• Ana (10/5): One of the best city stays ever. - Close to the railway station, easy to reach all attractions, very clean and perfect for the needs of a family of 3. The host was helpful and one step ahead our needs all the time. We would return here anytime.

• muhammad hasanuddin (10/5): excellent - This place is just nice for a family of three (all adult)It’s close to the city center, with an Uber ride costing only around 6–7 euros, and about 25 euros from Vantaa Airport. I didn’t drive, but I could see there are quite a lot of parking areas around the building. The room and toilet were very clean, with strong water pressure and an excellent water heater. The heater worked very well, which is important for us. The internet is good, and both the washing machine and kitchen worked well. The smart TV was a bonus and easy to mirror from my phone. The house was very easy to find—if you arrive by Uber, the building is on the right side where you’re dropped off. The location is also near a park, which is great for those traveling with kids. The host was easily contactable. For someone like me who travels often with a family of three, I just need a decent, clean place with good water supply and heating, and this place met those needs perfectly. none - all good for me.

• Brandão (10/5): Great place - I liked that it had everything I needed to spend my days in Helsinki. I had everything at my disposal to cook, relax, and sleep. I liked the location, close to the university and the sea. I took some incredible walks. I also liked that it's next to a music store. I thought the space was well utilized and comfortable.

Sie ist zu.Fuss vom Bahnhof schnell erreichbar, auch die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Kaffeemaschine wäre fein, und als Paar schläft man getrennt oder muss die Couch ausziehen.

Suihkun sekoittaja oli rikki lähes koko vierailuni ajan, joten suihkusta tuli todella kuumaa vettä. Vuokraaja hoiti tähän korjauksen viimeisenä päivänä; positiivista oli, että sain siitä kompensaatiota.

• Daphne (5/5): Negatives almost killed any pleasure - Self-catering. Suitable food to provide breakfast and good fridge. Email with the lock code and location was sent on day of getting to the property when I was in flight with phone on Flight mode so I did not receive email with instructions of how to get into the property. On arrival in Helsinki with normal email contact back on email had not come through. Very kind and helpful local said it happens constantly, rang the owner and we finally got in. Second email with instructions to get in came next morning after I had had a night in the property. Bedroom - Steps up to it VERY dangerous, particularly if getting up to use bathroom in night when half asleep - very difficult as steps only just deep enough right against wall (see photos). Like sleeping on top bed of bunk beds, with 10cm mattress on a board - not comfortable and quite claustrophobic. Do not recall any information on this on Booking.com website.

I am very pleased with this accommodation I did not expect that for such a low price it could be so great. quick and problem-free check-in as well as check-out. if someone is thinking about this accommodation I highly recommend it I will also add that we were three people there. the owner very helpful. thank you for letting me stay there!
• John (9/5): Very nice for a couple - Well placed for the city. Well equipped and very clean and tidy. Modern decor with everything you need in a compact space. The building works opposite are a little noisy but only in the daytime. I don’t know how long they will last. Access to the bathroom is a bit awkward as the the threshold is easy to trip on, but that is just being picky.

Close( 5 min walk) to Trams. The apartment is very compact, very comfortable with everything you need. The host was excellent with helpful and responsive communication when asked a couple of questions. Highly recommend this apartment for a city stay in Helsinki Nothing in particular

• Niemamzegarka (10/5): Very convenient stay in the heart of Helsinki - The studio is located in a very good spot with multiple types of public transport in walking distance and pretty close to many tourist attractions. It's perfect for one person with the bed on a mezzanine and quite a big living space and a fully equipped kitchenette. It's on the ground floor, but thanks to the one-way mirror windows you don't have to worry about privacy (but there are curtains if the view of passing people disturbs you). It's nicely decorated and quite practical even for longer stays. The last two stairs leading to the bed are quite steep and might prove problematic for people with any movement impairments. Also the bathroom has a very low ceiling - I was touching it with my head and I'm not particularly tall. The apartment is quite dark because of the darkened windows, but it's not a bad tradeoff for privacy.

• Andrei (9/5): Nice place to discover Helsinki from - The apartment is superbly clean, in a really great place to stay in Helsinki, walkable distance from the center. Everything necessary for a quick stay is there (nice and clean sheets etc). Defintitely a great stay generally! The two beds are perhaps not for the very tall people - nor is the whole apartment - but not a big issue.

Cleanliness superb, minimal decoration of the room, all the described facilities as promised. We did not meet anyone, but the arrangement to get the key was super and innovative!

Great place to stay for a solo traveller. The studio is well-designed and very chic! The owner was very helpful, and it was easy to find the key and let myself in. Nothing to not like - everything was perfect
• Dalia (10/5): Good for short stay, clean and cozy. - Convenient location, about 20 - 25 minutes walk to the central station. It was very clean. I would say this is an apartment just for one person. It suited my needs. The sleeping area, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. Also, very low ceilings, need to be careful not to bump your head into the ceilings.

Helpful owner, the apartment was clean, well equipped, and reasonable priced for its location. The low ceiling in the bathroom (appr. 2m) may be a bit of a challenge for a taller person.
• Merve (10/5): If I visit Helsinki again, I know where to stay - The house has everything you might need. Heating was good. Location was good also. There is super market which 8 mins on foot.
