• Maria Gabriela (5/5): Distinto de lo esperado - Quien fue a limpiar cuando llegamos fue muy amable el dormitorio no existe...es 1 solo ambiente.. no es real lo publicado. El agua de la dicha sale en desnivel hacia afuera.. la puera del baño dificil de abrir desde adentro.. al abrir la heladera se cae y no deja cerrar la.puerta del congelador, quizá por exceso de hielo. Nunca abrimos, pero tuvimos 2 cucarachas. No existe tampoco un balcón.. no entra ahí una silla siquiera.

• NICOLA (10/5): APPARTAMENTO CHE CONSIGLIO - L'appartamento rispecchia esattamente la descrizione, non si trova nessuna sorpresa negativa. Comodissime, chiare e soprattutto semplici le indicazioni per effettuare il check in e check out, in maniera autonoma. Appartamento con ottimi spazi, pulito, con un letto molto comodo, si trova in una posizione molto strategica e nonostante ci sia una strada (a senso unico) davanti alla portafinestra del soggiorno, è molto silenzioso, come tutto il quartiere circostante. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, lo terremmo presente per un prossimo soggiorno. Lo consiglio.

• Karen (8/5): Good value for money, comfortable and clean, communicate clearly in advance how to gain entrance. - The instructions for entering the property were not included on the Lodgify Guest App, it would not show the codes to enter the property as it said we hadn't paid, but I had paid Booking.com so we had to call the owner, my daughter speaks much better Spanish than me so we were able to get the instructions over the phone eventually No Parking near the property so we had to walk quite a bit from a parking lot, but it is very difficult to park in this neighbourhood anyway

• Diana Gabriela (10/5): Great stay in Valencia - The property looks like in the pictures. It is specious and clean. The neighborhood is very nice. There are 2 supermarkets Mercadona, 6-8 min walking distance from the property. The train station is 15 min walk from the property and the city center 20 min walk. Exactly near the entrance there is a bakery with fresh bread and pastry and one small shop with fruits and vegetables. Although at ground floor, the apartment is well isolated and also the street is very small so there is not noisy and one can have a relaxing sleep during the night. The check in process is very simple and all necessary information were timely and clearly provided by the host. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has all needed amenities. Great value for the money! N.a

• SIMONA (8/5): Viajando en pareja - Estaba todo bien explicado. Había bares , cafeterías y supermercados cerca. Centro también estaba cerca. Todo bien. Las almohadas eran un poco incómodas . Faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina ( abridor de botella de vino ).. pero por lo demás bien 👌
