Guest Reviews
- Penny (10/5): Great stay in a lovely village - What a lovely hotel! Very clean and comfortable, and a mountain view. The hotel restaurant was great, which was good as there were only a few other places open at this time of year. It was open all day and had a good vibe, seemed to be a popular spot for the locals. Also the 6 euro breakfast was good. The village and surrounding walks are outstanding. The lady at the tourist opposite is very helpful for walking information and also taxi information to access some walks. Nothing!
- Tim (8/5): - Great place, it could have been a little bit warmer in the room because the heating system was only turned on around 6 pm. But it was not a real problem and when I mentioned it to the staff they immediately turned the heating on. Very friendly and good experience.

- Victor (8/5): Great option to visit Somiedo - Excellent location, amazing hospitality, and outstanding cuisine in a breathtaking environment. Elevator not working and the beds lack additional pillows or cushions to be able to read or watch something comfortably.

- Evaristo (9/5): maravilloso lugar, restaurante, hospedaje, personal y servicios - todooooooooooo
- Richard (10/5): Perfect in every way. - Hidden gem. Nothing

- Michelle (7/5): Ok, but wouldn’t retur. - The location was exceptional Not enough detail about the room, not advised need to put key card in for lights (was not obvious unless you know) bathroom large crack floor tiles no facilities to make a drink or store water. Member of staff sort of recommended place to eat which wasn’t great, stumbled across craft beer / coffee place which was great
- Christopher (9/5): Superb - Great location. Nice room in comfortable traditional hotel.
- Sandy (10/5): Comfortable hotel in beautiful location - Fantastic hotel with friendly, helpful staff. They welcomed us for an early check in. The room was great, with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Great location right in town and next to the tourist info center. They have self service coffee and drinks that you pay at reception before you finish your stay, which was very convenient and appreciated and a great common area with comfortable couches, chairs, and tables to relax in. No complaints.
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Noelia (9/5): Gran estancia, hotel tranquilo y confortable -
- Rose (9/5): Stunning mountain location - A stunning location up in the mountains with amazing views. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the food was good, rooms comfortable, clean and well appointed. The rooms were a bit cold. I suspect it was the end of the season.
- Gary (10/5): Wonderful experience! - In the heart of brown bear country! beautiful rooms with everything we needed. comfortable beds for a good nights sleep. good restaurant just a steps away. nothing
- Janette (6/5): Pleasant - Great look hotel and location no sound proofing so you can hear your neighbours clearly and all the plumbing seemed to run through our room (103) not a great sleep. Wifi dropped in and out.
- Catherine (9/5): Superb - Good location, comfortable and well equipped shared kitchen and sitting room Beds were a bit hard and so were the pillows
- Brendan (9/5): Somiedo - What a fantastic place to visit! The hotel and village had everything needed to make a fantastic base for adv - Comfortable and well appointed. Communal sitting area and self-service bar were a good facility. Restaurant/bar was well worth crossing the road for. Nothing.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - The bedrooms were in a beautiful refurbished building. With communal kitchen and seating area. Nothing
- C (8/5): Very good -
- Timothy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rhian (8/5): Worth a stay! - Beautiful town and excellent accommodation; parking plentiful even in the middle of summer. The food at the restaurant associated to the hotel was lovely but the restaurant was closed Tuesday’s so no breakfast- plenty of options in town though.
- Montserrat (10/5): Exceptional -
- Heine (4/5): rock hard bed and risky shower - The beds were as hard as wood! VERY uncomfortable. The shower was dangerous because you had to stand in a very narrow bathtub. High risk of slipping.
- John (8/5): Very good - Staff Bed was very hard
Wifi had poor signal in my room.
- Ursula (9/5): Superb -
- Bill (9/5): Comfortable room in stunning location. - Comfortable room, great view located close to the centre of the village. Breakfast is in the adjacent restaurant. Honesty bar and coffee machine on site. Nothing
