• Landyn (3/5): Poor customer relations. - Location is fantastic. So many shops right there along with the train station making this an extremely convenient location. Owner is not accommodating. Washing machine did not work. Sheets did not fit bed. Many rooms and cubbards have signs saying do not enter. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Air conditioners are full of black mould.. we ended up leaving a night early to stay elsewhere as this place was so bad. Really annoying light in the hall right outside bedroom you cannot turn off leaving the room lit all night which does not make for a good sleep.

• Julie (7/5): Great location, fits many people comfortably, and host was very responsive. - Good lactation. Very responsive owner. The property had garbage throughout the rooms when we checked in. There was significant damage to a lot of the blinds in the home. There were scuffs and holes in the wall of the stairwell. The owner states that the last clients did the damage which is understandable. The trash and disheveled look of the home upon entering was unsettling.

• ching (10/5): - Charlie's house was the perfect location for our stay in Osaka. We were 4 minutes from the nearest railway station and endless shops and restaurants. There were 3 convenient stores (Family Mart, 7-11 and Lawson) within 5 minutes from the house. We love easy access to fresh bento boxes and bakery during our stay. There's nothing we didn't like about Charlie House. Owner was responsive, helpful, and prompt in communication. However, some things to consider is that the home is 3 levels which the 2nd level being the main living and kitchen space. The beds are on the 1st and 3rd floors. We know this renting the space so make sure you are okay with stairs. We have two children 10 and 12 years old so the stairs are not an issue for us. For us, this was a perfect stay and location. We would happily come back to Charlie House in the future. Thank you!!!
• Dhivya (9/5): Excellent stay with kids - Location was great, a minute walk to all important shops needed for tourist. Excellent host and extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. We loved the stay, the apartment was spacious in Japan's landscape. Ideal for small kids as they have space to run around Beds could have been better - some didnt prefer spring mattress

Olina is incredibly responsive and attentive—whenever we raised any issues, they were addressed promptly, and our requests were granted without delay. It made the stay feel seamless and worry-free. • Michael (9/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut und zwei Toiletten zu haben sowie eine Waschmaschine. Wir haben es nicht geschafft alle Rollläden zu öffnen. Haben allerdings auch nicht nachgefragt wie es geht, also war nicht schlimm.Kam trotzdem genug Sonne in die Räumlichkeiten.

Ha tutto quello che serve tranne qualche utensili per la cucina. Letti molto comodi. Siamo stati in 9 per 5 giorni. Spazio molto ampio

• Christopher (10/5): - We had an absolutely fantastic stay! We spent almost a week here with 4 adults and 2 children, and it couldn’t have been better. The location is perfect – just a short walk to public transportation, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. At the same time, the house is tucked away in a quiet area, making it wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and modern. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
• Paulina (10/5): Polecam. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko stacji metra i najpotrzebniejszych sklepów . Dom czysty i zadbany. Bardzo przestronny w porównaniu z innymi noclegami w Japonii . Dobrze wyposażony.
• Anne-Marie (8/5): Prima maar er zijn betere opties. - Groot huis met vier slaapkamers en grote woonkamer en badkamer. Op iedere verdieping een toilet. Alles was modern. Loopafstand van station en de meest geweldige bakker uit heel Japan (dichtbij station). Vriendelijke communicatie Ik vind het altijd heel onprettig wanneer je nog stiekeme extra kosten krijgt bij het boeken en dit keer zijn die ook nog heel hoog. Dat maakte het verblijf 33% duurder. Het bed waar ik zelf in sliep was heel slecht, de springveren stonden in m’n rug toen in wakker werd. De andere drie bedden waar de kinderen in sliepen waren prima. Auto parkeren voor het huis niet mogelijk. Is wel parkeerplek maar de straat is veel te smal om doorheen te kunnen rijden. Betaling niet via booking maar externe link is onhandig. Checking via e-mail met alle paspoorten en info is ook even gedoe.

• Militsa (8/5): Great comfortable place, fits a lot of people - 3 floors, has a toilet on each floor. Very quiet neighborhood, close to the station. The host was very fast responding. Rooms are big. Only one bathroom, could be a bit hard if you are a lot of people. The stairs are very narrow and it could be hard to bring a big suitcase to the 3rd floor, so we just left them at the first.
• Ramos (10/5): Charlie's house is great - The property was in a good location, roughly a 3 minute walk away from the station and plenty of neat shops around the neighborhood. The accommodation was quite spacious too, plenty of rooms and a toilet on each floor. The only real downside is that there's only one bathroom, but it's not a big deal. Overall we had a great stay. 👍
• Wayne (10/5): Osaka in comfort, Charlie's house has it all.... - Charlie's house is very modern and clean, very warm and the location is fantastic. The house has five good sized bedrooms and a very usable living and dining area, it also has two balconies although we didn't use them because it was winter. An amazing laundry with state of the art large washer/dryer, an awesome reheating bath in the bathroom and a toilet on all three floors! Within 5 minutes walk you have access to many different stores and eating places, really, really convenient. But also within the same distance is a train station, get to all the major tourist hot spots with ease. There is even a Yamato agency 10 minutes walk away. Nothing really to dislike. But it should be noted that managing with one shower for a large group takes some good logistics! Also more cutlery would make things easier, maybe some wine glasses?

• Louisa (10/5): Exceptional - Charlie’s House is in a perfect location close to the train station, shops and many restaurants. The house is perfect for big groups with a toilet on each level. Our group of 12 were very comfortable and Olina was always quick to reply whenever I had questions. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

• Wupper (10/5): Osaka stay with friends - Very nice big place. You have one good balcony and one very nice terrace. You can love here like in your own mansion. Very minor point was that there was No body soap in the shower.
