• Vasquez (8/5): - El apartamento estaba muy limpio, muy bonito pero se pagó por un balcón que no tenía por ser primer piso, considero que este debía estar en otra categoría debido a que no es mucha la visualización al mar En el apartamento se puso música el día martes en la noche la cual estaba en un alto volumen, llamaron de recepción y se le bajó, no sonaba prácticamente y la segunda vez que llamaron fueron muy groseros y amenazaron con llamar a la policía, lo cual me pareció exagerado ya que en el apartamento del lado incluso en la piscina consumían sustancias y no vi que nadie les dijera nada, en presencia había menores de edad.

Se puede mej - Departamento muy lindo y muy limpio, ubicación perfecta si buscan tranquilidad a fuera del caos de Santa Marta, playa linda y súper cerca, perfecta para relax. No tienen servicio para guardar maletas, aún que me parece un poco raro para un residencial que se vende cómo lujo. Otra cosa que se puede mejorar es el tema de la pulsera que tienes que pagar 5’000 y es de papel que después de un baño se ruina mucho y no es para nada lindo a verla. Entiendo que es para un tema de seguridad y logístico pero se puede mejorar de mucho.

• Canchila (10/5): - Las instalaciones son muy buenas y modernas, el lugar estaba limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómodos, el apartamento tenía una vista increíble a la playa, estaba cerca de la misma y también de tiendas Ara y un centro comercial. Se encuentra ubicado en una zona donde no hay ruido de discotecas o establecimientos nocturnos. El personal fue muy amable. La piscina es tal cual como se observa en las fotos, al igual que las habitaciones y demás. Tuvimos acceso al parqueadero gratuito lo cuál me pareció muy bueno. Todo estaba muy bien.

• Victoria (9/5): Estuvimos 10 días, el alojamiento es muy cómodo en general: equipamiento, ubicación, servicios cerca - Muy buena ubicación, la vista desde el balcón es hermosa, se ven dos playas desde allí. Además el balcón es muy disfrutable. La cocina muy completa esencialmente. La lavadora-secadora permite ir con poco equipaje. La piscina del edificio tiene una vista increíble. La recepción es 24 horas. Cuando llegamos no había agua caliente, pero al día siguiente lo resolvieron. Después pasó que salía agua caliente unos pocos minutos y se volvía a enfríar, y había que esperar varios minutos para que vuelva a salir caliente. Después de que hicimos el primer reclamo no volvimos a llamar, pero quizás lo hubieran solucionado. Cabe aclarar que no permiten a través de booking lo cual es un poco molesto para extranjeros. Ellos me enviaron un link de pago seguro para pagar con tarjeta, y lo hicimos así, pero al principio me generó inseguridad. Lo otro es que te cobran las pulseras que te identifican como huésped, y salen 15000 COP cada una.

• Mariana (10/5): Increíble ubicación - La ubicación fue lo mejor! Estábamos cerca a supermercados, y a 5 minutos caminando a la playa de El Rodadero. Llevamos a nuestro perro y él disfrutó mucho ver por el balcón, y nosotros tomar café en las mañanas. Las personas de recepción y los guardias fueron muy cordiales y amables.

• GURURAJ (6/5): - This review is intended for travelers from the USA. The bad part first. 1. Apartment provided was advertised as having a washing machine, but there was none. 2. Master bathroom window has no privacy. People and security cafrom 1 floor above can easily see, especially at night when lights are on. 3. No hot water in the shower but apparently this is normal along the coastal area. Its very hot, so cold showers are common. If cold showers are a problem for you, then beware. 4. Master shower floor mat bottom was black and dirty. Everything else was very clean. 5. Only one card was given for the apartment. Also one person in the group was fingerprinted and that allows access to building later in the night and to use the elevator. So plan to go in and out with that 1 person. This was annoying. 6. Poor communication. They never checked to see if anything was needed or if we needed anything. No response to my question about washing machine. The good part. 1. The 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. 2. Well furnished 3. Beautiful views from the balcony. 4. Beautiful Apartment overall except for the bad parts mentioned above, which can be easily fixed by the owner. 5. Kitchen had nice appliances and few dishes. 6. Building is new construction, so everything was clean and nice. Hope this helps others.

Very clean! - This apartment is a little piece of heaven, very close to the sea, where I am happiest! It's very spacious, great A/C, super comfortable for our family, well-equipped and most importantly, very clean. Location is great, too. Their staff was very attentive and accommodating to our (numerous) questions prior to our arrival, as well as throughout our stay. Restaurants in the area are great and open late if you prefer to eat out. Supermarkets are also open late in case you prefer to make a meal at the property. Balcony was my favorite cozy spot for my morning coffee. Highly recommended! Will 100% be back! The fact that I didn't book more days! I wish I could have stayed for an entire week!
• Yuliya (7/5): Very good experience, but pay attention to details to avoid disapointment. - The review needs to be split between the building & the apartment, as there are different parties responsible for renting out. Building: Brand new building, cool rooftop view & advanced security system. Nice pools, turkish sauna & gym. Separate entrance from the main street leading to Rodadero beach, 10 minute walk away. Gaira beach is smaller, closer, and has less people offering stuff to buy, nice, clean, and good to spend time at. Apartment: Clean, with good beds, linen, kitchen utencils, and coffee maker. Has a washer with a built in dryer. Nicely furnished & air conditioned. Smart TV & toiletries. Building: There will be a charge of 15,000 COP for each bracelet, they don't accept cash and will send a note a couple of days prior to your arrival. Entrance from the main street & elevator are programmed to open with a fingerprint, but there were 4 of us staying there, and only one person's fingerprint was allowed to be entered into their database, meaning only one of us could open the most convenient door to the building. Very inconvenient if your group has differing plans. Pools are packed on the weekends, and evenings. They close pool, sauna & gym zone in case of rain, so you basically have to stay in the apartment if it rains. Apartment: We chose a suite, and THE DESCRIPTION SAID THAT "This suite's standout features are the pool with a view and sauna". THIS IS NOT TRUE, AS THE POOL & THE SAUNA ARE SHARED AND ARE LOCATED ON THE TOP FLOOR. You will have to contact through Booking to ask for cleaning, as building staff does not arrange it. In our case they only got back to us the following day, when I already cleaned the apartment myself. They brought the toiletries, however they said they are not responsible for the linen change. We washed our towels, but it took good 9 hours for the washer to wash & dry them. We were allowed only one card key for the apartment, and it was very inconvenient for 4 adult travelers as you need to match your plans all the time.
• David (10/5): Great location, service and value - Very well located in the heart of Gaira, a block away from the beach. The apartment is brand new, with very thoughtful decor, TV, working AC and beautiful ocean sunset views. Huespedia’s concierge service helped us book restaurants and rent a boat to visit Tayrona. Great experience, highly recommended. All was great
