• Ossimalossi (1/5): Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlen. - Bereits die Anreise war ein großes Problem: Die Vermieterin hat uns eine falsche Adresse geschickt, wodurch wir zunächst rund 25 km entfernt an einem anderen Ort gelandet sind. Die Kommunikation war äußerst schwierig – telefonisch war sie kaum erreichbar und antwortete nur sporadisch per SMS. Dadurch haben wir letztlich mit etwa 4 Stunden Verspätung eingecheckt. Das Haus selbst ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt wie ein abgewohntes Ferienhaus aus den 90er-Jahren, ohne erkennbare Renovierungen. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber akzeptabel. Die Badezimmer hingegen sind deutlich renovierungsbedürftig (z. B. einfache Duschvorhänge statt vernünftiger Duschen, wodurch das Bad jedes Mal überschwemmt wird). Auch die Küche ist veraltet, die Ausstattung teilweise in schlechtem Zustand. Ein großes Sicherheitsproblem war für uns die Terrassentür, die sich nicht abschließen ließ. Auf unsere Meldung hin wurde uns lediglich gesagt, dass „schon niemand einbrechen wird“ – das fanden wir nicht beruhigend. Ein Safe ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Das WLAN war sehr instabil und besonders im oberen Bereich kaum nutzbar. Der Check-out war leider der negativste Teil unseres Aufenthalts. Noch vor der offiziellen Abreisezeit wurden wir sehr unfreundlich zum Verlassen der Unterkunft gedrängt. Die Reinigungskraft trat dabei äußerst aggressiv auf (unter anderem rauchend direkt vor der Tür, laut schimpfend und gestikulierend). Die Situation eskalierte weiter, als eine weitere Person (vermutlich ihr Partner) hinzukam und uns den Müllsack hinterherwarf. Dieses Verhalten war für uns völlig unverständlich und absolut inakzeptabel. Besonders belastend war die Situation für unsere Kinder, die danach sehr verängstigt und aufgelöst waren. Zudem hatten wir kurzzeitig das Gefühl, bedrängt zu werden, da uns diese Person bis zum Auto folgte. Ein solches Verhalten gegenüber Gästen haben wir noch nie erlebt und empfinden es als absolut unzumutbar. Insgesamt entspricht diese Unterkunft in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die durch die Buchung geweckt werden. Ohne umfassende Renovierung und deutlich bessere Organisation können wir von einer Buchung nur abraten.
• fievet (9/5): Maison très confortable avec jolie terrasse - Logement idéal pour trois couples, très agréable terrasse. La maison est plus éloignée des villes de Malaga ou Marbella que nous l’avions compris.
• Rocio (6/5): Agradable - Ubicación Terraza muy agradable , aunque con el mal tiempo no pudimos usarla Cocina con sartenes en muy mal estado Menaje muy antiguo y usado, deberían de renovarlo Ducha sin mampara , con cortina (en el anuncio no había fotos de los baños) No te reciben al entrar o hacer el check in, la propietaria está en el extranjero. Te dejan una sola llave en un buzón en la entrada de la puerta

• Rachida (7/5): - La maison se situe dans un golf à 20min de la mer au calme. Elle est grande et la terrasse est sécurisée pour les enfants en bas âge. Draps fournis même pour le lit bébé, ce qui est bien quand on a peu de place dans la valise. Les équipements sont trop anciens et cuire dans le four peut prendre des heures!! 🥴🫩 La piscine n'est pas privée, elle est partagée avec les autres logements autour et l'eau est très froide ( a peine 25 là où il en fait plus que 30 en extérieur) . Du coup nous avions pris ce logement pour pouvoir profiter sur place mais nous ne sommes jamais allés nous baigner. De plus sur l'annonce il est stipulé que la chaise haute est fournie sauf que non il faut absolument la demander sinon on ne vous la laisse pas. Du coup on a passé 3 repas à galèrer avec un bébé de un an, heureusement la propriétaire a fini par trouver une solution parce qu'une semaine comme ça nous n'aurions pas supporté. Un rafraîchissement des murs extérieurs serait top car la peinture s'écaille pas mal quand même 😉

• Mumtaz (6/5): Nice house with pool. Shame the power cut made our stay a little difficult at night. - The house is really nice with a shared pool. The area is quiet and relaxing. Our host, Marloes, was always available on WhatsApp when things went wrong. When we arrived at the house, there was no welcome pack provided, so we had no information about the property, including details such as the Wi-Fi code. On our first night, there was a power cut affecting the local area. As a result, the light bulbs in the kitchen, hallway, and main bedroom fused. Unfortunately, these were not replaced during our stay, so we had to rely on our phone torches in the evenings. We also discovered that the dishwasher was not working. We're unsure whether the power cut may have caused the issue. An electrician did visit the property on our penultimate night, but nothing was repaired or replaced during that visit.

• Mariusz (9/5): Superb - Spacy house, with big terrazza. We were lucky, garden with the pool we had for ourselves. Quiet neighborhood, perfect for collecting thoughts. We had great time. Nothing really, maybe maintenance should check more often for burnt bulbs.
• Adrian (10/5): Lovely stay! - House is in a beautiful location and really well kept. Very quiet but had great amenities. Would definitely return. Great for families. Any issues, the owner got back to us swiftly, although there were not any major issues of note. Great BBQ! Pool was a bit chilly, but didn't stop us from swimming, though!
