- Ian BISSETT (8/5): Great little place but take a torch! - Cosy clean and quiet Steps down and up to the entrance. VERY Dark passageway on stepping stones around to the entrance at night
- Inga (9/5): - Alles war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Das Studio und der Garten sind sehr schön. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hat eine große Küchenzeile und gemütliche Ausstattung
- Judith (9/5): A wonderful restful break from the pressures of city life. - The studio is located at the edge of bushland, and the view from the small balcony over the back garden is serene. Very quiet apart from the sound of birdlife. The period decor is lovely, and fresh flowers greeted us.. Nothing. However the access down some winding mosaic-covered steps and around on pavers the house might be tricky for the less physically abled (my elderly husband and I managed well). We also managed well in the double bed (ie were comfortable!)
- Anne-Marie (5/5): Disappointing. - The host was welcoming and immediately provided a new light bulb for one that failed. The location is good. There is a lot of nature around the property. Shower water pressure was good. Some bathroom amenities were available. Sheets were clean. Kitchenette quite well equipped. The facilities were disappointing mainly because it is an old studio/room that needs renovating. It is dark with dark furniture. The room is really an add-on to the main house, with a thin wall in-between. The bed is on wheels, so moves at the slightest touch. No headboard. The double size was not an issue. The towels were old (but clean) and not a set - just random. The advice given that the room is professionally cleaned was not accurate in my view, for example, the big roller blind above the kitchen bench was quite dirty and splattered. The bathroom is quite old, the basin is cracked. The chairs on the tiny balcony were old and dirty. More importantly the tiled steps down from the road to the room were broken and very uneven, creating a serious trip hazard so the overall impression unfortunately is that this is not a well-cared for accommodation and therefore overpriced
- Manny (9/5): - no breakfast.
- Geoff (10/5): -
- Uday (10/5): - The hosts and the location. !!! The studio had all amenitiea needed and self sufficient!
Anya gave wonderdul suggestions for us to explore local attractions along with our dogs. Great location to access some of the hidden gems and nit just touristy destinations. Would 100% reccomend. Nothing

- Anita (8/5): Peaceful oasis in the bush. - The property was small and cozy. Nicely decorated. We could bring our dog. Small garden for the dog to access. Access to larger garden and creek. Loved all the flowers. Had a fresh flower arrangement in the studio on arrival. Close to the dog walks we wanted to do. Couple of shops and restaurants less than a km away. Nothing didn’t like. I enjoyed the property.
- Diana (9/5): Just what we expected and needed , peace and quiet apart from the lovely birds to share your breakfast with. - Everything ! It was exactly as described , the feeling when we first sat on the balcony of peace in the middle of nature was wonderful . Anya was very helpful before and during our stay , from practical issues to abundant local information Nothing
- Donna (7/5): Pleasant stay - Close to where we needed to be
- Melissa (10/5): -
- Angela (10/5): - The Room was beautiful and the scenery was exceptional. The privacy and greenery and the quite.

- Iman (8/5): A cozy forest retreat, perfect for a pet-friendly stay, with a few small improvements that could make it even better. - The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and giving a real sense of living in the forest. The studio was cozy and well-equipped, with a nice kitchen and a modern Japanese-style toilet which was a big plus. It was also very pet-friendly, which made it an excellent place to stay with our dog. The TV was quite old and not a smart TV, so we couldn’t connect to the internet or watch YouTube. The fridge was extremely cold and ended up freezing our vegetables. The bed was also smaller than expected, which made it less comfortable.
- Alicia (8/5): - Fresh flowers in the room, clean, more spacious than I expected. Beautiful view of the very large backyard. Easy self check in process. A queen bed would have been preferred BUT to be fair I knew that it was a double bed when booking. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and hope we can return someday.
- Aussie (5/5): Nice spot, The room is attached to the main property its basically a motel room in the bush. - Property is close to blue mountains local shops and still only 30 mins into Penrith The bed is tiny for a double even im 6"1 and my feet hung off the bed and hit the back or the green couch seen in photos.
Also the photos don't show your studio is a bedroom attached to the main house off your lil balcony is the back verdant to main property your wall is where the bed is up against the main property.
The photo is your room everything in the picture is yours its taken from front door so whilst everything is there your basically staying in a motel in the bush.

- S (10/5): Paradise in the hills - Waking up to the backyard (magical forest) with the fresh air, birds and beauty on show everywhere you looked. Not being able to live here permanently & the thought of going home
- Janeth (9/5): Superb - Location. Very green, well looked after. A rug on the floor would be amazing. it was very cold when we arrived at night.
- Lynne (9/5): A sanctuary in the Blue Mountains. - The location was a beautiful bush setting. A perfect place to relax with a good book, one was comfortable but could look out on the bush and hear the birds, when having a spell from reading. Couldn’t find the switch for the main light.
- Rahul (9/5): Superb -
- George (10/5): A beautiful romantic week escape to somewhere stunning, peaceful relaxing - The property was lovely and very well kept, it had a homey feel and we got comfortable very quickly. It was also lovely to have places recommended that were truely worth experiencing
- Tricia (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable, beautiful outlook. Slippery steps
- Phil (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place and a wonderful garden where I saw many tropical birds
- Lynda (7/5): Good - Location and leafy outlook. So quiet and peaceful
- Petra (10/5): Peaceful, quaint, tasteful, superbly hosted! - Exclusive and private, uniquely delightful. Hosts were wonderfully accommodating without intruding, very pleasant to deal with. They were a wealth of info when we enquired and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. The studio was dotted with intriguing delights and very comfortable furnishings. It was very clean, tastefully decorated and its location and vista was exactly what any visitor to this beautiful region would expect - stunning!
Highly recommend a stay at this peaceful and sweet studio cottage and will definitely stay again in future. Awesome value for money too :) Was booked the next night and we wanted to stay longer ;)
- Alfred (4/5): Disappointing - Room was adequate The steps down were of various heights & widths. Many of the broken tiles were loose or missing. Had to take luggage around side of house then, up stairs to get into the room.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Good - The studio is cosy and comfortable with everything we need. The bed is too small for a couple. I would prefer a queen size bed.
