I have travelled the world solo since I was 21 for work and pleasure, and I have never had a more positive experience staying in a property. These hosts and the property are the BEST I have ever seen. From the minute I began communicating with these hosts, I could tell I was in good hands - WARM, EFFICIENT, ATTENTIVE, RESPONSIVE and OVERLY CARING. Unlike so many other homes to rent on here, these owners actually care about hospitality and their guests care and comfort. The APARTMENT IS TOP-CLASS. The furnishings and decor are new, stain-free and elegant. The apartment is well appointed with has EVERYTHING you need. There is not one thing that is missing here - a full kitchen will all the tools you need to cook, a washer and dryer, a bidet, and a dishwasher! The LOCATION is private, the neighbours are all safe and friendly - family-oriented people with good morals. It's far enough way from the hustle that it is quiet but close enough to drive or Uber to the attractions of Niagara. I can't say enough about how well appointed this place is and how kind and considerate the hosts are. It's such a breath of fresh air in an industry that has become increasingly cold, putting profits over treating paying customers. You will not have that experience here. After this stay one-week stay I was eager to check in again (after a horrible weekend experience with another property listed on here in Port Colborne). The difference between the attitude of that host and their terrible house was a night and day difference to what I have experienced here. So, I BOOKED AGAIN FOR A THREE WEEK STAY as I am waiting for my house to become available. The guests have made me feel like a friend and that has been such a comfort in this time of transition. I feel safe, supported and cared for which is not something I have ever experienced renting somebody's home or apartment. Absolutely nothing!
• Terry (3/5): For paying over $500 US and was refunded 50CAD for the enconvience my whole stay wasn’t worth the money I spent - Apartment was clean the apartment key code didn’t work at arrival and the second day the same thing had to wake up to strangers to fix the lock The everyday all day noisy people that lived above the apartment stomping moving furniture around kids running and jumping the whole 4 nights I stayed Towels and wash cloths didn’t seem clean like they had a smell

• Marie-Eve (9/5): - L'utilisation d'un code pour avoir accès au logement, simple d'utilisation et permet d'arriver en toute quiétude sans devoir attendre ou déranger. Hôte très réactif et toujours présent/attentionné, air climatisé fonctionne très bien. Endroit à proximité de plusieurs choses, dont les attractions à Niagara Falls, les outlets, mais aussi pour les restaurants, épiceries et autres commodités. Tout était bien, il s'agit plutôt d'une suggestion, soit d'ajouter des casseroles, notamment pour faire bouillir de l'eau et cuire des pâtes, de la vaisselle et des verres, ce qui serait plus pratique pour 4 personnes et un séjour de plusieurs jours donc plusieurs repas.

• Cedrick (10/5): Je reviendrai certainement! - L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut pour être bien. Nous sommes très près de toutes les activités de Niagara fall. Nous y sommes allés a pied le premier soir (33 minutes) et en voiture le lendemain (8 min). L'appartement est dans un secteur très calme mais très proche de la zone où il y a de l'action. Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J'allais oublié, la serrure électronique est génial , vous avez votre code , pas de clé pas rien de compliqué Rien

The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was truly exceptional — friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Thank you for making it feel like a home away from home! I believe the bed linens could have been a bit more clean

• Carolyn (7/5): Although we brought the aforementioned items to Netflix at 9 pm. The other items were not addressed. We had 3 major appl - The location was central to where we wanted to sightsee. The place was clean. The dryer was not operational. We did not have access to Netflix until 6 hours after we arrived. The kitchen outlets were not functional for the coffeemaker or kettle. I had to move the coffeemaker to an outlet everyday to make coffee. The fridge and freezer did not work either and the take-out we had and cream we bought went bad :( The thermostat was preprogrammed and we often felt cold at night and in the morning regardless of how I set it.

• Moskov (10/5): Nice and clean - Clean and comfortable Booking.com originally told us our reservation could NOT be confirmed and we should expect refund., so We made another reservation for different place on Expedia. On the day of the stay , we received surpising instructions how to enter the Booking.com place Checked if booking made the refund from a month ago, which was NOT done. So we ended up with reservations for 2 places for the same night with no way to get refund that late. We picked the place that appeared to be nicer and closer to where we had to be. This confusion cost us , but that was NOT fault of the owner of the property, but at Booking.com and to some extend to us , as we failed to see if the refund was done. Wondering if booking.com might do something by verifying their communication with us and do what's fair in such case ?

He truly understand hospitality, creating a cozy, beautifully themed space that makes you - My family and I had perfect stay, we recomend staying there, if we are ever again in Niagara Falls it will be ours place of choice. Close enough from Niagara not to spend too much time driving but quiet and private to have your good night rest This stay was very peaceful and enjoyable. The hosts were responsive and helpful.
