Guest Reviews
- Julian (8/5): Great stay with very good food! - Save was a great host. The breakfast was good. We had dinner twice and it was amazing. Some of the best food we had in Fiji. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We had a rental car which was good. So it was easy to go out for daytrips etc. I think it might be more difficult if you have to use bus/taxi. But I‘m sure Save can help you with it.

- hannah (7/5): Great value for money - Loved: the authenticity, the family and the breakfast. So friends and accommodating. The queue for the shower
- Vitoz (10/5): - Just relax and trust they will be all for you ❤️
- Iaroslav (10/5): - The great family!!! It was cool and amazing in the heart of the beautyfull village😀
- Nailyn (10/5): Happy and satisfied. What I loved most about the property was how genuinely homey it felt—it didn’t feel like just a pla - I loved how homey the place felt—it gave me a genuine experience of the Fijian way of living. Save-the owner was incredibly kind and brought people together in such a fun, welcoming way. NA
- Darren (8/5): A really fine stay, especially if on a budget. - Inexpensive, Save and family were very friendly, I went to his son’s wedding which was on property and very nice. Tis best to have a car here. Groceries, restaurants, and ATM are about a 20 minute walk away. Shower is cold water, but more than adequate.
- Peter (6/5): Useful for our first time in Fiji, but underwhelming and can’t recommend overall. - Very large and comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean, but needed a bit of TLC. Save was very helpful in arranging us transport or taking us to places in the local area. A/C was effective. Talked a lot about this place before posting this review, as we weren’t sure what to make of it at first and decided to stay in a couple of other homestays to see what they were like. To be honest, didn’t feel overly welcome whilst staying here. Felt like a bit of a burden, which is never want you want when staying as a paying guest. Breakfast was very underwhelming, with very limited/no choices. Get the impression that once upon a time this was very good homestay, but maybe for one reason or another the love has been lost for it and is now just a business. Wanted to like this place, but honestly can’t really recommend it having stayed at other homestays in the area.
- Melanie (7/5): - - helpful owner, lovely hard-working family, great kids, gentle dog
- clear communication
- clean shared bathroom, toilet
- free upgrade
- simple breakfast is included
- possibility of having dinner at home for 12 FJD
- quiet area, away from the city
- near to the airport
- recommendable for 1 or 2 nights
TIP: The name "Homestay" is a bit confusing at this accommodation, as it suggest being integrated in everyday's family life. Helping around the house, cooking together and an exchange of culture. This Homestay though is more like an Airbnb with the facilities of a Homestay. This is just a "neutral" observation, but I think it's important to know when one makes a booking. It was very different from other Homestay's I have been so far. - there's not really a restaurant nearby. Which was not a problem for me as I didn't mind the 15-20 min. walk to the "shop" area and I decided to pay 12 FJD for dinner every night at the Homestay itself.
- If you want to use their kitchen and prepare your own meals, they charge 5 FJD per day. Very unusual.
- I was a bit confused by the concept of this Homestay as there is no real interaction or culural exchange coming from the family. If you make an effort, they do open-up though. So I had overall a good stay. But it was not what I expected it to be.
- Juliet (9/5): I enjoyed my stay - The family is very good to go with and it’s affordable. I love their breakfast and it’s more than enough
- Maya (8/5): - Good location, yummy breakfast, Save picked me up from the port and dropped me off at the airport which was perfect, safe, clean, quiet
- Anthony (10/5): -
- Manü (10/5): Friendly local place to stay - Save is a friendly host. The accommodation is a local house close to the airport in a rural area. Perfect for the night before/after the ferry or flight or for anyone who's looking for a safe&clean remote place to stay the Fijian way. Please note, that there are no restaurants around (I did not need them). There are small shops for your little needs.
The mattress was a bit soft with the pillow a bit too much (hard) filling. However, I enjoyed my stay.

- Buko12 (10/5): Lovely Fijian home experience ! - I really enjoyed the stay experiencing a real Fijian life style and the culture. Papaya from garden for breakfast with home made bread and Cassava. Save ( host) kindly shared their dinner for me and other. Host mum and their children are lovely, too. I would love to come back soon. Thank you for taking me to Nadi airport, too. It can be good thing but inform you the location is very remote.
- Omer (9/5): -
- Patricia (8/5): Friendly and good value - Save and his family were very welcoming and friendly. The location is not on a main road but conveniently quite close to the airport, and importantly for me Save kindly let me leave my car there while I was travelling for a week overseas. Save's Homestay is a good value place to stay before leaving or when arriving in Nadi. Vinaka Save and family!

- Briar (7/5): I want Save to succeed in his business venture but moderate your expectations. - Pro: the price is great- for stay and food. Thank you so much. Cons: I think this mainly relates to our expectations. As a ‘home stay’ we expected to interact a little with Save and his family. We did feel like we were in someone’s house, but in an awkward way that made us feel like we should go hang out in our room.
Save was pleasant (his wife maybe the coldest Fijian I met in 2 weeks of travel- but all other locals we met were incredibly warm, so again that is just relative) - but unfortunately not very helpful with suggestions. With probing he was aware of potential activities we had learnt about and was able to provide us with a bit of insight into public transport etc.
Location-wise you are a bit out of Nadi, but again on the flip side there is a lovely view over the countryside.
Ooo, also cold water only. I think this may be fairly standard for Fijian houses.
- Fane (10/5): "One Night, 5-Star Experience!" - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great One-Night Stay at Save's Stay, Fiji
We only stayed one night at Save's Stay, but it was such a lovely experience! The hosts were so kind and welcoming, and they even made us breakfast in the morning, which we really appreciated. They made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. The place was clean, quiet, and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing stay. We honestly wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Fiji! Nothing at all . Everything is perfect 🙂
- Karl (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed three times with Save and his family and all the seven nights were just perfect. Starting with airport and ferrry pickup/dropoffs, good breakfast and not to forget the really great dinners we had. Save also organized a day trip around Nadi for us which worked our great aswell (many thanks also to Rocco for the driving:)). If you arrive in Fiji/Nadi without having a plan what to do/see - just talk to Save, he will find a great itinerary for you (as he did for several tourists during our multiple stays). If/when we come back to Nadi, we will certainly stay at his place again!
Bula vinaka
Dagmar & Karl All good...
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Kristy (8/5): Very good -
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shana (10/5): Exceptional - Save was a really nice host, he helped me taking the bus, and always answered to my questions. I loved the place, clean and comfortable. I recommend it if you come in Nadi! 😊
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - Save is a lovely man, just like every other Fijian. Being close to the airport, Save offered to pick me up from the airport and take me to the accommodation. When we arrived, he cooked us dinner and he helped us plan out the rest of our trip. I had some problems booking the ferry online as it had sold out, but Save managed to call someone to ensure I could get on the ferry. Not only this, but I forgot to buy a sim card at the airport, so he drove me out to the airport the same night I arrived and he helped me get one. Save goes over and beyond to help you. This is not a resort and it's not a hostel, it is Saves home, and you are his guest. If you're looking for a great cultural experience in the city of Nadi, that is close to the airport, who can help you book things (for cheaper than online), you must stay here. Not to mention, he is a fantastic cake maker and he made me a cake for my birthday. 10/10.
- Juan (10/5): Humble, cozy and warm place, fully recommend if you’re looking to save money and experience what’s a day in a authentic - Away from busy roads so no much noise, just birds and doggies, yeah, cars too but not too loud. Food was delicious, specially the beef noodle soup :)
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb - The experience there was awesome. We enjoyed a lot to be around Save and his family. They were very polite m. The food is just perfect. You have three diferents variety of food for the dinner and the breakfast is always good! We have the chance to have a lunch with the family and It was really greatfull and delicious, couldn’t eat more!
- Celine (10/5): Best homestay in Nadi for sure! Thank you Vinaka! - What a wonderful homestay with Vinaka and his family! He was so caring, picked me up from the airport on the first night, helped me book my boat for the islands and dropped me off to the shuttle the next morning. Delicious dinner with his family - I was stuffed! I loved it so much I came back for a second night when I was leaving Fiji. Close to the airport. Really great budget option and such great value for money. The whole family were so lovely and I felt so well looked after and safe. Will definitely stay again!
- Kelly (10/5): Amazing homestay!!! - We absolutely loved this homestay. Save and his family are the best hosts. We felt really welcome and they allowed us to experience the real Fiji through amazing food, religion, etc. Save went out of his way to give us a memorable experience. We recommend only booking this place as a start of your Fiji trip and booking everything else with Save’s travel agency. He knows all the best islands, activities and homestays to give you the best trip. Nothing
- Marta (10/5): Exceptional - this home stay was my first experience in my life, but I loved it a lot! When I arrived at the airport Save offered me to be picked up, after arriving to his house, I felt the way I was welcomed, came later jn the evening but Save helped me to organize my trips the Sawaya's islands and explained all the details of what/when/how works, next day morning had breakfast together and dropped me off to the ferry
- Nataly (9/5): Superb - We really liked that Save and his family helpt us with taking taxis, then we could take them to do some tours in Nadi. The breakfast included is so good. Was easy to feel like home there.
- Melissa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joan (7/5): Good -
- Shirin (7/5): Good - Absolutely lovely family homestay, great value for money. Was a bit surprised to be charged 10$ for the airport drop off as the entire family came with the drive and would be dropped off along the way. Lovely family and great value though.
- Alina (10/5): Lovely welcome to Fiji - We very much enjoyed our stay at Save's. He and his family were very welcoming and friendly so that we had a great time. The food was amazing and plenty and Save often helped us organize transfers or even drove us himself. Additionally, we also went for a tour of Nadi with Save, which was great to see the area and lots of fun.
Thank you!
- Andrea (8/5): Very good - Super friendly and helpful.
- Jade (10/5): Lovely welcome to Fiji - We stayed here the night we landed in Nadi in preparation for heading to the yasawa islands the following morning. Save was very welcoming, he picked us up from the airport and we were greeted with a delicious dinner once we got to the house. We also had breakfast before Save kindly took us back to the airport in time to get our coach.
- Evelina (10/5): Exceptional - Family was friendly and helpful with travel tips, transport and anything else you need. The free breakfast was well prepared and more than enough food. Room was comfortable and it was the perfect one night stay before onwards travels to the islands. It was a 25 min walk to get to restaurants and shops but it was located in a beautiful place.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Emanuele (10/5): Exceptional -
- Razvan (8/5): Good short stay in Nadi - Helpful host, good for a short stay in Nadi. Keep in mind it's a modest room in a local house.
- Jack (9/5): Superb - Sav was very welcoming and so helpful, picking us up and dropping us off when we needed which was so kind, the fan was enough to keep us cool despite the warm nights and breakfast every morning was fantastic, and substantial. Bingo was a cute surprise as well Little bit too far from nadi but taxis are frequent and cheap
- Thijmen (8/5): Super friendly host - Save is super friendly! He picked us up from the boat and brought us to the airport. We had a delicious fish dish for FJ$ 15 per serve. We had cockroaches in the room, so not that hygenic.
- Kento (8/5): Very good - This is the first time I went to Fiji and he made my trip. He gave me an opportunities to have interactions with local people at local places in Fiji. Thx for everything Save.
- George (9/5): Great food, friendly host, good price - Great price and good to have a local stay and get some good knowledge about Fiji
- John (10/5): Exceptional - It was like staying with my family, back home.
Sharing and story telling about the similarities in Fiji and PNG cultures. Nothing bad. All good. The family dog would also escort us to the bus stop.
- Alice (10/5): Always a lovely stay - I’ve stayed here a few times now and always love it. Save, Nani and family are lovely and welcoming. They offer food which is delicious and breakfast is always plentiful. The private room has enough space to sort things out and a comfy bed. The shower is decent. Save will give you recommendations on things to do and will often go above and beyond to take you out and about - he has picked me up and dropped me off places a number of times and has taken me to the shops. Location is a bit out of the way but buses are easy and fun to use and Save will assist if he can. Vinaka vakalevu Save, I will always come back when in Nadi.
- Kathryn (8/5): Lovely homestay and friendly family. -
- Michael (9/5): Welcoming homestay in Nadi - Save and his family are excellent hosts in Nadi. They are very friendly, honest and welcoming. We only stayed one night but Save was happy to pick us up from the airport, take us to the supermarket and then into town. He was very good at communication before and throughout our stay. He had many suggestions for things to do in Nadi and was happy to help us plan our time there. Breakfast was tasty and filling and Save made sure that we got to Port Denerau for the Yasawa Flyer on time. The bed was a little hard but nevertheless comfortable and we slept well. Nothing! Just bear in mind when booking that this is an authentic homestay rather than a resort experience. As such there is a shared bathroom and communal space is shared with the family. However, this was not a negative for us. Save and his friendly family made the experience very worthwhile and enjoyable, and we felt we got to see and learn a lot more of what true Fijian life is like by staying there.
- Kristina (7/5): Good - Save and his family are really nice people trying to help with the things you need as much as they can. The nephew took me to the shops in the evening and Save picked me up from the airport and dropped me off where the bus for the ferry stops. The location seemed a bit remotely. Not much to do around there. Without the nephew I would not have found the supermarket.
- Emi (9/5): Lovely local homestay experience in Nadi - Save is a great host and very knowledgeable. Feel free to message him before your trip to arrange taxi services and get advice about sight seeing. Traditional breakfast was delicious. Save's adult sons were friendly and chatty as well. The room was comfortable. It is a homestay so adjust your expectations. The shower is cold and there is no AC, only a fan. If you want to stay in a Western style house or a hotel with all the comforts of your home country, then don't stay here. If you want a local experience, then here is the place for you. Nothing.
- Thrippleton (10/5): Convenient stay - Savi was excellent to deal with. His communication made the stay so easy and pleasant. He even picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. I will definitely stay again.
Vinaka!
- Telma (7/5): Good - Save is a very nice man! He drove me around and picked me up from the airport... Sad I couldn't stay longer Location is a bit remote to move around but Save will drive you anywhere so it's all good
- Kate (9/5): Lovely Family Homestay in Nadi - Save is a great host and it was lovely staying with him and his family. Everyone was so nice and really made us feel at home. They gave us tips and recommendations on what to do while in Fiji, and even invited us to a family party :)
The location is good, just a short drive from the airport. Breakfast was AMAZING! Nothing we didn't like but it is worth bearing in mind that this is a family home so you'll have all the normal noises a family makes, i.e., people getting ready for school/work early in the morning etc. So if you're sensitive to noise I'd suggest bringing earplugs.
- Christopher (8/5): Great host, close to the airport - Save was a great host, he picked us up from the airport in the middle of the night after our flight was delayed. The room was simple and comfortable enough.
- Brett (9/5): Fantastic time, the food was great and I loved being involved with a Fijian family. - Save and his family were so generous and kind. I really enjoyed my stay.Save is a trustworthy and gracious host.Kapai!
- Emma (10/5): Great local stay in Nadi! - Save is the most helpful and lovely host and we had a brilliant time getting to know him and his family. He cooked breakfast for us every morning and was very mindful of our dietary requirements, he also helped us out a lot around the island and organised things like car hire for us at a better price than we were able to get ourselves. He was always happy to point out the right bus for us to take and do whatever he could to help us out. We would not hesitate to recommend Save's house to anyone looking to get to know more of local Fiji and understand local life there. The rooms are comfortable (though nb there are no windows!) and there is a fan to keep you cool. There was nothing we didn't like but it's worth keeping in mind that this is not a hotel or hostel, it is someone's home, so people will be coming and going and there may be some noise early morning/late at night. Just take some earplugs if this will bother you :)
- Oblesh (1/5): Save is a scammer - Save is a local con man he fools people.I asked him if I could check in early as my flight was arriving at 5.30am.He said yes for sure. When I boarded the flight I informed him that I will be at nadi airport.By that time he knew I won't be able to cancel the booking because it's already past the 24 hour prior cancelation policy. He then tells me that I can't check in early and I have to find another accomodation for myself. He also told me that he can't pick me up either.I was frustrated and I ended up staying at another hotel.I paid 55 to 60 dollars to stay at Saves homestead but he fooled me and took my money. He is a big time scammer stay away guys thank you Save is a Scammer
- Brett (10/5): Save and family treated me like family The food was great too. Save only takes cash only - Breakfasts was generous and tasty
- Pascal (10/5): Great place to stay - Spent an amazing 5 nights staying with Mr. Save and his family. Delicious breakfast every morning combined with perfect advice on activities and how to get there made my time on the main island fantastic.
- Mara (9/5): Excellent homestay! - Save and his wife are excellent hosts providing delicious food, inviting you along in their daily life and helping with all the questions you have. Save can even help to plan your trip. The location is a bit out of town though, so you're dependent on public transport or a ride from Save if you want to go anywhere. However, it's really close to the airport, which is convenient, and that Save could pick me up was perfect as well. Therefore it's the perfect place to start and/or end your journey to or from Fiji!
- Anna (9/5): Superb - Save and his family were very friendly. He also helped me to plan my trip once I arrived in Fiji and connected me with other Homestays, both on the main island and in the Yasawas, which was great.
- Helena (10/5): Amazing!!! - It was the best experience I could have in Fiji!!! Save picked me up at the airport, received me in his house, took me to Nadi, organized all my holidays in the islands! He and his family made me feel at home! I loved so much!!!
Thanks save for making my Fiji experience so authentic and amazing!!!
- Constantin (10/5): Exceptional - Save and his family were really nice and welcoming. They gave me a beautiful first insight of the Fijian culture!
As I pursued my trip in Fiji, Save gave me great tips and put me in contact with local people from all over the country to visit! My Fiji trip wouldn't have been the same without him! 👍👍
- Paula (9/5): Save and his family do their very beset and share everything, they are very helpful and the food is simply amazing, trad - It was comfy, very familiar and near to a bus stop. The dorm had no window so it was very hot, but they just installed a new fan what was really nice.
- Camille (10/5): Exceptional - We were in Fiji for 24 hours and we found this place on booking, Save and his family are perfect host, they are very kind, the breakfast and the dinner was delicious, the place is very clean. It’s a perfect place to stay to discover and share the Fijian culture, thanks again to be so kind :) Nothing
- Edward (7/5): A typical Fijian homestay, on the outskirts of Nadi - They made a nice breakfast every day.
The owner is very considerate and flexible for your needs, and happy to accommodate different situations.
An important note. You're staying in an actual family home, sharing all of their spaces. It's up to you whether this is a positive, but you need to be aware of it (on one night we had multiple bookings, and the entire family slept in the garage 😢) Although seemingly close to the airport, it's not walking distance, and no buses go down there. Some buses go as far as a point around 10 mins walk away, but you'll need to change multiple times, and at night there is one too many dogs there to walk it comfortably.
The WiFi is basically the owner's personal phone hot spot, so you're kinda dependent on him being around.
This is a very simple house, so don't expect any modern conditions. The room had no meaningful windows, so got quite hot, and it is also very cramped.
- Latisha (10/5): Lovely homestay - Feels like home with Save and his family. The breakfast we had everyday was delicious. And so was lunch, dinner and the cakes! Save is always there to help if you need to know anything about the islands or how to get around. We had good chats and learned a lot about the real Fijian culture
- Joseph (10/5): Friendly Homestay - Save and his family were very friendly and I had a great evening watching the rugby with his children. Save even drove me to the sleeping garden of giants and waited before dropping me to my next location. Nothing
- Quelli (7/5): Good - Save was so nice. He picked us up and let us stop for something to eat. The room was very hot so was hard to sleep. There was a fan but it didn't do much
- Xenia (10/5): Exceptional - I felt very comfortable with Save and his family. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I didn't have a plan how I was going to spend my three weeks in Fiji, but Save helped me and found the right accommodations and ferries for me. And that was one of the most beautiful trips ever. He booked me great accommodations on the islands, which are make by very nice families and I always felt very comfortable. Save has really always done his best to make sure that I am well taken care of and that I am doing well. No matter what I asked him, he had a solution. His family is very friendly and gave me a very warm welcome from the beginning. I also had dinner with them and they cooked extra vegetarian for me which was delicious. I can only recommend staying at Save's and letting him help you if you want to go on an island tour.
- Miroslav (9/5): Great Homestay by local family - Great accomodation for low cost backpackers.
Save and his family are super welcoming and helpful. It is a bit far from main road, but you can always count on Save, he will help you get, where you want to go.
- Eva (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely family, very good dinner! Comfortable room with fan, location close to supermarket!
- Tom (10/5): Absolutely amazing stay - Our stay with Save and his family was absolutely amazing.
We had a good breakfast every morning, and once had an amazing fijian dinner for a great price - which was vegetarian as per our dietary needs.
Save helped us booked our entire trip in Fiji, for a great price, which helped us so much because we were tired of planning after a year of traveling.
On top of all of these, Save is really an amazing person with good, kind heart.
We enjoyed talking to him, and we're happy we met him and found this place.
- Jessica (9/5): Superb -
- Matej (9/5): The very best. If you are backpacking in Fiji, it’s the best choice. - Save and his family are the best hosts I have ever visited. They are incredibly hospitable and warm people that will help you with the trip planning and basic orientation around Fiji. It is simple accommodation but the food is amazing, people wonderful and you will feel safe and home here ✨
- Alice (10/5): Perfect! - Loved my two short visited to Save’s homestay. Save and family are beautiful, kind people who will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfy and have what you need. He will give you recommendations on things to do in Nadi. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Fiji. Vinaka vakalevu Save!
- Gussie (8/5): A convenient friendly home-stay that has the added bonus of a fledgling in-house travel agency :) - I stayed with Save on the first night I arrived in Fiji, not knowing anything about the country with nothing planned out and travelling alone the glowing reviews seemed to offer the perfect welcome to the country and I am very glad I made this choice.
Save kindly picked me up from the airport and although I arrived late it was fun to see the location in the morning . It's definitely a bit out of the way but Save very accommodating with pick ups etc.
It was very hot but thankfully the room had a fan; everything was very clean and tidy, just don't forget that it is a homestay you are staying in so not there for hotel vibe. If you get in late make sure to let Save know if you need a bite (he took me to a nearby BBQ stand - very tasty food just on the road side!)
Save was extremely welcoming and as he is starting out his own travel business very knowledgeable about the Yasawa islands in particular. The trip he organised for me was perfect and having done a bit of separate research very good value for money. He was happy to pick me up and drop me at the ferry and even looked after some extra luggage for me whilst I went up to the islands.
All in all it was a great example of Fiji hospitality and would recommend if you are looking for a soft landing, proximity to airport and someone to help you plan! It was very hot (although I was there during the hot season) and the room I stayed in didn't have windows so just be prepared.
- Jonas (10/5): Really great homestay. Family is very friendly and helpful. -
- Victoria (9/5): Its worth the money and the hospitality is great! - Save and family was very accomodating. He picked me up from the port! And also helped me get around Nadi to visit a couple places like mudpool bath, sleeping giant and the hindi temple in one day for a cheaper price compared to big tour companies. I told him that i wanted to eat seafood so we went to the local market and bought a cooked fish with lots of cassava! And we ate by the beach! Save provided hot cooked pancakes for me the next morning and other options like cereals and weetbix! He was so helpful. I ran out of cash for my tours and he lent me some until i can withdraw some cash. Cheers to Save and family! I cant complain as the accomodation was very affordable!

- Kyla (10/5): I felt like I was really in Fiji! I felt at peace. I felt happy. - The location was beautiful. You could look out and see the rolling hills and mountains in the distance as well as the sun setting over the land. And Save’s family were lovely. It was a very peaceful and calm stay. And it was so nice to be away from the resorts and tourists but still only a short bus ride from the centre of Nadi. It was a very beautiful spot. Extremely worth it. I highly, highly recommend. I liked it all.
- Casey (3/5): Rugged, rustic, and really stuffy - It was great to have a ride from the airport. Save was very communicative. I felt safe at the homestay. The hospitality was a bit lacking. I understand Save had to leave on late notice for a funeral so his wife did the cooking/hosting. The room was not very comfortable, there was no outside window so it was really stuffy. There were bugs crawling on me in the night. The dogs were welcomed into the home but were itching themselves a lot, which made me worried about fleas/ticks. The food was not very good- breakfast was just pastries and fruit. Dinner was out of my comfort zone with pieces of chicken I am not used to eating. When we arrived Nani went straight into cleaning. I did not even know where the bathroom was or when/if we would have dinner until I asked. The dogs were barking outside early in the morning and Nani was talking on the phone at a loud volume at 530am in the living room which my room had an open window to. I wish the family the best, but i will not be returning.

- Małgorzata (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Save is a wonderful man who offers you all you need - he picked me up from the airport, he offered help in organizing a trip - with no extra charges, the same price as in the travel office, and he offered to take me to some other places for prices MUCH lower than hotels or hostels. He lives with his family in a beautiful place, with a wonderful sunset, I was served delicious breakfasts at a time convenient to me. I would have stayed longer if I could. Recommend to anyone! Nothing. everything was great!
- Adam (10/5): Perfect host with the best location. Thank you - Save’s Homestay has great support
- Laura (9/5): Superb - Save’s family was lovely and helpful. They were so kind with us. We loved the breakfast was perfect and delicious
- Gryffyn (10/5): Incredibly welcoming family. Nothings too big or too small. Save picked us up and brought us to his property for a small - Incredibly welcoming family. Nothings too big or too small. Save picked us up and brought us to his property for a small fee, stopping us off at a local Indian restaurant to eat. He then transported us to and from various locations we wanted to go too. He cooked a delicious breakfast every morning, and a very tasty meal in the evening for a small charge of $10
One of my friends had a birthday whilst staying at the Homestay to which save went out buying ingredients for a cake he home baked. He also prepared a large feast with meat and vegetarian options and a table outside for us all to celebrate our friends birthday. On top of this the family sang happy birthday, and were easily the best part of our time in Fiji.
Finally Save also dropped us off at the airport with a warm goodbye. Was a pleasure to stay and I couldn’t recommend higher
