• Rosanna (4/5): ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA - Posizione e gentilezza staff La camera, appendiabiti composto da viti senza armadi ,biancheria da letto e numero 2 teli (per 4 notti) di pessima qualità, prodotti per l'igiene personale mancanti (solo un sapone liquido senza marca a metà per lavaggio mani) mancanza di phon, ventilatore pieno di polvere, bagno maleodorante dagli scarichi mancaza di zanzariere e presenza di vari insetti ,segnalo la presenza nell'area della struttura di numerose galline e pulcini che all'alba iniziano a far da sveglia! Cucina a disposizione degli ospiti sporca e trascurata ! Non lo consiglio decisamente!

• Jetzabet (10/5): - Desde el momento uno que llegue la atención fue única super amables, cordiales y dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesitaras No hubo nada que no me gustara , para mi todo excelente, hay que tener en cuenta que vamos a una isla y eso implica estar conectado siempre con la naturaleza
• Santiago (7/5): Ok para una estancia corta low cost - Está ubicado a metros del aeropuerto, el personal es amable. Es un hospedaje más bien rústico. Hay gallos y gallinas sueltas que determinarán el horario de despertar. Está a unas 10 cuadras del centro.
• KYEONGHOON (1/5): - 공항 바로앞에 위치 수건에 동물 소변냄새가 납니다. 엄청 큰 바퀴벌레가 나옵니다. 주방시설은 오래된 느낌이 납니다. 방은 문을 닫고있으면 굉장히 덥습니다. 새벽부터 닭이 우는 소리에 잠을 잘수가 없습니다. 메인 거리까지 걸어서 25분 걸립니다. 식사하는 도중 숙소의 주인이 본인의 소개없이 숙소비를 요구했습니다. 달러로는 예약시 141달러였으나 칠레 페소로 계산을 했는데 환율상 10달러를 더 받아갔고 잔돈을 돌려주지 않았습니다.
• 白杨182 (4/5): - 离机场非常近，住房面积够大 床垫非常软，可能是住客少，床单有看不见的虫子也可能是虫卵，住了三晚，身上被不知名的小虫咬到处都是红包，奇痒难忍直到现在还没有完全恢复。有两晚根本没有热水洗澡。
• Pamela (10/5): - Excelente ubicación y atención por parte de todos quienes trabajan en el lugar. Recepción con collares de flores, lindo y emotivo detalle. Frente al aeropuerto. Nos facilitaron estacionamiento para el vehículo que rentamos durante toda la estadía. Los espacios compartidos se encuentran bien equipados y el wifi funciona perfecto. Destaco su gentileza en asesorarte al momento de la llegada sobre los lugares posibles de visitar, además de compartir las frutas que se cultivan en el patio. Podría mejorar la climatización al interior de la habitación agregando un ventilador de techo o algo similar. Reparar las mallas mosquiteras de las ventanas. Estos fueron sólo detalles, pero que se podrían considerar.

• Camila (9/5): Excelente servicio - Excelente! Queda frente al aeropuerto, cerca del centro, y muy cerca de supermercados pequeños. La gente muy amable! La pieza muy cómoda, limpia y el espacio del área común también. Dispone de loza, ollas, horno, cocina, etc... Además nos regalaron paltas y frutas del patio, muy generosos y atentos. También hacen tours por la isla. nada.

• Cristina (6/5): Hotel amb forces coses a millorar - Ubicació Tour realitzat amb la Maine Hem estat sis dies i no s’ha netejat cap dia l’habitació. Hem comprat paper de vater i ens hem ocupat de llançar les escombraries. L’habitació és molt senzilla, no té on penjar roba. El lavabo té la banyera trencada i oxidada. El preu és més car del que marca l’aplicació, tot i marcar que et cobraran el preu en dòlars, l’allotjament et cobra en pesos aplicant un canvi gens favorable. En el nostre cas ens ha sortit per uns 23 dòlars més car que el que marcava l’aplicació. Per altra banda, a partir de les cinc del matí els galls canten i és molt complicat descansar a partir d’aquella hora. Els galls i gallines corren pel jardí.

• Flores (9/5): Accesible y cómoda hostal - Principalmente la ubicación , literal frente al aeropuerto y el camino que te lleva a Anakena! Las camas muy cómodas , todo muy limpio , el espacio común amplio y cómodo.. los dueños muy amorosos y preocupados , en especial Nicolas que nos hizo un mini tour al llegar y le facilitó una tabla a mi pareja para surfear Asique para el 10000 estrellas !! Sugiero un letrerito afuera y más lucecitas en la entrada ya que tiene mucho potencial!! Pero en general no tengo quejas

• CONSUELO (10/5): Confianza y excelente disposición. - El Hostal está a pasos del aeropuerto, lo cual es muy cómodo sobre todo si andas viajando solo. Muy cerca del supermercado más grande y a unos 7 minutos de la calle principal que te lleva al centro. Tienen distintas opciones de habitaciones, yo me quedé en una con tres camas y baño incluido, tienen una cocina compartida con lo necesario para poder cocinar. Y lo más importante la familia que lo dirige y su calidad humana, en este caso tuvimos a Maine de anfitriona en esos días , que nos generó toda la confianza desde el minuto 1 y nos hizo los turs por toda la Isla, absolutamente recomendada.
• Pavez (1/5): Muy desagradable - Que está cerca del aeropuerto Que me cambiaron la habitación por una que tenía agujeros en la pared hacia el exterior y el baño quedaba afuera de la habitación la cual no estaba aseado (mi reserva era de una habitación con baño privado), cuando hice el reclamo al personal me cambiaron a otro habitación donde la llave de la habitación nunca me entregaron porque la habían perdido
• Avila (3/5): Básico y despreocupado - Cercanía al aeropuerto. La simpatía de la dueña. El gatito. Limpieza. La hostal está basicamente equipada. No hay preocupacion por la estética ni el equipamiento. No hay suficientes tazas o tazones, a ratos desaparecía la tetera. No nos explicaron de que llave usar agua para consumo. Habia acomulación de frascos vacios de viveres que dejab los turistas y el refeigerador olía mal. Se nos acabo el papel higienico a las 8 pm y nos ofrecieron reponer al dí siguiente. Ello porque al llegar el rollo y estaba bajo y nos alojamos 5 días. Era evidente que se iba a acabar. Nos dió frio dos noches, y si bien las temperaturas en la isla son agradables por la moche en esta temporada y por el viento se siente frio. Es cierto que los alojamientos son en general caros en rapa nui, pero al menos en este se nota el mínimo esfuerzo en todo. Sin interés de ofrecer una bonita experiencia al turista. Para otra buscaré otro lugar aunque deba pagar mas.

• Melanie (10/5): A great, family- like time on Rapa Nui. - Maine took great care of us from the very first moment when we arrived. For some reason we did not know that to sightsee around the park a guide is required, and we arrived without having anyone booked. Maine told us to jump to a car with her and she drove us to the park office, where we’ve got everything figured out. She ended up being our guide and she made sure that we saw everything that is needed to be seen around her beautiful island. We’ve been impressed with Maine’s warmth and ability to create a family- like atmosphere. The property was basic but comfortable. Good hot water for shower. Very close to the airport and felt very safe. Common area was always open and people very welcoming.

• Deepak (8/5): Basic stay, does its job - Big room, right across from the airport, 15-20 minutes walk from Hanga Roa center (lots of barking dogs), pretty basic, was allowed to use the fridge in the common area. I had three single beds in my room. The shower was hot only for a few minutes, the communication was a bit hard except with one person.

• Nicolle (9/5): Really great value for money!! - The room is very spacious and private and the area is really quiet. There's a shared kitchen super well equiped and the people there are super lovely! We had a such great time!! Rooms don't have AC or fan, and it gets too hot by the end of the day. The location is a bit far from the center but we had no problems at all getting around by foot.
