Sadece otopark açısından bize avantaj sağladı ama zaten old townda özel park yerleri de varmış. - Yalnızca bulunduğu konumu iyiydi Odalar yeterince temiz değildi. Günlük olarak odalar temizlenmiyor. Bir odanın tavanında büyük bir örümcek ağ örmüş şekilde duruyordu. Güvenliğe ait hiçbir şey yok. Booking’te rezervasyon yaparken yalnızca nakit olacağı belirtilmiyordu, tesiste yalnızca nakit ödeme kabul edileceği söylendi. Rezervasyon sonrası oluşturulan onay dokümanında sadece cash olarak belirtilmiş. Odalar da terlik yok, isteyince de temin etmiyorlar. Tesise yapılan yorumların gerçekliğinden şüpheliyim.

• Estibaliz (8/5): Para ir en taxi al aeropuerto - Pensabamos que estaba más cerca del aeropuerto. Lo cogimos para pasar la noche y tuvimos que coger taxi para la ida y vuelta al aeropuerto.
• Виктор Савосько (9/5): - Недалеко от исторического центра, находится в мусульманской части города , рядом несколько магазинов , пиццерия, такжн, что очень важно есть небольшая парковка, хотя она может быть и занята жильцами соседних домов. В номере чисто, уютно. Так как парковка на несколько домов, то она может быть и занята. Завтрак изначально был без кофе, но когда попросили , сделали без проблем и бесплатно.

Le logement est très bien situé près du centre ville. La douche pas très pratique dans la chambre que nous occupons, il n y a pas de parois de douche.

• Erik (8/5): Klein maar fijn - Het hotel ligt vlakbij het oude centrum. Onze bagage werd netjes naar onze kamer gebracht.De auto kon voor de deur geparkeerd worden. Kamer is netjes met een goed bed en een klein koelkastje. Het ontbijt is erg lekker..Op loopafstand kom je voldoende restaurants tegen.

• Maja (10/5): Nice and clean - Very nice and clean room, it has everything you need. The lady that made us breakfast was extremely kind and made a delicious breakfast! The dining area is small but cute and clean.
• Fleur (9/5): Superb - Amazing breakfast with different ingredients each day. Responsive host and great location. Very nice room! They even let us leave our bags for a few hours at the apartment as we wanted to explore Berat a bit more after checkout. It can be a bit noisy when breakfast is served for other guest as the rooms lay next to the breakfast area.

The staff were very nice and helpful even they don’t speak English. We booked it last minute but the room was already prepared. !Be prepared to have cash, cause we had to pay the exact amount in cash for the accommodation.

Parking on the narrow street isn’t ideal but they helped me to find a spot and maneuver into it. The great location meant I didn’t need to use the car while I was there.

• Fino (10/5): Exceptional - Kam pasur një qëndrim të mrekullueshëm në Vila Fatos Qamo gjatë vizitës time në Berat. Ky hotel ofron një atmosferë të ngrohtë dhe mikpritëse, ndërsa është vendosur në një pjesë të bukur të qytetit, pranë zonës historike. Dhomat janë të pastërta dhe komode. Stafi ishte shumë i sjellshëm dhe i gatshëm të ofronte ndihmë në çdo moment. Përshtypjet e mia nga qëndrimi ishin të shkëlqyera, dhe do të kthehem përsëri me siguri. Highly recommended për ata që duan të shijojnë bukuritë e Beratit.
• Adrien (9/5): Comfortable - The place is very well located, in a small street in the center. The room is big, new and very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. I could check in earlier. There was a misunderstanding regarding the payment. When I checked in, I didn't pay, thinking I would meet the staff later. However, except on breakfast, the place is quiet. Anyway, I wanted to pay to the lady during breakfast. The total was 4800 lek. I wanted to give a 5000 lek bill on 1st morning, but the lady told me she can't give me the difference and told me payment will be good the day after. However, the last morning, I gave her the 5000 lek, but she still wasn't able to give me change. It is only 200 lek, but how could she expect me to give the exact amount without saying it and how it is impossible for her to give back 200 lek ?! If you don't accept payment by card, be more flexible regarding this point

I would like to highlight the behavior of the staff, particularly the lady responsible for breakfast, who was exceptionally polite and always willing to assist. No slippers provided.
• Elvis (2/5): Don’t come here if you plan to come in winter - The position was really close to the city center and it was very clean We freezes during the night, the blanket wasn’t even enough to cover us, the floor was frozen. It was so cold we weren’t able to sleep, even if the heating was running all the night. Also the breakfast wasn’t really good, I’d preferred eat somewhere else.

Parking - it is a communal area out front, hotel told another guest to double park us without checking so we wouldn’t be able to move car is needed. Check in - awful, there is no staff on site and you have to message them to come but wifi password is not printed anywhere so you’re stuck. We had to have a neighbour help us and during the stay I had to message the owner for some other guests to be able to check in. Wifi did not even work on the last day - so what would you do then.

• Albana (4/5): Not worth the money. - The location was amazing It was dirty, the room, the sheets, the towels. There were marks on the towels, u can see some dirty marks at the bed sheets too. It was not worth the money, expensive for the place and breakfast was so disappointing as well.

• Daryl (7/5): Good Location; clean & fresh - The property was clean and fresh. The linens were nice and the washroom was quite modern. The location was good; near the bus stop and shops and walking distance to the sights. The off site hostess gave us her number in case we needed to contact her; which we did and she responded promptly. The room was very small and we got the room at the front of the building so we had street noise and every guest had to pass by our room. The breakfast was mostly cold, prepackaged goods. When asking about transportation the off-site host offered a taxi service that was very expensive compared to what we were able to find on our own.
• Diana (10/5): Comfortable, clean and centrally located - The room was very clean, perfectly tidy. The host was nice and attentive, provided us with recommendations and helped us with parking. The apartment is centrally located, close to all main sites and has its own parking space, a super plus. Pretty good breakfast as well.

The only problem is that the bathroom gets the whole bathroom wet when we take a shower. One suggestion is to put up a shower curtain and something on the floor to stop the water from going into the bedroom.

We just hoped that he didn't need to leave. The breakfast was very good. We had a very small room. The whole room was as big as our bathroom. It was almost impossible to put our suitcases in the room because there wasn't much room.

The room we stayed in was quite small so that you can’t store a lot of luggage. It was fine for 2 typical backpacks/suitcases though.

• Kristina (10/5): Super Clean Rooms and Hospitable Staff - The host was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to help guide us up the road to the parking spot. The bedroom and bathroom safe exceptionally clean with lovely monogrammed blankets and vanity sets. The Vila is close to the main steeet to all shops, etc. The only thing I would change is if they had espresso with real fast for those who don't drink Turkish Albanian coffee.
