• lopez veamonte (5/5): Bien situado y bonito pero incómodo. - La situación está muy bien está cerca de las cosas del centro y es muy útil por si quieres ir andando a las visitas. Por otro lado, la habitación era grande y espaciosa, bastante sencilla. El colchón de la cama no era cómodo, estaba hundido y las lamas de la cama se caían con solo sentarse, no había almohada sólo un cojín bastante fino así que tampoco era cómodo. La cama es el único mueble fundamental para un alojamiento así que hay que invertir en él .Había una cocina pero no se podía utilizar y la nevera no funcionaba. Las luces de las zonas comunes se encendían automáticamente al pasar lo que es bastante incómodo ya que para ir al baño, que es común, tienes que pasar por ellas y por la noche te deslumbran.

Your bedroom is your "private" space where you will find a lot of sockets, which was especially useful for me since I have two laptops and a mobile phone. Overall, for a solo trip, check-in and check-out were very simple with no unnecessary added steps. It is perfect given the price. Nothing.

• Jennifer (4/5): Amenities should be better - The room is very large and clean, the location is easy to find with a supermarket less than a minute away, very convenient. We stayed there just one night I cannot understand how there could be just one bathroom and 2 toilets for an 8 room apartment. As simple as toilet paper was lacking in the toilets, we spent 1 night here and for 8 whole rooms there was just 1 toilet paper kept per toilet which obviously finished in a few hours. The kitchen bin is hard to use and constantly smells of cigarette. The host does not respond, sent email so many times with no answer, literally got instruction on how to access the room as i was already in the apartment.

La incertidumbre de como hacer el check-in no era agradable. Mandé un mensaje y no respondieron. Hacia las 15:00 al llegar la hora de hacer el check-in me mandaron fotos con explicación. Además la casa esta renovada pero las paredes son muy finas y se oye todo de fuera (otros huéspedes llegando tarde, etc.)

• Stephen (8/5): Nice place in a good location - Good location in a part of Vienna with many smaller more interesting cafes and shops compared to the more touristic very central area around Stephansplatz. At the same time, still quite close to a lot of sights and just a few minutes walk to the main shopping street of Mariahilfer Str. I stayed in low season so the apartment with the rooms was quiet, however it was nicely furnished and had some basic kitchen etc. facilities. The room itself was basic but quite comfortable. There was some confusion about the address supplied during self check-in, this was eventually resolved but they could probably make it a little clearer - the listed address is "81 Gumpendorfer Straße 34-36", which is an odd format, but the street number is 81 and the "34-36" is on the door of the apartment.

Hago hincapié en la cama, el colchón se hundía por la mitad y la espalda doblada toda la noche, no se como tiene esta puntuación en booking.

• Lucie (6/5): Good for a short stay, feeling safe and inexpensive, but poor communication - Bed is comfortable. It feels safe. Good decoration. Curtains are very opaque. The cleaning service does not enter the bedroom during the whole stay (I only stayed for a few days), which I like because it does not feel intrusive. 1 toilet for men, 1 toilet for women, 1 mix toilet. 1 towel is at your disposal. !! This is a hostel with 8 bedrooms and a tiny kitchen. There is no reception and you will never meet the staff (other than the cleaning ladies) !! Owner only gave me check-in information through WhatsApp at around 14h30 the day of my check-in. I was worried I had gotten scammed when I did not get any response the days prior to the check-in. I was also not given the proper code to unlock the common door but thankfully I was able to guess it. A lot of dust below the bed. Only 1 bathroom, for 8 bedrooms. Bathroom has no curtain, so the area can get quite wet after a shower.

Stan je stvarno prelep i veliki ,mislim da ima 8 soba unutra ali ima 3 wc i jedno kupatilo sa kadom.moja soba br.8 je st arno bila velika i prostrana,najmanje 20tak m2, posteljina cista ,mislim da svaki dan dolazi neko da sredjuje sobu ali ja to nisam zeleo.imao sam srece pa sam bio u tom trenutku sa normalnim cimerima u drugim sobama pa nije bilo ni buke nit problema.lokacija je dobra jer su na 10tak minuta 2 metro stanice zelena i narandzasta pa svuda moze da se krecete.odma ispred zgrade su marketi billa i spar. Ima i mala terasica u okviru stana gde se moze pusiti slobodno. U kuhinji nema serpi i opreme za kuvanje ,ima ketler ,rerna i sporet,tiganj ,tanjiri ,case ,pribor za rucavanje. Jedina losa stvar je bila komunikacija sa vlasnikom, kada sam imao dodatna pitanja nije bilo odgovora ,i tek 2 sata pre ulaska u apartman sam dobio instrukcije za ulazak u apartman ,a znacilo bi mi mnogo ranije da vidim gde je stan kako bi se unapred organizovao sa prevozom ili da mogu da vidim dok jos i am internet svoj a ne roming. Bar 24h pre ili vece pre.

Lack of communication from owner. You will get your room code later than 3pm. No replies to messe ges or calls. Also, fridge doesn't work and smells bad. Stove is not working as well so you can't cook there. No coffee.

• Überall (4/5): - Die Lage war perfekt. Das Badezimmer war sauber. Die Matratze war komplett durchgelegen. Im Bett fand ich ein fremdes Haar. Die Antwort-Zeit des Gastgebers war meist ein bis zwei Stunden lang, was vor allem blöd war als ich ohne Zugangs-Code fürs Zimmer am Bahnhof stand. Mein Zimmer war direkt neben Gemeinschaftsküche und Gemeinschaftbad- dadurch war es bis spät abends sehr laut. Der Kühlschrank in der Küche war ausgeschalten. Am Klo fehlte das Klopapier.

Il n’y avait aucune plaque de cuisson, ni four, ni micro-ondes, et cela n’était pas indiqué dans la description de l’appartement. Seulement réchauffer des plats était impossible, ce qui nous a vraiment compliqués le séjour. En revanche, pour des personnes qui comptent manger exclusivement à l’extérieur, ce point sera probablement moins gênant.

• Min Yu (5/5): For a short stay it is fine. The price is affordable. - Location is good. Well-connected with buses and subways. After I made my booking, it popped up an option to upgrade to a room with private shower, and I accepted and paid 4€. However, after arriving, I realised there is no room with private shower. When I asked the host, I got the reply like “you should read it” “fine”. It was not a pleasant conversation and experience. The flat and the bathroom are just acceptably clean.

• Moritz (6/5): - Gute Lage, alles Notwendige vorhanden, ruhiger Innenhof Ich habe ein anderes Zimmer als auf den Bildern bekommen (hatte mir extra ein anderes laut Fotos bei der Buchung ausgesucht). An sich kein Problem, allerdings war mein Zimmer nur durch eine verschlossene Flügeltür aus Holz von einem anderen Zimmer, in dem ebenfalls ein Gast war, verbunden. Dadurch habe ich jedes noch so kleine Geräusch von nebenan gehört und am Abend schien Licht durch die Türschlitze. Zudem waren die Toiletten leider dreckig und die Klobrillen zu klein für die Schüssel, sodass Teile des Beins die (nicht saubere) Schüssel berührt haben, wenn man saß. Außerdem keine Handtücher auf den Toiletten.

Il y avait plusieurs toilettes donc il y en a toujours une de disponible. La cuisine n'est pas utilisable. Si vous comptez vous faire des petits plats laissez tomber. Il n'y a aucuns ustensiles (une seule poêle, pas de casserole, que 3 couteaux pour tout l'appartement, les plaques et le four de marchent pas ou on a pas réussi à les faire fonctionner) Il y a une machine dans la salle de bain mais elle n'est pas utilisable pour les clients, il faut payer 10 euros pour que la femme de ménage lance la machine. Ça n'est pas un problème mais il faudrait nous en informer, un petit mot sur la machine ne serait pas de refus. La porte d'entrée ne se ferme pas de l'extérieur.

• Andreas (8/5): Ruhige Unterkunft in eine TOP-Lage - Die Lage der Unterkunft mit 8 Doppelzimmern, 3 separaten Toiletten (darunter M & F), einer Gemeinschaftsküche und Gemeinschaftsbad ist wirklich Top. Trotz der Nähe zur Innenstadt war es in der Nacht seehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Matratze war fest, ich habe gut darauf geschlafen. Kostenloses Parken ist in ganz Wien nur an Wochenenden möglich. Das nebenan befindliche Parkhaus (50m) ist mit 10 € pro 24h noch eines der günstigsten in Wien. Allerdings ist die Bezahlung ausschließlich online möglich. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, mir haben allerdings für eine längere Reise im Gästezimmer jegliche Ablagemöglichkeiten gefehlt, meine Reisetaschen auch auszupacken. Die Stühle waren schön aber wegen ihrer Kanten rechts und links sehr unbequem, wenn ich länger als 20 Minuten darin saß. Die Gemeinschaftsküche und insbesondere der Kühlschrank ist für eine Vollbelegung der Unterkunft nicht ausreichend ausgestattet, es war auch bei einer Teilbelegung teilweise schwierig Kühlwaren darin unterzubringen. Auf den Toiletten waren zu kleine Brillen montiert, was mir die Nutzung der Männertoilette im Sitzen erschwert hat.

• Vince (3/5): So many things went wrong, I wished I had booked a different place. - Nice comfortable room, pretty decorations, very clean. Very hard to communicate with them, they only respond on the phone, not on booking nor on whatsapp. The photos with the instructions they sent were broken and I had to call to get the right ones. No hairdryer or iron, the fridge was turned off and dirty, no dining table, complicated to find the location and figure out the locks on all the doors, and even the battery of the lock died and I got locked out at 2 am. Lightbulbs just hanging on bare wires.

The Ads on the internet is misleading, The owner should have the directions clearly stated, but no. The owner will contact you via WhatsApp. He wi the right directions via whatsapp only. Not a single staff is around. thats the sad thing.

• Daniela (6/5): They need to improve their communication to their guests. - The pictures are pretty much identical to what the place is. The most upsetting issue for me is that the host does not respond to your queries, even to check in you have to keep calling and asking for the instructions and also be lucky fir them to answer, otherwise you have to wait and God knows when they’ll reply. This is unacceptable considering the type of service they offer. The mattress is horrible. I had pain in my back because of it unfortunately. There was a door separating my room to another one so it was a bit noisy. The showerhead was broken. They need to attach it to the wall so guests don't have to hold it while showering.
