Guest Reviews
- gillian (5/5): Great location. Nice enough house, except on flyscreen doors, main door doesn't. Not great equipment - Great location Very average kitchen appliances and equipment - toaster doesn't work, no grater etc. No extra bin bag. Not generous.
- John (9/5): Apart from early cleaning problems it was a great place to stay for a beach holiday - Lovely open plan. Bedrooms separated from each other. Flat access. Use of garage space. Close to beach-easy walk, but not on main road. No clothes dryer. TV sound quality was poor. Bathroom drains had not been cleaned and blocked at the first use. The BBQ had not been cleaned properly, so the gas jets were blocked.
- Eleanor (7/5): Good - Very good kitchen and great shower. Excellent place close to beach. Comfortable lounge. House wasn't airtight so could smell outdoor smoke. Back door stuck. Wasnt quite clean in ensuite.
- Tessa (8/5): Great spot for a family holiday. - Great location. Big house. Comfortable lounge. Came with basics for cooking. Floors weren’t very clean. All our feet were constantly black.
- George (9/5): Perfect house near the sea - Loved the house - open plan federation style home with high pitched ceilings with exposed cedar paneling. What's not to like. So close to Broulee North Beach which is great for surfing/swimming. Facilities were great. There's never enough paper towels... but lots of Yorkshire Tea so the negatives are hard to nail down.
- Peter (8/5): A comfortable, lovely home-away-from-home to relax and recreate in the lovely township of Broulee. - The house is airy and light. We had very hot days at first followed by cool days and nights. The house’s brick construction makes it thermally stable, so by using the ceiling fans in the shared areas and the air conditioning once we were able to remain comfortable. The location is great for accessing the beach and Broulee shops, including the Brew House. Some of the flyscreens on the windows and window locks have deteriorated. The front door lock can be a little temperamental. A little renewal of some of these items would be helpful.
- Janice (7/5): Pleasant stay at Broulee - Good location and a stone throw walk to the beach.
As we didn’t have time to fully used the kitchen, the appliances are of high quality brand. Plentiful of dinnerware and cutlery to use. Front door is a little narrow to walk through.
The house is a bit cold.
- Peter (9/5): We had a wonderful short stay close to the beach in this delightful house. - Plenty of space, we’ll set out, clean, comfortable, great location, laundry, comfortable beds, large garage for two cars, and especially the outdoor shower in the back yard. Nothing
