen. - die anderen Zimmer (außer der Wohnküche) waren sehr klein. - in allen Zimmern gab es unangenehmen Geruch. - die Möbel und andere Einrichtung war sehr alt und teilweise defekt. Ein Rauchmelder ist von der Decke auf die Kinder gefallen. Ein Sessel ist zusammengebrochen und ich habe mich dabei verletzt. - Auch das Geschirr war sehr alt und fettig - es musste gründlich gereinigt werden vor dem ersten Gebrauch. - Ein Stockbett für die Kinder war sehr instabil und wir konnten das obere Bett nicht nutzen. Deswegen musste ein Kind mit einem Notbett in der Küche schlafen. - Im Badezimmer gab es schimmlige Stellen und der Wasserabfluss hat nicht funktioniert - es wurde dann nach einmaliger Aufforderung repariert. - Ein Fliegengitter bei einem Fenster war defekt. Uns wurde vorgeworfen, dass wir es beschädigt hätten. - Ein Türgriff war defekt, und uns wurde vorgeworfen, dass wir es beschädigt hätten. - Obwohl wir nichts aus der Minibar entnommen hatten, wurde uns die Konsumation für eine Getränkedose zunächst verrechnet, nach klärenden Gespräch hat das Hotel auf die Verrechnung des Getränks verzichtet. Im Nachgang wurde es wieder verlangt. - nach der Abreise hat das Hotel per EMail noch eine Forderung von 100 EUR gestellt für angeblich beschädigte Einrichtungsgegenstände. Dies waren Gegenstände, die wir bereits beschädigt vorgefunden haben. - der Besitzer war sehr unfreundlich und kontrollierend.

Superiore agli hotel a 4 stelle che abbiamo visitato durante il nostro viaggio in Albania. Pulizia impeccabile, specchi luminosi, smart tv, luci a led sotto al letto. Veramente tutti i comfort. Il proprietario veramente una persona squisita e super disponibile.

- Luljeta (10/5): My family and I would definitely go back there again. - The property was clean, the host was attentive and helpful, the whole experience was very pleasant. Close to the beach and also to stores and restaurants. There was an elevator and also bathroom in the lobby and also a small room to leave all your beach stuff. There was nothing wrong with it.
- Mirko (10/5): Excelent accomodation for affordable prices - The accommodation is excellent, in a perfect location, just about 50 meters from the beach. The host is friendly, the room is clean, everything was perfect. The location is easy to find on google maps but the entrance is from the side of the building so you have to look better because there is a coffe (pastry) shop downstairs which is good for morning coffee😉
- Terezie (9/5): - Dobrá lokalita, milý a nápomocný personál (pan majitel se opravdu stará). Zbyl na nás pokoj, který měl na balkoně nějaké zařízení, které se velmi hlučně a často spouštělo (i když neběžela klimatizace) a tak nešlo větrat ven a posedět déle na balkoně. Palanda by mohla být malinko pevnější.
