Guest Reviews
- Leo (4/5): You should read this comment - This was my first time in Hanoi. It's important to note that the Quang An peninsula in the Tay Ho district is a popular area for expats. Prices there are therefore different from those in Hanoi's more working-class neighborhoods and reflect a Western lifestyle. For those seeking an authentic Vietnamese experience, I wouldn't recommend this area. The same goes for the surrounding restaurants and cafes. However, the hotel's location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets, can be a plus. The flat was relatively spacious, clean, and functional. It turns out the reception staff have two completely opposite personalities. The daytime attendant is smiling and helpful, while the night attendant is grumpy and unwelcoming. The latter took it upon himself to enter the apartment several times without knocking. I had to remind him after a few times that it wasn't appropriate and that he should have the courtesy to knock or ring the next time he had something to say to me. Furthermore, and perhaps most importantly, I was put in a ground-floor apartment, and after my second night, I noticed a constant running water sound from my bed. Sometimes loud, sometimes soft, but always continuous, and audible even when I was in the bedroom. I thought it was raining at first, but after investigating, I noticed a drainpipe directly under the bed, hence the constant water flow. After the second night, it was impossible to ignore the sound, and it became very inconvenient. For people sensitive to noise like me, I absolutely do not recommend this ground floor apartment.

- Charles (8/5): Very good - nice location, spacious and clean. Nice bedroom. Quiet, not bothered by exterior noise whatsoever had some cockroaches in the appartment on time. And also, I know it's not part of the service, but Could have had water bottles since it's not drinkable from tap (something a traveler can forget buying in the hush of a long trip).
- Cynthia (8/5): Very good - Location was great. Quiet and close to many shops and restaurants. Nice space. Stayed a month: limited utensils for cooking.
Cleaning could have occurred more often, especially the bathroom.
- Steven (10/5): Perfect stay! - Exactly like pictures. Great room and fast wifi with a router in the room, which I needed and depended on.
- David (10/5): The largest place in Tay Ho - I have stayed here before. the place and it's hosts continue to impress me. The aircon had some slight trouble - but since it was a cold season I didnt even need to turn that on. But the staff was quick and protective to handle any request with priority.

- Zamokuhle (9/5): Superb - The host is very nice. The appartment is big and clean, exactly as shown from the pictures. I'd come back again.
- Tran (3/5): The room condition is poor compared to the price. Bed sheet and pillow cover are old and tainted. -
- David (10/5): Charming home -probably the largest SOHO I ever lived in - I loved The location ,the cleanliness and the serenity. Mr Thuy the night guard was extremely helpful. He helped me with the check in under the instructions from David the host.
Surely would be staying there again.
- Nicholas (8/5): Very reasonable price, great for scooter, motorcycle riders and great apartment like room - Very handy location, great secure parking for motorcycle, great room , easy access, lots of space and just like an apartment, good price Staff didn't speak English, but is in Vietnam so can't be picky, google translate solved that and very helpful ,..
