Las instalaciones tanto del dormitorio como del baño : muy limpias y muy bien acondicionadas. Que al no ser un Hotel carece de una sala de estar. Que queda en un barrio a unas seis cuadras del centro con desniveles. No hay nada cerca para hacer un pequeño lunch a la noche cuando uno regresa cansado de las excursiones.

- Paula (10/5): Wonderful and comfortable - Very good location, very close to the centre. Comfortable and homely room, big personal bathroom. Carmen the host was really friendly, very accommodating of my needs and came up with good solutions to pre-empted issues. If you have mobility issues, it is a steep uphill to the house so be aware of that.
- Jennifer (9/5): A lovely stay, lovely hostess - Absolutely LOVELY hostess, charming and helpful and prepared a lovely and filling breakfast each AM (eggs/ toast/avo/cheese slices/fruit/coffee or tea/juice). Room is cosy and bed is quite comfortable. Neighbourhood is quiet and an easy 15 minute or less walk downhill to the centre. Hot water in the shower, truthful toiletries provided, and excellent WiFi connection. Also plug by the bed. Respectful of privacy. Lovely home. Gracias!! The windows aren’t double-glazed so you can hear occasional street noise but it’s quiet at night. Slightly chilly room but warms up nicely when shades are kept open for the sun. Overall nothing to majorly dislike!
- Piotr (10/5): Lovely stay in Puerto Varas - I loved the stay there! The location is a walking distance to the city center, but in a very calm area. The apartment was very clean, with its own bathroom. The breakfast was great! And the super nice and friendly host. I couldn't ask for more.

- Enrique (8/5): Pleasant home to stay in Pto Varas - This is a private house that rents a room with private bath. The host is very friendly and ready to accommodate to your needs. This an old traditional large house lived by the host with a personal touch evident everywhere. The accommodations are on a second floor reachable by a long staircase. Carrying a large suitcase up there is a nightmare
