Guest Reviews
- Martine (7/5): - La maison est agréable Le tout un peu vieillissant et le chemin pas très carrossable
- Stevie (7/5): Villa is beautiful, but things need to be fixed and better communication - The location of Casa Las Moscas is beautiful. A rural location with the mountains and Abadan as a backdrop. It is very quiet, apart from the occasional car, you will not see or hear anyone. The property is a beautiful stay if you can work around the things that need fixing. The pizza over in the back courtyard is a lovely touch that we did use a couple of times. The place was not very clean. Upon arrival, the cleaners had forgot to take away the dirty clothes and mop bucket water, that was left in the kitchen. Not the end of the world. But the facilities in general were not very clean. I did end up cleaning again, including deep cleaning the dishwasher and filter that has horrid food and goodness knows what else in it. The showers leak, both of them. They have not been fitted correctly so water goes out of the sides, and the doors as they do not line up. On the first night, our luggage was on the floor in the master room, I showered in the en suite and it flooded the bathroom and the bedroom, including the suitcases on the floor. I did message the owner to say. We got around it but lying the shower head face up on the floor so no water got on the sides of the shower. There is no welcome pack so lots of things you either have to figure out or ask the owner. I did feel like I was bothering the owner a lot with simple things. Like the bins - you have to drive them a mile down the road to empty. That is not problem but I only found this out when all the bins were overflowing and had to sort once I realised there was no bins nearby.
