• Augusto (10/5): Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend staying here! - I had a lovely stay at this accommodation. One of the highlights was how warm and cozy the house was, which made it especially comfortable. The host, Anu, was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay, always making sure everything was perfect. City centre was just 5 ish min by car. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to provide an extra blanket, as some of the ones available were a bit short.

• Ambu Asokan (10/5): A well-considered, beautiful home setup that offers good value for money, cleanliness, and a decent location. - A well-appointed home that includes all the utilities you’d expect, making it feel just like a true home away from home. It features a beautiful, spacious glass balcony with a brilliant view, a large modern kitchen with a dining table, a roomy living area, an ironing room, and a cozy bedroom with racks for hanging clothes. There’s a nice bar and a supermarket within a short walk—about a two-minute stroll from the property—making it very convenient. The location is a short distance from the center, about a 4–5 minute cab ride away. During check-in, collecting the keys from the allotted box in the adjacent parking lot can be slightly tricky in snowy winter months, as the box and its instructions may be partially covered by snow. This residential complex consists of two identical buildings placed side by side, each with its own separate—but identical—entrances, and the same key works for both main entrances. I accidentally entered the wrong building several times and only realized the mistake when the flat number didn’t match as I reached the second floor.
• Vanessa (10/5): - Excelentes instalaciones, todo super limpio, te hacen sentir como en casa, me encanto. Esta un poco retirado del centro pero la estación del autobús esta enfrente. Te sientes como en casa.

• Federica (6/5): - La presenza di qualsiasi tipo di fornitura in casa, l’ampiezza degli spazi, il rapporto qualità prezzo e la posizione. Gli infissi non sono completamente isolanti e quindi la temperatura della casa si abbassa facilmente. Purtroppo noi durante la seconda notte del soggiorno abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza molto spiacevole: il vicino di pianerottolo, in stato evidentemente alterato, al nostro rientro notturno si avvicinato in maniera violenta a noi e ci ha intimato di andarcene. Una volta riusciti ad entrare nell’appartamento ha continuato per più di un’ora a tentare di sfondare la porta urlando. Al che molto intimoriti abbiamo chiamato la polizia, la quale dopo essere rimasta per circa un’ora se n’è andata. La mattina seguente si è ripetuto lo stesso episodio contro la porta del vicino (il quale ci ha detto che capita spesso) e al che la polizia lo ha allontanato. Dopo due notti siamo stati contattati nuovamente dalla polizia la quale ci ha comunicato che si stava ripetendo la stessa scena. Alla fine il proprietario ha rimborsato una notte e ha detto che questo condomino sarebbe stato allontanato dal condominio . Morale della favola: se il condomino è stato effettivamente sfrattato vi consiglio la struttura, altrimenti per la vostra incolumità statevene bene alla larga.

• Alex (10/5): Lovely stay in a spacious and comfortable apartment. - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay in Rovaniemi. We had a car and the instructions for the key and door and car park were clear. The hosts were easy to contact and had the sofa bed ready for our child and our late arrival. The beds were comfortable, heating just right and water was hot. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and we cooked each meal. We were pleasantly surprised by the ample size of the apartment and the entrance was perfect for changing out of our snow gear and there was loads of space to hang clothes. We got some supplies delivered by the hosts before we arrived as we were coming in late and this was a great help and had exactly what we needed to get us through our breakfasts and extras. We actually loved the location being a bit out of town as it felt more local and as others have mentioned the supermarket is a 2 minute walk away and there's a bus right outside. The apartment is exactly as shown in photos. The Christmas tree and decorations was a beautiful touch given the time of year. The curtains and blinds could be a bit more effective as there is a bit of street lighting in both areas coming in during the night however it is a minor detail.
• Fatima (10/5): Fantástica - El apartamento es espacioso y bien aprovechado. Fuimos dos adultos, dos adolescentes y un niño, un total de 5 personas y estuvimos perfectos. La temperatura es ideal, no hace nada de frío en el apartamento. Las llaves las recoges de una taquilla con un código que te dan el mismo día, pero es sencillo. Los propietarios estuvieron muy atentos y nos facilitaron incluso la salida porque teníamos una actividad el último día. El apartamento tiene absolutamente de todo, tienes cosas de comer como sal, café, te, azúcar, también hay para limpiar los platos o poner lavadoras, la verdad, es que estuvimos genial. No estas lejos del centro y tienes dos supermercados al lado, uno a la derecha y otro la izquierda. Nosotros alquilamos un coche pero si no tienes coche, hay una parada de autobús al lado que te lleva al centro. Desde luego volvería a repetir sin dudar. Y nos dejaron unos chocolates buenísimos y una bebida típica suya que se toma caliente y que también me encantó. Junto al parking hay un parque con columpios y mis hijos más pequeños se divertían haciendo muñecos de nieve La verdad, es que lo único que echamos de menos fue una batidora para poder hacer un puré de verduras, pero acabamos comiéndonos las verduras al vapor :). La verdad es que como hay de todo, dimos por supuesto que habría y nos equivocamos. Pero no es nada grave, pudimos cenar igual :)

• Eetu (9/5): - Asunto oli erittäin siisti sekä hyvän hintainen. Yhteydenpito oli helppoa ja nopeaa. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava ruuanlaittoa varten. Naapurissa poltettiin tupakkia sisällä joka päivä ja haju tuli ikävästi huoneistoon sisälle. Tämä ei ole majoittajan vika tietysti, mutta asiasta on hyvä mainita.

• Sisilyn (10/5): Cozy Apartment - Very cozy apartment & carpark was just nearby. 15 min drive to the Santa Claus Village & 10 min drive to the Arktikum Museum. The sleigh tour ride at night was simply fabulous. Managed to see the northern lights.during our stay. Overall, pretty satisfied with our stay. The spiral stairs which was inconvenience to lug up & down our luggages.
