• Marc Kes (10/5): Mooi en luxe verblijf - Mooi ruim appartement midden in het centrum maar toch rustig gelegen. Van alle gemakken voorzien. We raden dit zeker aan.
• Rigamonti (9/5): Wonderful home with comfortable garage and close to the centre, but hosts need to be more responsive and helpful. - The place is extremely nice and comfortable. The building is modern and has all the amenities you need: closed building, elevator, big garage within the building. The apartment is also huge, lots of space within each room and 2 full bathrooms. It is super close to the city centre without being in the middle of it all, which is very comfortable. Also, the main plaza in the centre of the building is just so idillic and wonderful to see whenever you pass by or look down the windows. We went during semana santa, so there were lots of people all around and the pasos would pass by literally in the parallel street. The place was great, but the host was not very responsive and not helpful in leading us to the correct roads. On top of being close to the centre where you can get up to 200€ fine if you mistakenly pass by a closed road in the centre with a car that is not registered, we also arrived during semana santa, which further complicated things. I suggest they make a map of the correct roads to use to reach the garage and leave, since it was very stressful to try and avoid fines. Also, I had to push for him to confirm they could give us the parking, which was in the same building and listed in the property, which was very annoying. I suggest they get a better communication team since all the rest of properties in the region had wonderful hosts.

• Ileana (8/5): - Nice property, near to the city center. Unfortunately, our stay was not very comfortable. The beds in the double bedrooms are extremely small and are not suitable for two people to sleep in properly. Another major issue was the noise. Sounds from the surroundings can be clearly heard inside the room, and the fountain nearby runs all night, which makes it very difficult to rest. In addition, the check-in process was not well communicated. The instructions regarding where to find the key and how to access the apartment were incomplete and were not fully provided from the beginning, which caused unnecessary confusion on arrival. Overall, these issues significantly affected our experience.

• francis (10/5): Beautiful Apartment in Central location. - Beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet location right in the city centre. Well equipped and very comfortable beds . Lovely lounge/ dining with smart tv for Netflix etc which is great. Good communication with hosts at all times.
• Alicia (9/5): - El apartamento es muy grande. Las camas muy cómodas y la limpieza excelente. La ubicación muy buena. Plaza de aparcamiento. La entrada fue un poco difícil, llegamos más tarde de lo esperado y no nos recibieron personalmente.

• Guissela (9/5): Hay que mejorar la comunicación y la atención. - La limpieza del piso y la comodidad de estar allí y el silencio sin ruidos a pesar de las obras en las calles, era bastante silencioso. Incluso los vecinos no hacían ruidos fuertes. Las habitaciones son amplias e independientes. Un piso cómodo y buena ubicación. Las camas son muy muy cómodas. Tiene lo necesario para una larga estancia y comodidad. Super al lado y sitios para hacer café. El conserje de la comunidad nos ayudó, fue muy amable. La poca comunicación con Tu Guest. Les contactas por Booking y no te responden. Al final hay un móvil, llamo y me dicen que nunca responde a los mensajes por Booking y que les ponga WhatsApp. Aún así, te quedas sin recibir respuesta que fue mi caso cuando pregunté si podía hacer el checking antes de las 16h, me dijeron que el mismo día me decían algo. Volví a preguntar el mismo día y no respondieron y no sabía si coger un Locker o no, No me dieron respuesta y ya eran las 11am y nada. Al final a ultima hora buscando donde dejar las maletas porque nunca respondieron. Sólo pudimos entrar a partir de las 16h y las indicaciones para llegar son confusas. Entramos ya después de las 16h y recogimos las llaves en un cajetín. El número del.piso está en la misma plaza. Por suerte no tuvimos que contactarles para nada más.

• natalia (6/5): - Nunca funcionó internet. La persona a cargo no soluciono nada, no le intereso. El ingreso al departamento fue complicado y esta persona no brindo ayuda, por el contrario, dejo de contestar los mensajes.
• Juan Miguel (10/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, la plaza de parking es muy amplia,el piso está bastante bien es amplio, luminoso y además tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y además nos quedamos las llaves dentro y nos lo solucionaron rápido.

• Gail (5/5): Passable - The Apartment was modernised and spotlessly clean. The area was very central and in a quiet street. Granada is a beautiful city and we had a wonderful time. We arrived at 22.00 but unfortunately couldn't find the key safe I rang the owner but unfortunately still couldn't find it. Luckily a resident spoke to the owner in Spanish and we managed to get the key. The following night we returned after the day and the key wouldn't turn in the lock once again I had to message the owner but had no response. We had elderly family members with us and this was very worrying as all our belongings and documents were in the apartment. The resident that helped us the first time cane and after struggling managed to open the door we soon found out this was an ongoing problem and the other neighbours were very fed up of it. The Wi Fi information did not work and after contacting the owner once again we had no luck.

• Luciad (9/5): Perfect stay in Granada - The apartment is really nice and big communication is good and easy - we had a great young lady welcome us and explain all the key logistics :) We were traveling in 2, so we were happy about 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, but was nice to share a big living space and kitchen. There is another bedroom, so the apartment is ideal for 6 people. There are wardrobes in Spanish way -open regals, in one room, closed ones, bathrooms have all you need - bathtub but with a really great shower!!!, The kitchen is nice but needs some more properties - some dish cloths, wine opener:):):)...and would be really nice to have some capsules for a coffee machine, as we arrived late evening, it was not really easy to organize something for the next morning - to have morning cafe! Anyway, there is a nice bakery behind the corner, a supermarket and also a Cafe where you can have breakfast. You have also a small room behind the kitchen with a washing machine! Another BIG PLUS of this apartment is a super spacy place in the garage - and you come with the elevator to the apartment door. WHAO !!! In this apartment you are in the great place of Granada - enough piece around, but a short walk to the center - even Alhambra we did in 20 min walking...we enjoyed the late evening with opened big windows and Spanish wine:) Definitely, we will come back!!!! As we came late evening, would be really nice to have some capsules for the coffee machine for the next morning. In Spain not to have a wine opener in the kitchen...we were really surprised! But these are small details as we know apartment in new in offer...We wish you all the best and great guests!
