• Julie (6/5): If you need a basic central location, it’s perfect. - The location is great - very central to where we needed to be. Having many meal options nearby is very convenient. The entire complex is very clean and tidy. It’s pretty sparse and basic, and as we were just sleeping there, not a problem. The couch wasn’t overly comfortable. Couldn’t work the television, and when we managed to, the reception wasn’t great.

• Raymond (9/5): Great location, easy walk to Casino and City trams. - Close to restaurants and city 6 minute stroll to Flinders St trams. Bed was slightly uncomfortable.

• Michelle (10/5): Great place to see Melbourne - The property was in the perfect location, we walked or had the tram at our doorstep .Spacious well set up unit, with finishing touches like an umbrella, which we utilised Not enough information on picking up the keys and accessing the carpark. Had limited help from front desk as he doesn’t deal with BnB, his words exactly. We were fortunate to ring the host and he helped us out tremendously.
• Linda (8/5): Great place, value for money right on south bank. Beautiful views of the city at night. - Very easy, even though our flight was delayed. One thing is that you could provide more instruction on how to get to the actual property from where you collect the keys. Was a bit confusing at 10pm. The cleaner needs something to clean higher than they can reach. There is a bit at the top of the glass shower door and all the windows that they cannot reach.
• Ai (7/5): Decent size apartment by Yara River - Location Plenty of restaurants nearby View Laundry with lots of hangers Unclear check in process which led to confusion due to pin code not given in advance. Instructions to carpark not updated, I.e. BMW not in operation thus signage is not clear. Scratched frying pan, utensils not very clean.
